I was worked with as a agent in lic 2009 and stop my work same year and my code terminated but pan card not remove . last year I submitted request but not change status so please terminate my code and remove pan card number as soon as possible.

My monthly premiums are not getting deducted automatically despite opting for the ECS NACH mandate. On checking with my bank, they confirmed that they did not receive the request from the Insurer. Have made numerous followups with the insurer, written emails but people at LIC are least bothered to respond. There is no option to make online payments as the option is disabled from LIC portal. Please advise.

But we had got the letter stating that the remaining 1 Lakh rupees would be credited to our account.

I lost my sister on 11th May 2021.She had 2 LIC Policy.We have applied for the LIC claim in 9 June.It is 3 months above and we still didn't got our claim.We have submitted all the documents twice as asked by LIC of India.Following are the details of the policy-

I am Ajit Kumar Paswan. I have taken policy for life cover from Life Insurance Corporation of India in year 2018. My policy no. is[protected], DOC is 16/11/2018 from its Sultanganj Branch office of Bhagalpur District in Bihar. I have taken the premium through an LIC Agent (Code is 0158952B).
Almost three years have gone but i have still not recieved my Bond paper.
After getting enquired from Branch office...

I have submitted documents for claiming my father's retirement plan amount due to father died 6month ago.

Document submitted on April 2021. I haven't got any reply about the claim status even I sent three more email to branch and head office.

I not receive loan amount in my bank account for the LIC policy no.[protected] which was sent on 3rd September 2021 to different bank account number. So, i request you to sent my loan amount in my actual bank account. Please help....

I paid amount for a tech term policy on Aug 1st 2021 and got the access id. And I am done with medical tests, but nothing is communicated or updated from LIC end. I regret my decision to take a policy with LIC now. They don't have customer care support to deal this kind of problems and they don't check the emails to respond on this kind of issues. LIC-Give my hard earned money back....

The LIC Housing Customer portal was not accessible for quite long time from any of my devices as it is taking too long to load and ending with an error stating as follows,

Hi LIC team,

Your LIC website portal from mobile app is always have a issue. Either the site is down or we are unable to login neither we can make payment from gpay, phonepe or Amazon pay...Unable to understand ...why don't you upgrade your infrastructure properly...look at HDFC and other life insurance firm we never face such issue...
