Hello,

My loan a/c no :[protected] dt.12/11/07 - with interest rate of 10.25 from Thane ( Mumbai - Mahararstra ).So far no of times interest rates must have been fluctuated but no information has been received by me from LICHFL so far.

The staff is forcing most of the customers turning to their branch office ( Thane ) to go to Agents and put make your applications thro' agents only.

The whole business has been chanelised thro' Agents, those who try to ditch customers with false committments, wrong informations, wrong guidence and nothing goes in a authetic way in the said branch.

The current branch Manager seems to be a good person Mr.Mohan, but the whole staff ( including Mrs.Chitale ) has some hands-in-gloves with agents to ensure most of the business thro' Agents.

So beware of the said institute.Not worth to deal with for an educated customers.

my lic policy no.[protected], it is a money back policy. on 28th march 2009 lic send me a cheque of rs. 20, 000.00 as a money back amount by registered courier but we not found any cheque till 24.04.2009, i went to lic many times for check the status of cheque but lic officer said that we were send the cheque already but i don't found it and they were not solve the my problem and ask me every time that you comeback after 2-3 days.

aginst my loan account no. 11086893 with asafali, new delhi, advnace P.D.C.cheqe were submitted to faridabad office. Now i have received a letter for non payment of dues for the monthof july-09. I understand that the cheque has never been put up for collection form your ned. If there is any rejection from bank, i may be provided the reasons and documents from bank.

Further the tel.no.[protected]/23234933/23232830/32641060/23218301, all number are un replied.Belive that no one is deputed to attend the customer or else persons may be enjying th govt. job.

Due dt 05 of every month.

Since last four monts my EMIs are not being deducted through ECS. I personally contacted your office at JEEVINSHREE, 1109, UNI RD, PUNE 16. Despite assuarance from your staff, next month story is repeated. And landing every time with late peyment charges for no fault of customer. I always kept required amount in balance for this EMI clearance. I am regular paying customer, you can check your records please.

Even now my EMI for the moth of Mar 2010 is not deducted. For immediate action please. I hope somebody is responsible for it.

Sir/Madam,

I am your customer with Loan A/C No.[protected], I called several times to get the information that why my ECS not cleared on due date. I always having suficiet balance in my Bank Account. To get simple
information I called atleast 25 times on various LIC customer care no. but no one given me proper Answer.
Finally I got the concern person name & no. MANISHA JOSHI - Deputy Manager of ECS Dept - [protected]. I called her 10 times but she is not in moode to pick up the call and said "Hello" also. I must say that
LIC customer care are useless. They are like govt employee who always have big work that is "No Work".

    My Bonus Cheque Due Sep 08. But till date we do not received cheque . I would like to know value of cheque and which date i received .     2. Visit the nearest LIC (any) branch with policy no. and check the due date.

    jeevan surabhi with profit — cheque bounces off 2 times of money back policy

    i have policy in name of sanjay kumar singh haveing its no. 28683112dated 24/3/01. issued by your office mugalsrai baranch. since it is money back poicy so your office has issued me the 2nd chq against my money retrun but 2 times this chq has neen retruned by your bank by giving us the excuse of not allocated to the branch so retruned amount was rs. 10000/- and chq no. of the 37941 .
    since chq bounces is due to the falut of your office i have to pay the bank rs. 700/- where as iam not defulter for the same so , i want this money should also be paid by you and also issue us the fresh chq .

      Since the date of claim the investigating officerS have

      repeatedly harassed me by interviewing me on the facts of

      death of my only Son, which gives me mental agonies & tortures.

      The claim is intentionally delayed for some vested interests

      on the plea of malafied intentions.


      If at all i had malafied intentions for monetary gain out of

      death of my only son i would have insured him for a huge amount.

      Further you people should note it carefully that any amount

      of money even is not sufficient for me to consider it as

      eqivalent to the life of my only son .


      Hence i have decided to sue you both officially & personally

      for causing me mental torture intentionally.


      Before doing that a time period of 15 days is given to u

      to settle the matter.

      Dear sir,


      Myself Ashish Kumar has to narrate that presently we are facing a lot due to negligence type behavior of LIC towards its customer. My father purchased a policy from LIC in July'05 with policy no.[protected]. Unfortunately he died in on 27th Nov'05 leaving is in a great mental agony.

