I had booked my policy on 20th of August 2008 and the amount of Rs.4669/- has been debited in my SBI credit card account on the same day. It means that the essential process has been done from your end. I have contacted your people After 15 days about my policy status no any proper reply or action. It shows that your people were not really serious about my problem and you are not interested to serve you clients properly.

Please let me know one think, how will you debit in my credit card account without issuing the policy? I have been confirmed through telephone that the policy will be activated immediately and I will get the document within 7 days. I am wondering the way of your working style (Tata Group). I have talked with your Customer care representative three-four times at Mumbai but no any proper actions from your end.
What is this? I don’t know really. The way you are working is really pathetic.

I am continously sending a mail to your customer support division, but no any proper reply or action from you.

Please look in to this immediately and solve my problem

With du humble regard i beg to state the i No[protected] CT/GD Rakesh Kumar am serving in Indo Tibetaban Border Police Force, MHA/Govt of India and presently posted in 35th Bn, ITB Police, Bimola Camp, Po-Kosi, Distt-Almora (Uttrakhand), Sh. During the joining the the LIC i told them that our duty place is not permanent, i can posted far-flung areas of india hence i can not deposit out insstallment well time. On this they told that our installment will be deducted from my salary direct to Delhi. After few days when i had been deposit Rs.-3000/- to Smt. Bhawna Shah, she told that my installment can not deposit direct to my salary i.e. from delhi. Now i told her to return my Rs.-3000/- but after repeated request she did not return my deposit amount.

I am Yogesh Hans from faridabad city. I applied home loan with LIC Housing finance for BPTP elite floor property in sector 76, nehar par, faridabad & file number is 213418. But due to some technical reason this deal has been cancelled on 17th July. 2010 & same request in a form of application I had raised to LIC office on 17th July, 2010 & request was please cancel this loan request & refund my processing fees which is around 10000/- was debited from my Axis bank account as suggested by Sweta to write a application & submit to LIC office. I given them in written on 17th July, 2010 but still there is no action regarding the fees refund. I am not satisfied with the services of LIC housing finance.Whenever I called in LIC Home Finance faridabad branch to ask about my refund fees, they always used to speak please speak to Atul, Atul says please speak to Sweta as she is the manager for such request, when I speak to Sweta, Sweta repiled please speak to Atul, then Atul says speak to Ritu, Ritu replied please speak to Sweta or Atul but did not get any response in a proper manner what is is going on there, sombody says will let you know on 6th Sep & 10th Sep & you will recieve DD the same from faridabad branch else they courier the DD on my residence address but nothing happened till yet. I want please take necessary action towards them & stop such indicents which create totally harrashment & unfair. I have the cancellation letter with me on 17th July, 2010 duly signed with Area Manager along with LIC official stamp if you required I can mail to you. LIC-Market Plus — Premium not debited from Bank A/c

Sir, I Have taken Policy no.[protected]Market Plus) under Rs. 2500 per month ECS. One installment in march 2008 cleared in April 2008 but after that amount not debited in saving bank a/c.
I complain to senior officials since last 15 days but it is very shocking for me that LIC take it very easy. Till date no proper response given to me.

I have one policy of PACL India ltd. I want to stop the premium and I want to get my money with interest.

LIC agent sri Dinesh singh ( Agent no.[protected], DO no. 0006262) explained me LIC plan no. 184 (CHILD CAREER PLAN) and plan no. 165 (JEEVAN SARAL ATM PLAN ). After satisfaction only, I agreed to take plan no. 184 (CHILD CAREER PLAN) and plan no. 165 for 30 years maximum. According to the plan , I gave him a cheque of worth Rs. 24725=00 for LIC plan no. 184 (CHILD CAREER PLAN) and another cheque of Rs. 24000=00 for plan no. 165 (JEEVAN SARAL ATM PLAN ). , but agent himself changed the plan, instead of LIC plan no. 184 , he has given LIC plan no. 185 (CHILD FUTURE PLAN), and for this plan, he has given receipt of Rs 25887=00, rest of the money Rs.1162=[protected] is given by his side.

For the Plan no. 165 (JEEVAN SARAL ATM PLAN ) , he made this plan for 35 years. For such changes , he did not consult me. When I came to know such things , I tried to clear the things from him . In this matter , he did not take any interest, even he stopped the attending my phone calls .

Then only , I wrote a complaint on[protected] and two reminders on[protected],[protected] to branch manager , LIC of India mohanlalganj Lucknow and divisional office lucknow , IRDA, SANSAD MARG NEW DELHI to punish the concerned agent rigorously and cancel my both policies (Plan no. 185 Policy no.[protected] , CHILD FUTURE PLAN and Plan no. 165 Policy no.[protected] ,JEEVAN SARAL ATM PLAN ) as soon as possible. Pl. punish him so that , in future , he has to think many times before to deceive anybody or malice the image of , LIC of India . Pl help me sir

Its purely a cheeting case. You must complaint againt this agent because he can do these types of things with others too. It is my big request to all of you PLS NEVER ASK PART OF COMMISSION FROM YOUR AGAINT, stop taking and giving bribe its a big crime...

I am Latha U. Sankar (Policy no:[protected], an NRI from Salem district. Last time when I visited India, I had invested my money for LIC INDIA - ANMOL JEEVAN (single premium scheme), term insurance on January 21st 2011. In this regard, I had issued a cheque for Rs. 20360, (rupees twenty thousand and three hundred and sixty), cheque no: 012432, dated[protected], SBI Bank, Salem Main Branch (0913). The cheque was collected by LIC on 25.01.2011.My policy proposal was forwarded by agent Mr. V. Parasuraman (Agent code: 04419766 Branch code-766).

After the submission of my proposal, whenever I contacted him (Mr. V. Parasuraman, cell number: [protected]) regarding the status, he told me that my policy was under processing and he promised that he will deliver the document as soon as it is issued by the LIC. I came back to Taiwan on Feb 6th 2011.

On Feb 2nd week (by the time I already returned to Taiwan), when I called him, he said my policy got rejected and I asked him to return my money. After that when ever I call him, he didn’t attend/respond the call. On the month of May, I called him again, and then he told me that my policy got approved. I asked him to send me the document. I got the document on June 2nd 2011. To my great shock, the policy was not Anmol jeevan, which I applied for; He had cheated me and signed himself without my knowledge on a new proposal form and submitted on behalf of me, for a regular premium policy (Jeevan Anand). The date of commencement of new policy was on 28th Feb 2011, while I was not in India during that time.

I had paid about Rs.420 extra for the medical checkup to the lady doctor near 4 roads, Salem (paid the fee, Rs. 120) and for the medical lab (nearby lab) for blood and urine test (Paid Rs. 300).
