I have been reaching out to the Parle office to request release of my annuity payments for the policy 091M[protected], I have submitted my existence certificate in Dec 2021, havent got any response of acknowledgment nor my payments are being released for more than 3 months now . Request your urgent attention into this.

    My Father Brahmdeo Prasad Lala was deceased in September 2018 and I submitted an accidental claim under the policy no[protected]. Since then we have just been given run around for our money. We have visited the Dhanbad LIC branch numerous times since then and every time we were asked for a new document. The claim remained pending for almost 1 and half years because one of the employees was on leave or not coming to the office due to some reason. We have submitted all the documents since then which were asked by them.
    Whenever we visited the office, we were made to wait for 1 - 2 hours to get an update. After waiting almost 2 years, they asked for the police final report which was submitted on 10th March 2021 and then they asked for the viscera report as it was mentioned in the report. We have recently submitted the viscera report as well. Now they claim that there is no mention of accident in the police final (which they should have checked in the first place without giving us a run around for 3 years now).
    I would request you to please settle the claim as soon as possible as this is a valid claim which has been requested and help us to restore the faith which used to be there in LIC. I am attaching the documents for your reference.

      I'm an agent of CBO-10 Branch, now I try to capture policy by Ananda module but I can't complete because of my customer can't receive otp by lic site for ekyc.

      Sir, I have got the subject policy in favour of my son Prakhar Agnihotri on 28/09/2004 and I had paid the last premium of said policy on 28/09/2020
      The survival benefit of RS 20, 000 was to be paid on 28/09/2021. But unfortunately it has not been paid so far.
      I have submitted bank passbook of policy holder to make payment through NEFT via LIC agent . In this regard a SMS received on 25/01/2022, which states that : We have registered your policy number under NEFT with CANARA BANK under account code.
      An another SMS received on 26/01/2022 which states that you are requested to submit NEFT form /KYC documents. However documents has already been submitted to make payment through NEFT.
      It is pertinent to mention here that if LIC premium is not be deposited on due date a penalty is be imposed on the policy holder. SImilarly payment of survival benefit of Rs 20, 000 along with interest till date is to be paid at the earliest otherwise I will be bound to move in asylum of Court.

                    Sir,
                    The above 'Jeevana Sneha' policy was taken in Dec 2001 from Managlore Branch II, We are sorry to inform you that out of three installments of survival benefit only two are paid with 11% compound interest and first installment which is retained with LIC has not been paid to us. The said amount was due in 2006 and we have asked LIC to retain it and pay at the maturity with 11% interest.

                    However, with some presumptions or wrong knowtion, LIC Mangalore Branch II has not made payment of Rs. 10000/- with 11% compound interest which was was due for us under normal conditions.
                    We have many documents to show that LIC was asked to retain money as an investment under Jeevan Sneha Policy, which was specially announced for ladies.

                    Kindly take necessary steps immediately to arrange for the payment due for us with interest. Otherwise delay would be considered as denial and it would call for further necessary action in this regard.

                      Lic — Delay in issuing LIC tech term plan policy, I opted for LIC Tech-Term plan but till date I wouldn't received policy or medical test call, experiencing very poor service,[protected]/ 290/ 285 and[protected]/ 305, I keep calling since I brought a policy on above number but as usual keep getting busy. I complain LIC grievance but still no luck, no one is ready to take initiative and response. Please find attached email screenshot of the grievance complain.

                        I purchased the LIC BIma Jyoti plan online on Jan 9, 2022. After purchasing the policy, I got an email that I need to go for several medical examinations and provide the test results for the policy to activate. However, at the time of filling the policy form, there was no mention of medical test requirements. I am a NRI based in the USA and I cannot come to India to do my medical examination.

                        I have been calling LIC for 8 days now and sent several emails but I never receive any replies. I have been a long term LIC customer since 2009 and I have 3 policies with LIC. I never expected to have this kind of experience with LIC. This is the worst experience I have ever had with LIC. I will never ever buy LIC policy online!