      We informed yourself at that time through the agent from whom my father had taken the policy about demise of my father for getting claims.

      I feel very sorry to say that till date no satisfactory answer has been provided to me though around 3 years have been passed.

      My mother (nominee in father's policy) is suffering from psychiatric problems and we are facing a lot in her treatment due to fund problem.

      I am presently posted in Rewari (Haryana), therefore it is very difficult for me to get in touch with the LIC office at Azmagarh and the agent who helped us to get the policy is also not giving any help. Due to belief only; my father, myself and my brother has taken policies by the same agent only; and now we are getting such reward for the same.

      I have also registered my mail ID on LIC site.

      I am Suman Kumar S/o Late Sunil Chandra. My father expired on 22 Aug 07. He was having LIC with Policy No.[protected]. After his demise, I submitted all the relevant document in connection with death claim in the month of Aug 2008 in Khagaria Branch district of Bihar. I visited several times in connection with his death claim. I interacted to Mr. Vir Bhadur (claimant staff) of Khagaria LIC Branch. I was suggested to visit Divisional Office Bhagalpur for the same. I visited several times to Divisional Office of LIC Bhagalpur, Bihar. The manager of claimant department did not give me fruitful answer regarding my father's death claim. As of Now I have lost my hope and patience in this regard. Till date I do not know the present situation of my father's claim. How much time will be taken to finalize the claim.

      Your suitable reply in above matter is awaited.

          Dear Sir,
          I am a regular employee and presently working as Associate Professor in Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner. My total salary is about 4 lakhs (pre-revised) per annum and I have taken no loan from any of the agencies.
          Recently I have purchased a plot in UIT colony in Bikaner and applied for house loan of Rs.12, 00, 000/- in LIC HFL, Bikaner on 10 Jan., 2009 for construction of a house. I preferred to take a loan from this agency as there is MoU between LIC HFL and RAU, Bikaner and secondly I was told that taking loan from this agency is convenient. Unfortunately the original patta of this plot was lost by the person from whom I purchased this plot. However, a verified copy of the patta of this plot has been issued by the Sub Registrar Office, Bikaner which is a legal document for this plot. Further, I also got this plot registered in my name. Simultaneously, I also got permission for construction of the house on this plot from UIT, Bikaner. I showed all these documents to Area Manager, LIC HFL, Bikaner Mr. Vikash Sehgal. He pointed out that original patta should have been there but suggested that a FIR in police station about the loss of the original patta may serve the purpose of mortgage to get loan. Later on FIR was lodged as per suggestion of the Area Manager. He also asked me to submit a letter from my office about regular deduction of the installments of the loan to LIC HFL. Mr. Sehgal also asked me to pledge my LIC policies if loan sanctioned, to which I agreed. I submitted all these documents and deposited Rs.1700/- as processing fee in LIC HFL for loan on 21.1.2009 (loan account No.[protected], app no.711587. After that I contacted several times Mr. Sehgal directly or through agent of LIC HFL but I do not know why my case was delayed by Mr. Sehgal. I tried to talk on his mobile but his response was not proper. Thereafter, I decided not to talk with him on this issue. I kept patience for a long time and finally on 3rd March, 2009 when I talked to my LIC HFL agent Mr. Aziz Bhati about the loan he informed me that my application for loan has not been approved and I cannot be given loan from LIC HFL. Then I talked to Mr. Sehgal and wanted to meet him in his office but he refused me to meet and suggested to collect all photo copies of documents from LIC HFL. I also requested Mr. Sehgal to give me a regret letter but he refused to give me any of letter by saying that such type of letters are not issued by this office.
          I, therefore, request to kindly look into the matter and help me as it has disturbed my mental peace. Moreover, I am not able to understand why I was kept in dark for the two months, if loan was not be sanctioned. Why Mr. Sehgal asked to submit above mentioned documents and Rs.1700/- as processing fee. Besides I have deposited an amount of Rs.12, 000/- in UIT Bikaner for getting permission for construction of a house on this plot, which is also blocked.

          Iam a NRI having LIC HFL loan, for these years i dont have any access to see my loan o/s, can LIC guide us where to get this info thru online to access my a/c no[protected]. this is not my first comment addressed to LIC, if still LIC cant help to settle, i will elevate this problem to higher management in LIC.

