My self Isaiwani shanmugam, my Pan No is AHTPN1100A, my License is got deactivated from Lic 884 branch Mumbai on 7/11/2011 however my Pan No is still showing as INFORCE in the IRDA website, I have visited Lic 884 fort Branch and given the request for removing my name from IRDA portal I am a working female and I have to submit the same to my HR Team.

Kindly help me to clear this issue on priority

    Dear Customer, premium due from 03/2022 to 03/2022 under policy no.[protected] is adjusted on 07/04/2022. Next Premium falls due on 03/2023.-LIC of India

    The policy no. .[protected]
    do not belongs me and pl do not send unwanted sms on my mobile no. [protected].

    Without updating customer mobile no's with proper kyc,
    LIC prefers to send sms to all old data mobile no's which is unwanted and should be stopped

      Dear Sir,

      I am writing on behalf of my wife SANGHAMITRA GHOSH (DASS) whose policy number is[protected] .

      We had submitted the original policy bond[protected] at HINDUSTAN Building annex on[protected] along with the claim discharge form, PAN card details, marriage certificate and cancelled cheque for reimbursement of maturity claim benefits .A copy of receipt is attached herewith.

      I had written to LIC office earlier also in trailing mail . But there is no response .
      Since we are not staying in Kolkata, it is very difficult to follow-up physically with the LIC office .

      Can you please look into it and resolve the matter at the earliest as It is more than 2 months over after all document submission .

      Kindly look into the claims settlement as we have not received any money in the bank account till date .

            Respected sir/madam,
            I Pradnya Padmakar Ranganekar the Financial Adviser of Life Insurance Corporation of India, Operating from branch no. 912 Of Life Insurance Corporation of India.
            I am getting a full time job at a General Insurance company. And they have asked me to untag my PAN from the IRDAI agency portal.
            I have also gave the application to the branch manager of branch 912 LIC of India, on the 16th of March 2022. It's still in process till today on 02/04/2022.
            The organisation I wish to join can't release my job offer letter unless my PAN is untag from the IRDAI agency portal.
            I hope and request you please cancel my Insurance Agent license as soon as possible; cause its very important for me to get this job.
            Kindly find all the related attachments for your reference. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                To day my mother received her maturity claim amount in her bank account. When checked the amount received is Rs 57760 instead of 1 lakh. We already paid all premium amounts without fail.

                  I visited LIC Velachery branch today (25th March 2022) to get my policy revived.
                  But the incharge madam was very rude in behaviour.
                  She made an indecent comment on my weight and height.

                  If they don't want to address my policy related concerns, they should ignore and ask me to leave.
                  Instead she made me shameful against the public.
                  Did not expect this kind of behaviour from an officer incharge who deals customers daily.

                    I have applied for a term plan of Rs. 70Lac for which Rs.15338/- was debited through my account on[protected] through Cheque no. 41427. But due to delay by LIC office in process of my proposal, I have taken that term plan through another insurance company.
                    Later I have applied for reversal of my premium debited. After so much follow off still I didn't get my money back to my account and in whole process one year about to complete and i got only reply that your reversal of amount is pending in divisional office.

                    Hence I request to competant authority to look the matter and reverse my premium as soon as possible.

                          I, Rajeev Jain, policy holder of LIC of India, policy no.[protected]. The premium of Rs.26, 167 was auto-debited on 3/11/21 from the LIC Cards Platinum (credit card no. [protected]) issued by Axis Bank. I had paid that card payment to Axis bank from JK bank on 10/12/21. I haven't received the receipt of that payment from LIC till now, and when I asked about this matter from the Axis Bank, they said that they had paid the payment to LIC through reference id- [protected] dated 3/11/21. And LIC of India says that they haven't got any payment of my policy. Where is my payment now which I had already paid on 3/11/21.

                          Please take this matter seriously and urgently and solve this dispute as soon as possible. I've enclosed with two statements of LIC card and one statement of Axis Bank.

                            (a) Our loan account number with LIC Housing is[protected]. Which was closed by us by paying all outstanding dues on Nov 2021.

                            (b) While clearing the outstanding amount, the Branch staff conveyed that it will take around a month to complete all documentation and, they will handover all original property documents...

                                  Mahesh Addagatla here.. I have taken the housing loan from the LIC. My Loan Account :[protected] Application No : [protected] . I have submitted the original share certificate to LIC for disbursement of the loan amount. Now i want share certificate back. As required by society.. to transfer the name on certificate. and become the member in society. Since more than a month im following up with Mumbai Dadar branch. Surprisingly no response from any body. No body is picking up the call. On landline number just rings continuously. Mr Dharmesh branch manager also not able give any updates on same. Sending reminder mail on daily basis. but nobody is bother to give reply also. I've been following up with team for over a month now. How is it possible that nobody unable to provide the document that I requested? Don't know what to do? In LIC, there is no escalation matrix, and no one is interested in assisting me. I've only received one email in the January 31st, 2022. Declaring that the request has been accepted. Nobody responded after that.
                                  Please solve the same some one. Please society not allowing me to do anything.

                                    I am Rajeshkumar k thakkar, father of Mr. Jaykumar thakkar who was no more in this world, he expired on 14th January, 2022 by road accident..

                                    There was a single policy of my son in lic vadodara 879 branch IS POLICY NO.[protected].when i was taken a policy of my son he was 15 th years old.as a guardian i was nominee in his policy but after 18th years old the agent not include the accident rider in this policy and also not inform to me, apart this lic also not intimate to me about this changes and i do not know that it is required to add accident rider in this policy. So I can not understand who is responsible for that, because the customer doesn't know properly so the agent is working on behalf of the customer. My policy agent name is Solanki yogesh rameshchandra code[protected], i also want to inform that i have 7(seven) different policies from the above branch from year-2005 but now i can not trust on lic and their agent.
                                    I submitted all required documents to lic on 21th February, 2022 but still today my claim is pending.
                                    So regarding this case, what is the mistake of the customer? Because customer and lic both trust on agent and agent not guide properly to customer and customer loss to money. And this is a prestige issue also of LIC .

                                    In line with this matter anybody has to be clear of responsibility. I would like to file a legal complaint against LIC and the LIC representative agent, because LIC was also not informed to customers after receiving proper policy payment.
