I am Atyendra Kumar, taken two Policy (Policy no.[protected] &[protected] from your Bhadohi branch, Sant Ravi Das Nagar Badohi, Uttar Pradesh on 12/05/2009 but till date I didn't get Policy Bond for Both.
When I contact to Branch Manager by email they replied me that they send Policy Bond on 21/12/09 by speed post. But still I not received. Again I send email according, if Customer not received...

Undue deductions from maturity amount

Address:North 24 Parganas, West Bengal

I submitted all the required documents against discharge voucher on time against my policy No.[protected] in the name of Rajesh Poddar, well in time, but to my horror LIC branch 20 of kolkata deducted Rs 13046/- from the maturity value without any reason on some false pretext. When an explanation was sought it fell on deaf ears. I can't believe that they can do this to a loyal client. More then half of the maturity value just vanished....

Nobody bothers to pick.

Can you please help in this case. We are fed up of calling Nanjud gud office at least 20 times a day....

on maturity of policy no.[protected] in the name of my daughter Pragya Kamal on 02.02.2010 , a cheque of Rs.217300.00 was delivered on 13.03.2010. In course of collection,the cheque was returned as the signature of the lic Dumka official differed.I sent the cheque to Dumka branch with a request to make payment through D.D. with interest due thereon for the delay.No response from LIC authorities till date....