                        I just want my proposal to be canceled so that I can get my premium refund. Please assist me to cancel my policy and provide the refund for the first premium at the earliest.

                          Fraud company, should change their lines "Zindagi ke sath b zindagi ke baad b"
                          they are not with us in present so how they will help us after death.

                          I have taken the online Tech term policy in July month. My medical checkup has been completed and i paid 13292rs. I have provided all the required documents in mail but now they are not replying to any mails and then i have raised issue to greviance but still no one response from them. Now they have cancelled the policy and refunded the deducted amount 11203rs (after deduction of medical checkup). They have not called us, just deduct the amount and send the remaining amount. Now they are not picking up the calls even if someone picks then they say we can't see the online policy. I can't understand where should i go and to whom i should contact. If they don't have any facilities for online policy then they shouldn't play with the customers time and feelings. Such a fraud company!

                            I WAS ISSUED WRONG LIC POLICY INSTEAD OF REQUIRED PENSION POLICY.

                            THE BELOW EMAIL WAS WRITTEN TO THE LIC ADVISOR ANANT SETH WHO ISSUED A WRONG POLICY.

                            I HAS ALSO SENT A LEGAL NOTICE TO LIC - NO REPLY FROM LIC

                            Good Evening

                            This has reference to the discussions I had with LIC branch manager regarding the Wrong Policy given by you.

                            Despite my busy working / travel schedule, I am forced to write this detailed email.

                            I visited the LIC branch on 2nd August to surrender all my policies.

                            LIC Branch manger met me and I informed him all my grievances and informed about wrong policy given by you.

                            I told LIC manager to call you to LIC officiate immediately and speak to me in front of him.

                            He called you and you informed that you can come only by 2nd half and you wanted to speak to me on telephone. I refused to speak to you as I was very frustrated.

                            Suddenly on August 3rd 2019 evening, I receive a telephone call from[protected].
                            Mentioning that “I am Anant Seth” and you wanted to speak to me (and spoke to me for close to 39 mins.)

                            I told you the following points during our conversation.

                            1)I informed you that I was introduced to you by my AOL friend Ms.Smitha Yadhav

                            2)I trusted her and agreed to meet you,
                            When we met for the first time, I told you that I belong to a middle class family working in a private sector company.

                            3)I informed you very very clearly that I dont have sufficient savings nor any inheritance of property, I have to take care of my family including my aged mother.

                            4)I asked to to give me a PENSION PLAN from LIC that is suitable for my above mentioned requirements.

                            5)You explained to me that there is a suitable policy which will give you MONTHLY PENSION and Lumpsum Amount after my retirement.

                            6)I asked you that what will happen, if by chance I cannot pay the premium for the policy till the end, You also mentioned that I can stop paying premium / discontinue after couple of years and get back my full money immediately with interest what I have paid.

                            7)I was very happy and I paid my 1st Premium cheque.

                            8)After you collected my 1st premium cheque, later I was surprised to get 16 SMS's from LIC mentioning 16 different policy numbers and premium amounts.

                            9)Immediately I called Smitha Yadhav who was in your office at that time and mentioned to her that I needed only 1 PENSION policy from LIC and I have received 16 SMS's.

                            10)I was informed by your office that Pension Plans are done like that only.- I trusted and kept quite.

                            11)Couple of years later when me and my wife was discussing about our future saving and plans, I also reminded her about the LIC Pension Plan which your had given me.

                            12)We both read the policies and there were no mention of any Lumpsum amount or Monthly Pension

                            13)I called up Smitha and she told that it’s better to meet you once and that’s how she arranged a meeting with you in your office.

                            14)When myself and my wife visited to meet you, your statement shocked both o[censored]s when you did 360 deg turn and told us that there is no Lumpsum amount for this policy after my retirement.