          Hi,
          I took loan of 3500000 lacs from LIC housing finance from Vashi branch, mumbai.
          These people are real cheats. They will say lower interest rate in the beginning but those lower rates are there for FIRST THREE MONTHS of disbursement after that it will automatically shoot up by 0.5 %.
          In the begnning LIC HOusing finance agent won't say that lower interest rate is valid for three months only..
          Please keep urself away for such cheats...

          customers should be able to check the status atleast? The website shows that this facility is available

          I've take over my Home Loan from HDFC to LIC Housing Finance Ltd. three months back and when i changed my Hoam Loan you was offered 8.75% and from LIC they've told another 6 months to 1 year we won't review the INTEREST rate now i've paid only 2 EMI's the third month EMI will come Autust 9th only and now with in the 3 months you've revised my INTEREST rate 8.75% to 10%. That is really unexpected then what is the point of chaning HDFC to LIC. I'm totally deappointed with your approch and begining time promissing one thing and after took the loan your approch is different.

          Kindly sort out the issue other wise i'll planing to change my loan.

          I dont understand why the LICHFL is not able to provide online facilities. I was transfered from Baroda to Delhi, How can I deposit the installment
          My Hoursing Loan Account – 10063976 .

          I had taken the loan of Rs.5, 00, 000/- ( Rs. Five Lakhs Only ) in 1998 and payment mode was through ECS from State Bank of Hyderabad as during the said period, I got Transferred to other department and as this department is not having an Bank Account with SBH and are running only ICICI Bank., In the Light I had transferred my Salary Account to ICICI Bank, And got my Salary Account Transferred to ICICI Bank. And intimation to LICHF was already given well in time .

          Initially I was depositing the Cash in SBH so as to clear ECS Payments of LICHF Limited but due to heavy responsibility, could not deposit the Cash in time., Due to which I was forced to intimate LIC-HF accordingly regarding my New Bank Account in Jan2010, and later in Feb2010, Mid one employee of LTCHF contacted me and intimate me that ECS Payment procedure which they WOULD HAVE intimated at the time of first letter which I had given at the time when I open the account with ICICI anyhow I had done accordingly and given a letter to there Branch on 22.03.2010, along with my due Payment cheque which was cleared well in time. further recovery had been done from my new account which I had paid as Cash along with the Penal Interest as per LICHF Policy.

          I sent regret letter for delay and assure that as my ECS payment is with my new salary A/C with ICICI Ltd no future payment will be delayed. Further I Regret for the delay cause because of my transfer to other department and change in salary account and delay for the payment.

          Moreover I send all the proof of my version with the hope that this will meet the require reason for delay of payment.

          But after all this they sent my name in CIBIL for non paymnet of installment which is toally wrong as 5-lakh loan is backed by registry of Rs-14lakhs and market value
          of 40lakhs . How they can set my name in cibil for 2-3 installent for which well in advance I had intimated more over now 6 unintrupped ionstallment had gone but still nem is in cibil why.

          Moreover they had not given any copy of registry after repeated request no on cares for customer in LICHF.

          Further Interest rate told was changed after 2-3 months after loan .

          LICHF LOAN MAY BE AVOIDED TOTALLY ONCE TRAPPED WILL FACE THE PROBLEM.

          BEWARE WHILE TAKING LOAN FROM LICHF.

          I am also gone through the same situation.
          they hide their customer with unexpected increase in interest rate after just a couple months the loan get disbursed.
          Its better not to apply loan in LIC.
          Those are real cheater !

          You may go with SBI/HDFC/ICICI

            Dear sir/madam

            I have paid my due on 2nd march 2009, and the end of transaction it shows the error message. I just confirmed with my banker and the transaction was success, also they communicated with LIC regarding the transaction success. Policy #:[protected]. There is no intimation to my mail or mobile about the transaction i made thru LIC website. After one week i didn't received any online receipt. Please let me know how will get my online receipt.

                Hi,
                I have paid LIC premium online through the portal http.www.licindia.com for year[protected] on dated 4 March 2009. The amount was debited from my ICICI account but after that when payment gateway site was bring me to LIC site; an error page gets displayed. The amount is debited from my account but I did not get email for E-Receipt .

                I tried “View Pay Premium Online – Receipts” option but there also it is not showing the receipt of policy number[protected].

                I tried calling local LIC office number from LIC site but it give me message number does not exist.

