I am having policy ( Policy no.[protected] also having other polices) registered with LIC online portal User ID ravichandras and also having online registration for spouse in her name.

Now i would like to add my wife policy under my login ID under spouse policy.

When trying to register her policy number under my user ID, it is not allowing and getting error policy has already registered under another user and...

De register the login id bala32, dob-30/07/1974, policy no[protected]...

Hi I have taken the lic agency in the year 2015 requesting u to delete it from the irdai portal as its hampering my life iam unable to get the job in the other insurance company due to this issue iam very upset and my license got terminated due to the non performance pls remove my name from the portal my agency code is 0187698J kindly do the needful

My policy is completed in March 2021... I have given all documents in October: 2nd and 3rd time...nothing has happened till now....

I have registered online to buy a Tech Term Plan through the LIC website on 06.07.2021. The access id is[protected]. I have purchased a Tech Term Plan on 06.07.2021 and made a payment of Rs. 11838/- . The proposal number of the policy is 10723. After that, a Telemedical video calling was done. But after that, there is no update regarding my policy. I have not received any call for physical medical.

As part of my LIC HFL I have done assignment for 1 bond when i took loan.Now loan is closed and got my documents but not Bon. After asking they say we dont have and its wast not given to us.I went to branch and checked the policy status . its still in assignment with LIC HFL. Bond is get matured by Feb.

My LIC Agent[protected] Mr. Auti Dattatray Jayram is not assisting or responding to us regarding any help of policy. Since he is a very successful agent of your branch he should have some ethics about handling the customers.

My request to you is to take strict action against him and help me to surrender my policy ASAP, since I stay in Bhiwandi, it's too far for me to visit...

I have been trying to register as new user in LIC e-services but it is giving me "Unable to connect to the network, please try again later". I tried to register in using both mobile app and also the website but still the error exits....

I was opened my Policy Agent account on 2017 and it was closed on 2019. When I'm checking in IRDA portal it still showing "Inforce" status.

I was given my request letter in LIC to cancel my Policy agent code. Also, I have signed copy from the Branch Manager with seal.