                            15)I felt that I been cheated, at that time itself and after coming out I discussed with my wife and decided not to continue with these policies any more.

                            16)After that I got busy with my work related travel outside India and could not visit LIC office to stop this policy and get back my money.

                            17)Later I came to know thru Smita in MAY 2019, that one of my 16 policies has expired from JAN 2019 and ECS has not happened for one out of 16 policies from Jan 2019.

                            18)Again I was shocked that there was no SMS / letter / Call / email from LIC side for this lapsed policy and I was also asked to pay the late payment fee for lapsed policy.

                            19)THIS WAS VERY VERY DISTURBING FOR ME.

                            20)Immediately I sent am email to LIC on 25th May 2019 mentioning all the details.LIC DID NOT BOTHER TO REPLY TO MY EMAIL

                            Then it became very clear that I cannot trust LIC anymore as is not bothered about my policy.
                            God forbid if any claim comes, then me and my family will be made to run from pillar to post for claims.

                            21)Then I decided to visited LIC JP Nagar office to surrender all my policies and get my money back with interest.

                            22)Nobody was ready to tell me how much I had paid for these policies, After demanding I was informed that I will get email from Zlic mentioning the details of how much money I had paid and value of money I will get back.
                            I protested and asked what is the meaning of how much money I will get back as I need my full money with interest back.

                            Later that night I received email and was shocked again.
                            I had paid close to Rs.10 lac as premium from last 5 years and I will get back only Rs.5.57 lac for my surrendered policies.

                            23)Then I decided to file police complaint / consumer court complaint.

                            24)I am very very frustrated when I came to know that the policy given to me was not a Pension policy and there is no lumpsum amount after retirement

                            25)when you called me on August 3rd and told me that you wanted to visit my house and meet me.

                            26)As I had mentioned to the JP Nagar LIC Branch manager, I was not interested to speak to you,
                            But out of respect and frustration I spoke to you for 39 mins and explained how you broke my trust / how you mislead me and gave a wrong policy where I don’t get any pension after my retirement.

                            27)Later I checked the LIC website and was shocked to know that there is NO RETIRE AND ENJOY policy from LIC.

                            28)Then I got confirmed that you have designed your own policy and mislead me.

                            At the end of the telephone call, you requested me not to file complaint at police or consumer court and you asked me what I want?

                            As I told you very very clearly that I need my full money with interest immediately and LIC can take back all my policies.

                            You requested me for time till Wednesday (7th Aug)

                            LIC have to take back all my policies and I need my full money what I have paid till now with interest immediately.

                            I am writing this detailed email today (Wednesday)as I did not receive any call from you to inform when I can get my full money with interest back.

                            Matter Urgent.

                              Dear sir I praveen g lic[protected] and panchakala lic[protected] I request to deactivate ecs from my bank account but they are not they say no I applied compliant in2020 -21 but no and again they made ecs mode to my account in bank if late they charge 500 why should I pay so please I request you to do not make any ecs parent mode to my bank

                                Sir, My LIC proposal no is 15578. I filled all details & payment made on 30.08.2021 for new Tech term policy. Medical also been done.
                                But despite several followups, i have not received my policy still after 4 months.
                                I am very much frustrated by LIC working culture & no responsible person or any way to complaint about this.
                                This is not the way of working of any corporation. LIC you should really work on this and punish those who are delaying process & not doing their work properly.
                                I am really very very frustrated by this.

                                Now I had got job in Axis bank, because of my name showing in IRDA I am getting trouble in joining the job.
                                So, I am requesting you to please remove my name from IRDA so I can work in in Axis bank. Hope you will accept my request and short out as soon as possible.

                                      Pl update my loan status lic no.[protected] agent branch bangaluru. on 06-01-22 paid Rs. 2676 against loan interest and it is deducted from the bank but in LIC port it not updated pl do the needful and oblige. i am here with attach the bank statement.