                I have sent email @ "[protected]@licindia.com" regarding this. but still i am waiting for their reply. Please do needfull

                      I submitted My LIC POLICY No.[protected] of VARISHTHA BIMA YOJANA for changing the name of Nominee from son Arvind kumar to my daughter Dr.Archana Swami on 26/12/2013 which was received in the LIC Branch 919 P.M.Road, Fort Mumbai 400001 on 27/12/2013.

                            LIC Housing Finance Limited is not offering the new reduced interest rates to the existing customers like me. I have been sanctioned housing loan on Nov 17th (One month before they got reduced the interest rates) and they now informing that i am not come under new interest rate.

                            Why the interest rates came down only for the new sanctions?? What is the use of opting Floating interest rate in this case?

                            Interest rate is linked with PLR.
                            the difference between PLR and your Interest remains the same throughout the tenure.
                            Normally bank can revise the Interest rate every Quarter based on the PLR value of 1st day of that quarter.

                            I am also facing the same problem. Now the behaviour of the agents changes. They just keep on giving new dates that you would get the confirmation by this month and the next and the next.

                            Now they say that the duration of loan has been reduced by 3 yrs. But there is nothing on paper as of today. I am following this up for the last 4 months

                            I am D. Natarajan housing loan a/c no[protected], I like to share some grievances which I faced in our Coimbatore office on 19/08/09. My money back policy has been assigned with my loan a/c, the money back cheque (Rs 15000/-) was sent to housing finance on 09/01/09. I use to pay my housing loan through post paid cheques and had also given 12 cheques for the session July 2008-june 2009 and all my dues are clear up to date till now. The housing finance had taken due of February 2009 from my money back issued and the post paid cheque was not used for the above said month, this was not informed to me and I come to know this when I received my money back cheque from your concern paying 12180 Rs getting deduction of 2820 Rs as 1 months due. When I went to the office for enquiring about this I come to know that my February cheque was not used and its been in the office, when I enquired about this the officer in charge simply answered me that its our money in your hands so we can take it in anyway, I want to know that the officers in the office is to serve the customers and how come he can answer in such a way? I had cleared all my dues and never my cheque got bounced till date, I had taken money back from your concern through proper channel and the mistake was on their side that they had not informed me about the due of February 2009, I had given all my post paid cheques dated 5th of each month then what’s the necessity of dropping the due from my money back on 3rd of February 2009 as the housing finance is dropping the cheques only after 7th of every month and why not I been informed about this and when I want to know about this the officer giving me such a answer. Due to this issue I had wasted my time coming to office, enquiring about this matter, I would not have done all this if I would have been properly informed . I felt very bad because of this situation.
                            Please beware,

                            If you have not taken disbursement; request you not to take on the ground that the rate of interest will increase by 1.5% once you pay three installments. This is the policy of company to lure new customers by providing lower interest rates and increase it by such a huge percent when there is no sign for increase in interest rate in Indian Economy.

                            This is my experience and advice.

                              I was sanctioned for Housing Loan of Rs.4.40 lakhs vide their letter dt.31.01.09. I was following the same through lic housing finance limited agent. I have submitted all the required documents and also produced the guarantor along with his salary particulars etc., even after that. till today I was not paid the sanctioned loan amount. Whenver I enquire with the agent I was telling by him that it will be done, it will be but what is happening I donot know.

                                  Myself archana singhal apply for a home loan from LICHFL pune office. My executive is Yogesh Aggarwal . From last three months i am follwing him for the loan . But every time when i ask for the cheque he gave me a new list for the required document. And when i collect all the documents from my side and ask him to collect every time the reply is i don't have any time you came to my office and give to me i will be available .

                                  From last three months this is the service they are providing to the customer His manager Rajneesh they don't pick the phone and misguide us through their other employees .

                                  Please help because our builders is asking for the pending money and he is alredy charged interest for not giving the payment on time.

                                  Yes am also a victim of this interest rates I took home loan from LIC HFL for 11.25 but they have not reduced it to the newer rates not able to understand why these financial institutions are partial about new customers why don't they bother about existing customers at all..

