Hi Sir,

My father had taken a policy on my name with LIC on 28/3/2002 Policy No[protected] which was matured on 28/3/2020. and all the relevant documents for maturity were summited by my 70 year old father in person even in this pandemic station on 26 June 2020. its been a more than year now, but still claim is not settled, the branch was keep saying so many excuses and now they are saying they have not received any documents.
even in the after the Corona lockdown time, we visited the branch so many times for the updates, but manager never attend us to lesion the ask. the person who was handling this case also not responding for any queries. Now again they are calling is to visit the branch every now and then but when we visit they say come next day, and next day also its a same story.
we have given all the documents to branch but still the claim is not processing anywhere.
We have raised multiple compilates again the LIC branch via IRDI, but they have closed all cases same story "we are working on this", but never got any response.

        I purchased Tech term plan on 20 september with proposal number 17226 & paid 16886 towards the first premium however i have not heard from anyone since then. No video medical or physical medical has been done, Kindly issue my policy asap.

            Hi,

            I had surrendered my LIC policy number[protected]Market Plus-1) in Oct-2021. I also received the surrender confirmation and the surrender amount in the same month.

            But even after surrendering the policy, my quarterly premium of Rs.9000 was deducted from my Savings account in Nov-2021.

            I used to pay my premium through ECS for my policy.

            Kindly help in getting my premium back as I have already surrendered the policy. And LIC should not deduct anymore quarterly premiums as the policy is already surrendered.

              Housing loan cleared but documents not returned by LICHFL

              I am VK MEENA, had availed housing loan from LICHFL with loan no[protected]. Last month I transferred my loan to Bajaj finance and entire outstanding amount of loan with lichfl is cleared on 18th October, 2021. They have given appointment on November 11, 2021 to collect my documents. However, they emailed me on November 10, 2021 stating that they need 2 to 3 days time return the documents,

              It's almost more than a week passed...

              I had purchased LIC's Tech Term Insurance policy on 31st July 2021, paid Rs. 16488 as half year premium, underwent all medical tests and uploaded all relevant documents, even after 3 months policy is in proposal state (Proposal No. 13059).

              However I never received any proposal status update. I mailed to many different email addresses asking for progress, I didn't receive any reply except only once or twice after calling published contact numbers hundreds of times as they are busy all the times:
              [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. If at all I reach any of these number, the officer says that they don't have information about policy bought online, they have information of policies bought offline.

              Finally, I mailed to complaint/grievance email id [protected]@licindia.com found on your portal 15 days ago and as usual I didn't receive any reply.

              Please help.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I am requesting a claim for the above policy of Salary Savings Scheme, in the name of Sri Debasish Ghosh(my husband) with policy number[protected], we have submitted all the mentioned policy documents for the claim money under the name of nominee Smt. Mahuya Ghosh(wife) on passing away of policyholder Lt. Debasish Ghosh.

                In spite of submitting all the referenced documents twice to the respective office staff in Kolkata Hindustan Building(Salary Savings department), we received letter requesting to submit these documents once more. On asking for any receipt for the documents submitted, we were refused by a said employee of the department.

                Instead, we had to repeatedly go to LIC Salary Savings department(Kolkata) without any outcome/ response. It is almost one year of claim request but no progress.

                We have submitted all documents at our end. We are absolutely confused and feel intimidated by the claim process and conduct of the said department/employee towards a widow.

                We request you to kindly look into the matter of claim redressal and tell us for further steps.

                    I have made payment to LIC for buying TECH TERM policy (Plan 854). I have made the payment to LIC on 8th July 2021 and till now LIC has not issued me the policy. Customer Care team is not responding properly. LICDIGITAL78 email box does not respond on time and making me wait for long term. LIC customer service number for tech term policy are[protected] who does not respond.

                              I am Prashaanth TR, owner of LIC policy[protected], Jeevan Saral, surrendered at BO-697 on Oct 1, 2021 along with all supporting documents and original policy, with a duly acknowledged slip.

                              I am yet to receive the amount in my bank account and hence following up.

                              Kindly help with the same and the status of the deposit.

                              Please realise that its for an emergency and funds are needed, inordinate delay of more than one month post surrender is just not acceptable.

                              Please act and deposit at the earliest.

                                My wife's policy has come under maturity on 28th April 2020. And to claim it I have submitted all the necessary documents via post on 13/08/2020 .But no one responded back as currently we are facing financial crisis .

                                After continous follow up also none least bothered to take the responsibitly.
                                Now the policy is with in 441 branch fazira bazar (kolkata)
                                I request you to plz get back my maturity amount as soon as possibe.

                                If not i wil be going through legal process to claim my amount back.

                                    I had made a transaction of amount 24610 on 6th September 2021 to pay for my LIC policy. The transaction failed but the amount had been deducted. I have been constantly followed up with LIC, Paytm Gateway and Bank but I have not got any response from anyone. All the three companies are saying they have not recieved the amount and closing the grievance. I have submitted all the bank statements, screen shots of the amount being deducted but no reply. Kindly assist and solve the issue as its been 50 days for this incidence .

                                      I have a standing instruction for payment of LIC policy premium from my Bank of India account. As per Bank Passbook dated[protected], Rs. 18309/= was credited from my account but not credited to LIC. The transaction details are as below.
