Above policy matured on 28.01.2021 but the survival benefit which was reinvested on 28.01.2011 not included in the maturity payment.I have submitted a letter to the Branch manager, College street branch(41N) Kolkata-700013 on 10.02.2021 attaching Acknowledge Slip duly accepted by the Branch Manager confirming reinvestment of survival benefit on19.01.2011 but so far I have not received the payment with interest

Cancellation of Policy

Dear Sir,

I, Basant Kumar father of policy holder bought LIC's Jeevan Umang from one of LIC agent ( Mr. Subhash Kumar, )for my two sons dtd on 09th March 2021.
Upon receiving the first premium receipt on my whatsup I found on both my and my son's details was wrong. Then I called the agent and asked for the correction.

After sometime he started not answering my call and stop responding to my message...

Non receipt of the LIC originaal policy after correction in name of Nominee

Sir

This is to inform you that I have applied for change of nominee for my e- policy no.[protected] Pradhan Mantri Vaya Vandana Yojana ). For this I submitted my Original Policy along with the request letter by hand to LIC branch Janak Puri District Centre Delhi on 04/03/2020( receipt attached).

I received an email stating that the changes have been done and the policy may be collected from the concerned branch...

Delay in payment of Death Claim

This is to bring to your notice that my wife expired in 10th May, 2021 due to Covid and I being nominee submitted claim to LIC office at F-19, Connaught Place, New Delhi with receding on 2nd July. Till date I have not receptive claim amount and the branch manager and also the agents are just killing my time. LIC makes bogus and false claims. I will never recommend anyone to buy LIC.

Regarding proposal no 9742 tech term plan

I have applied for tech term plan on 27/6/2021 and proposal no 9742. Medical test was carried out on 13/7/2021. From your end some documents asked to submit iike corona virus revised questionery and rua which i have already submitted to you by mail and upload corona virus revised questionery. In this regard no further communication from your end. I am tring to contact your customer care phone numbers several times but i am not getting response....

My brother Satish Kumar insured his life with LIC no[protected] and he has expired on 25th April 2021. When I went to LIC office Kurukshetra, the Branch manager made some excuses and refused to take claim form. So I sent the claim form through speed Post on dated 14th July, 2021.