                                  i am suffering from two month by LIC
                                  i changed my EMI to other account i put application and reqiuerd formalties
                                  but i am sorry to say that what LIC doing with my acount
                                  I have also applied for LIC home loan. My all documents are with then and my loan disbursment should be done 3 weeks before but still no progres in that. I met manager and staff they are giving me a reason from past 1 week saying no title report recied from back office/main office. I believe they are not following up as its a government organisation no one to ask them.
                                  I want to raise a case in consumer forum for LIC saying remove there Fair practise code, any word saying disbursment in 3 days with all documents. Please helpe me to raise this complaint to consumer court so that afterwards no government organisation will never try to play with their consumer.
                                  This what happening in my case too. This is really looking like a cheating. I have submitted/updated my application for more than two times. still they have not released a single check. Now they are telling to get a legal clearance from a lawyer.Really i am disappointed with the service of LIC.
                                  Avoid LIC housing. I first month itself they have shown poor professionalism, there is no sense of timeliness, interests are more than HDFC and there are number of hidden costs.
                                  The agent and LIC manager said there were no pre-payment charges upto 20%. But it is not mentione in the contract when I got it. Their explanation was 'yahan aise hi hota hai', if we write in contract people will exploit it.
                                  They issued the cheque 1 week before it was required and charged Rs 6k broken period interest. Explanation was 'next week some staff would be on leave'
                                  PSU banks and other FIs have better offers and services. LIC housing is a floundering company banking on the reputation of the parent organization
                                  Yes..True...At the time of availing the loan they are giving wrong commitment that RoI will not be increased for 6-12 months but after 3 months without any intimation they are increasing the RoI...and in fact if i requested them not to increase my loan tenure because of increase RoI instead asked them to increase EMI...they are telling that conversion charges is applicable for revision of EMI...this lending institution is also like other private bank...
                                  I want to bring in my case with LIC home loan too.

                                  I did apply for a loan in local branch (say branch#1) in Andhra Pradesh State as the property is located in Andhra and I work in other state (other than Andhra Pradesh). I did sumit all the required documents within defined time. Branch#1 reviewed the compiled documents and processed till my loan is sanctioned.

                                  The delay started from then. Branch#1 suppose to get a verification certificate from the location where I work (Branch#2) and as part of that branch#1 has sent the file to branch#2 via courier and the tracking also says that it has been reached to destination on time. Branch#2 did not perform the verification for more than a week until we checked that the verification has not been completed. The response that we got from Brach#2 is that they have never received the file. After many requests from us, Branch#2 found the file one corner of the office and tried to bud sling on brach#1 that the file has just arrived.
                                  Because of the delay, I had to postpone my registration twice and facing hard time to find another good time for registration as per astrology. The delay is impacting my office leave as well as I need to apply for a leave every time my registration is scheduled and travel back to work when it is cancelled.

                                  The person I spoke to in the Brach#2 is not LIC permanent employee, appears like she is a contractor or temporary employee.

                                  Overall, as a customer I dont like the delay for unknown reason.
                                  The LIC regional branch response & serice is not quite good.

                                  I appreciate if regional manager (TN) can take this point and improve the service and quailty in responging to the customer and processing the files without delay.
                                  Hey man, do not do mistake of going with LIC. They lure with cheaper interest rate. Believe me on 4th month onward they make you sit at 11.9%. You may be thinking LIC is government company and do fair business like SBI. Do not get trapped by that. Try in SBI, if not possible, try in IDBI which is also nice.

                                  These LIC are not reducing interest rate even RBI cut rates recently twice or thrice. But this bloody company will immidiately increase the moment RBI increase the rate.

                                    1) My Policy no.[protected]. I use to pay premium at Dadar TT & Kalachouki Branches but now both are closed. I want to know nearest branch to my house. My resident is at Paral Village. 400 012.
                                    2) My Policy of no.[protected] may be mature by[protected], may be two premium are balance. (July09 & Octo.09 ) Both I may pay in one shot.

                                    The above policy was taken purely as per the requirement of the housing loan taken from LIC Housing Finance Limited to cover the payment risk in case of death of the insured.

                                    The quarterly premiums were regularly paid even after my shifting the residence from Mumbai to New Delhi in August 2000.

                                    I used to either send the premium cheque to your Mumbai Branch Office or deposit the amount in New Delhi itself through WAN facility.

                                    Over the period of time, I found it difficult to pay the premium at New Delhi as your WAN system was continuously not working.

