Dear sir,

Myself Bhaskar Ranjan has to narrate that presently we are facing a lot due to negligence type behavior of LIC towards its customer. My father purchased a policy from LIC in May 91 with policy no.[protected]. Unfortunately he died in on 19th Dec'08 leaving is in a great mental agony.

My mother Mrs. Kumudini Bala had taken a LIC policy under "Varistha Pension Bima Yojana" scheme.

rate of interest

i have taken housing loan of Rs.12 lacs in Dec'08, at that time the rate of interest @ 11.25 (Floating), from last month the rate of interest for new customers they provided @9%, but for exiting customers like us are not enjoying the new rates. what we have done the mistake, why we can't enjoy the new low rates.
this is not fair for the customers.again on the same side if the interest rate goes up they will increase the rate...

survival benefit cheque issued by LIC has bounced back

Cheque no 674371 of Rs. 60, 000/- issued by LIC as surviving benefit amount for my LIC policy no. 11264221 has been returned by LIC's bank due to insufficient funds in their account. This is very inconvenient n harassing for me.

I've requested LIC to issue me a bank draft with the interest accrued for this delay.

Unable to get gratuity through LIC Group Gratuity Scheme

NEED GUIDANCE TO RECLAIM MY GRATUITY.

My previous employer had opened group gratuity scheme with LIC.

In 2003 there was a change in management, the new management decided not to continue with LIC group gratuity scheme and they requested LIC to close the account. Non Getting Receipt of Premium Paid Online from LIC Portal

Good Morning

My Policy Number[protected], On 02.02.2009 i paid my premium online from LIC portal & confirmation of premium paid is Successfull on my Bank side (Print Out of that is available), but receipt is not generated.

I compliant so many times to concerned officer in Delhi & Mumbai Branch, Also my NIT Faridabad Branch. But no such action taken.

After three days receipt is availbale...
