My Loan a/c no 10001135, File No 601756 had been cleared since March 2007. I am regularly following for return of all my Original Documents i.e. Lease deed, Map, Transfer memorandum, serch certificate, completion certificate etc etc. via speed post, emails since to The Director (Grievance cell), Mumbai | The Regional Manager, Sansad Marg, N. Delhi | The Area Manager, Asaf Ali Road, Delhi | The Area Manager, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad and The Area Manager, Noida, of LIC housing finance ltd. And have not received any reponse from any one. It is requested to take the matter seriously and for your action.

In context of above, I would like to mention here that I, Amar Dev Sharma working as Divisional Manager in LIC of India, and holder of the above mentioned card which is a life time free card. I am amongst those card holders who have availed this facility in first phase of issuing of cards to LIC employees.
I would like to convey further that I have made all the payments dues well before time through corporation bank. It is surprising me that the card section has not been sending any bill at my residential address which has been quoted at the time of application. Even after timely payments, how the authority can demand for late fees and interest charges. Ask your collecting bank, why they are sending cheques late for clearing.
In this case, there is no fault of mine, so you are requested to waive all charges mentioned above. I hope that you will take care the interest of the customer and give me the justice by informing me in time so that I can avail the facility of your credit card section in future.
