Dear consumer..I also come through same pain no update. no call from lic even if you call also they won't respond .. caution to everyone who is buying this plan. Especially in lic office no one working getting monthly salary worst service ever I come through have paid 32k plus .

        He took money to enroll me in Term Policy but he did not do so.
        When I asked for refund, He did not do that either. I had followed up with him for 6 months to refund the money but he had stopped receiving my calls and does not respond to texts any longer.

              Bought tech term online plan on 11 Feb 2022. While making payment if Rs. 8413 through CC website shown error but card was charged. I have paid again using UPI. Payment success but now my Rs. 8413 is stuck with LIC. Nobody picks up call. No response to emails. Only saving grace is that now the double payment (Rs. 16826/-)is reflected against access ID[protected].

              Will LIC care to refund the excess amount?

              Should I keep this policy once issued?

              Can we believe in LIC, if customer service is so poor even before purchase?

                  I have been receiving calls on a daily basis from LIC promoting their policies despite me explicitly mentioning that I'm not interested. These calls come at any random time, sometimes multiple times during the day. Some of these have recorded message saying "yeh call LIC ki taraf se hai" and sometimes it's some person wanting to provide information. How can I make LIC stop these unwanted calls?

                    I have registered online to buy a Tech Term Plan through the LIC website on 24.11.2021. The access id is[protected]. I have purchased a Tech Term Plan on 28.11.2021 and made a payment of Rs. 16673/- . After that, a physical medical examination was done on 30.11.21 and also a Telemedical video calling was done on 01.12.21. But after that, there is no update regarding my policy.                     HI,
                    I am living out of country and I had policy payment due so agent kept asking me to make payment so my brother gave him check, initially agent kept saying that I will give you receipt tomorrow, day after, I am out of station and didn't give receipt at all. and recently he is saying he used that money. I did tried to complain bhopal branch manager but they are not responding and kept saying that you need to in person, which is not possible due to work and all.

                    please advice what should I do now, it has been almost 1 year.

                      This is as per Telephonic discussion by ghatkopar branch regarding about mention subject today. I here by state that I want to reduce EMI in my current home loan, I am Paying my home loan regularly without default any EMI with your Company. My current rate of interest is 7.75% and My monthly EMI is for Rs. 15551/-, while the other banks are offering at 6.70% rate of interest. I already paid 5900/- processing fees on 27.08.2020 vide reference application No. [protected]., but there is less difference in EMI. My friend take advantage benefits in monterium period for six months then after arrange and pay regularly, Two months before he pay for processing fees and reduce his Loan Interest. Kindly reduce EMI to 14, 751/- and Increase my tenure.

                        When lic starts online services that time only respective person only get online a/c. Now i want to deregister my wife's online account a/c and to be registered under my online a/c.

                        When trying to register her policy no under my user, it complaining the policy has already registered under another user and i am not able to delete or deactive her policy / online account.

                          From 01/Oct/2016, IRDAI has mandated all insurances to comply with dematerialization format; but why LIC being largest player is yet to comply and still in paper format? why this delay of 5+ years. What is the role of IRDAI if a particular player has compliance issues.

                          For this delay, and deficient service by LIC, IRDAI being regulatory agency is required to penalize LIC for non compliance.

                                My Father Brahmdeo Prasad Lala was deceased in September 2018 and I submitted an accidental claim under the policy no[protected]. Since then we have just been given run around for our money. We have visited the Dhanbad LIC branch numerous times since then and every time we were asked for a new document. The claim remained pending for almost 1 and half years because one of the employees was on leave or not coming to the office due to some reason. We have submitted all the documents since then which were asked by them.
                                Whenever we visited the office, we were made to wait for 1 - 2 hours to get an update. After waiting almost 2 years, they asked for the police final report which was submitted on 10th March 2021 and then they asked for the viscera report as it was mentioned in the report. We have recently submitted the viscera report as well. Now they claim that there is no mention of accident in the police final (which they should have checked in the first place without giving us a run around for 3 years now).
                                I would request you to please settle the claim as soon as possible as this is a valid claim which has been requested and help us to restore the faith which used to be there in LIC. I am attaching the documents for your reference.

                                  Sir, I have got the subject policy in favour of my son Prakhar Agnihotri on 28/09/2004 and I had paid the last premium of said policy on 28/09/2020
                                  The survival benefit of RS 20, 000 was to be paid on 28/09/2021. But unfortunately it has not been paid so far.
                                  I have submitted bank passbook of policy holder to make payment through NEFT via LIC agent . In this regard a SMS received on 25/01/2022, which states that : We have registered your policy number under NEFT with CANARA BANK under account code.
                                  An another SMS received on 26/01/2022 which states that you are requested to submit NEFT form /KYC documents. However documents has already been submitted to make payment through NEFT.
                                  It is pertinent to mention here that if LIC premium is not be deposited on due date a penalty is be imposed on the policy holder. SImilarly payment of survival benefit of Rs 20, 000 along with interest till date is to be paid at the earliest otherwise I will be bound to move in asylum of Court.
