My wife's policy has come under maturity on 28th April 2020. And to claim it I have submitted all the necessary documents via post on 13/08/2020 .But no one responded back as currently we are facing financial crisis .

After continous follow up also none least bothered to take the responsibitly.
Now the policy is with in 441 branch fazira bazar (kolkata)
I request you to plz get back my maturity amount as soon as possibe.

If not i wil be going through legal process to claim my amount back.

    I Worked as a Agent of Life insurance Corporation(LIC) 12yrs ago.there after i regined that co. I joined in Reliance nippon Life insurance co Ltd. As a ARDM.My Pan no AJLPB0936C is showing in irda Portal.
    So I wanted Remove my pan card no AJLPB0936C to IRDA Portal. I'm suffering from this so Please Remove my pan no AJLPB0936C to irda Portal.

      Website: LIC Portal, Paytm Gateway of the Bank

      I had made a transaction of amount 24610 on 6th September 2021 to pay for my LIC policy. The transaction failed but the amount had been deducted. I have been constantly followed up with LIC, Paytm Gateway and Bank but I have not got any response from anyone. All the three companies are saying they have not recieved the amount and closing the grievance. I have submitted all the bank statements, screen shots of the amount being deducted but no reply. Kindly assist and solve the issue as its been 50 days for this incidence .

        Credit of my LIC Premium to LIC account

        I have a standing instruction for payment of LIC policy premium from my Bank of India account. As per Bank Passbook dated[protected], Rs. 18309/= was credited from my account but not credited to LIC. The transaction details are as below.
        TRTR/LIC/298030/V/D[protected].

        As this amount was not deducted from my account, I mad online payment for the premium for the same policy on[protected] from my another bank account, to...

        I tried to login www.licindia.in at 25OCT2021 at 22:25 IST with valid user credentials. Website gave me network error and I could not pay my premium in time.

        If there is a delay from customer's end LIC charges late fees.
        What about portal getting down, Should I expect some money from LIC for this network error?
        Are all rules for common customers only?

          I am Meena Kakkar. My lic policy no is[protected]. I received the hard copy with correct detail but few year back when lic launched online portal I found nominee name is wrong there. I requested at branch they said to submit effidavit with notary attestation. I request to correct the name as per hard copy and save my time & money to visit at branch which is in kurukshetra Haryana while I live in delhi.

            This is to informing you that i took the Loan against my Property from LIC, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi in 2012 due to some financial crises and i was suffering to pay the huge amount of Rs. 16736/- EMI on an every month as i am middle class person i decided to transfer the home loan amount to HDFC bank with minimum ROI while LIC was charging to me 11.95% ROI on my Home Loan amount.

            Finally i transferred my Balance amount to HDFC bank and did the For Closure from LIC after that they given the property documents date 23rd-Aug-21 than i got the mail from LICHFL side that they extend the documents collection date and they will update me when we have to contact with them for property documents collect. Till now i didn't the get any communication from LICHFL side while i given many reminders to them.

            CHECKLIST (required for release of Documents):
            1. Presence of all applicants (Applicant and all co-applicant of loan) is MUST. All applicants to come with original & xerox duly self attested of following documents : For photo ID - PAN card & For address proof- Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter Card, DL etc. . In case any of the applicants is not in a position to come for collection of documents then please visit our office/email us well in advance to collect the format of power of attorney, there are different formats of power of attorney for resident Indian and NRI.
            2. Original pass book along with its xerox / bank statement depicting the amount paid towards EMI & Repayment duly self attested (from multiple bank accounts if any) debited from your bank account for last 12 months duly HIGHLIGHTED. If any extra amount paid apart from EMI from other accounts, bank statement of the same is also required. If payment done from Third party then I.D. and bank statement of Third party is also required along with his consent letter. If property sold out and payment done from Third party then ID, bank statement and ATS (copy) of Third party is also required.
            3. In case of loan is closed through takeover by other bank/ FI, then in addition to your bank statement mentioned at point 2, cheque / Draft / Pay Order clearance certificate (IN ORIGINAL) will be required from the institution taking over loan.
            4. Kindly bring copy of this correspondence.
            5. In case of death of any of the applicant, please visit our office in advance and collect the necessary set of documents required in such cases.
            6. In case any excess amount is deposited and refund is to be claimed then please send a request in a separate envelop along with self attested copy of clearance of the concerned cheque & bank statement of 6 months ECS at above address.

Mail address:[protected]@yahoo.com.My LIC policy No:[protected] is matured in March, 2021 and I submitted all required documents including bank account, aadhar no, pan number to the branch office, LIC Rajampeta, AP, India for claiming maturity in March, 26th, 2021. So far maturity ammount is not received by me. I bring this problem to the Branch Office, LIC, Rajampeta, Kadapa District, AP and Customer Zone centre service, Visakhapatnam. Still my claim of LIC Policy maturity ammount is not setteled with unknown reasons. I kindly bring to your notice to solve the issue as Pending maturity completed policy ammount without settlement from long period after repeated complaints from me, customer zone and branch office.

                          I am facing the same as, I made an application on June 21st, 2021 for LIC tech term plan. And the medical test was carried out the next vary day. After that I didn't hear anything from LIC end. After continuous chase through helpline numbers which didn't serve my purpose as they were unable to find the status of my application. After all this I visited the nearest branch to enquire about the status. They didn't have any data about it as they informed it's a tech term plan everything is operated from Mumbai office. Though they helped out me with a mobile number of an official who told me about the additional information on Sep 9th which was uploaded on the same day. And again the same silence. It's October 16th still I have no clue about my policy even after 4 months of the application and premium payment.

                            Even if I enter correct case sensitive password, site says its wrong. Have faced multiple times. When reset password happens, otp comes valid for 15 mins. But when entering within the 15mins to reset, website says otp expired. Again resend otp. Still not working. How many times like this will continue. LIC need to revamp their ebiz.lic website.