                                    In order to avoid the difficulties, when I visited Mumbai, I visited your Mumbai Branch and submitted a request letter for changing the policy to New Delhi Branch. The request letter was accepted by the Mumbai Branch and receipt no.22772 dated 11/3/03 was given. Thereafter, I had received a formal letter dated 29/4/03 from your Mumbai Branc confirming the transfer of my account/policy to Bhikaji Cama Place Branch in New Delhi and directed me to pay the premium to the said Branch w.e.f. 15/4/03.

                                    With this letter, I approached the Bhikaji Cama Branch in May’03 for payment of the Premium for the quarter April-June ’03. However, I was told that they did not receive any papers and asked me to wait for some more time.

                                    Again I visited Bhikaji Cama Place Branch on 12/5/03, when they confirmed that they had received the hard copy of my file and informed me that I can pay the premium, but I would not get proper receipt and I would be given only Policy Deposit Receipt. With a view to pay the premium on time, I agreed to the same and paid the paid and got the Policy Premium Receipt.

                                    Subsequently when the next premium for the quarter Jul-Sept’03 was due in Jul’03, again I approached the Branch, but I was told the same reply.

                                    On 12/8/03 when I came with the premium cheque, they did not accept the same. When I met the Manager of the Branch he informed that in view of non-receipt of soft-copy from their Mumbai Branch, they could not accept the cheque. When I enquired as to what to do with the premium cheque, shot came the reply that I have to wait or take up the matter directly with Mumbai Branch.

                                    My letter dated 4/11/03 giving the entire background as mentioned hereinabove also did not get any response from the Branch.

                                    Surprisingly, my follow-up letters dated 20/1/04, 4/8/04, 30/5/05, 07/11/06 and 20/05/07 were all received and acknowledged by the Branch, but orally I was informed that they did not yet get the soft copy of Policy from Mumbai Branch.

                                    Accordingly, I could not pay the premium, even though not due to my fault. Due to non-payment of premium, I could not get Income Tax rebate every year. Further, LIC Housing Finance charged me 0.5% interest additionally due to non-payment of premiums.

                                    It is quite strange that due to advent of modern technology and with the entry of various competitors, LIC is simply not taking any action on the request of the VALUED policy holder for several years.

                                    In view of the above I request for re-payment of the Premiums already paid alongwith interest, bonus and I do not want to continue with LIC as I have already taken policies from Private parties, who are giving better service.

                                    If required, I can forward the documentary evidence for the aforesaid sequence of events.

                                    I have taken up the matter with the Branch and the Regional Office, but all in vain.

                                    I want prompt action (at least now) on your part.
                                    Please send me Premium payment statement for the year 1-4-2006 to[protected], 1-4-2007 to[protected] & 1-4-2008 to[protected] regarding my Policy No.[protected]/[protected],[protected]/[protected] &[protected].

                                      This is to inform you that I Narayan Balwant Korange had taken a Policy for Rs.50000/- from Mr.Yuvraj Rane Agency Code No.01022901 on 28/12/2006 Policy no.[protected] for which I have paid premiums for nearly two years because he was my collogue.
                                      I am sorry to say that I have not yet received my policy document nor any of the receipts for payment towards the policy except the first receipt. Now my policy stands lapsed because of the negligence on the part of my collogue whom I trusted so much. He has left our company, when I tried to contact him he used to avoid and switch off his mobile.
                                      Since I belong to Uttaranchal, I do not have a bank a/c, so I used to give him cash to be paid towards my renewal premiums.
                                      Now kindly help me renew my policy document by recovering two years renewal premiums from Mr. Rane who is my agent and also send me my policy document.
                                      Kindly renew the policy without charging me any interest as it has lapsed due to Mr. Ranes negligence.
                                      See that you debar his licence so that he is not able to bully innocent people like me. The reputation of L.I.C. of India is at stake.

                                      I am Chandran.
                                      We are doing Home loan Transfer from one bank to LIC. We paid directly 5000 in LIC intially. After that, the agent received 25, 000 from us. He said, that is for processing fee. We are asking receipt for that last 4 months. He is not giving for that.

                                      Currently he is asking another 25000 for his service charge. We are processing for the amount of 2100000. We have closed our loan in Existing Bank. Existing bank will send the doc to us.

                                      After get that, we have to submit in LIC. Then only they will reduce the priciple, Otherwise they deduct the interest only.

                                      So that agent telling, he will not process if we didnt give for him 25000.

                                      Kindly let us know, What to do?.

                                      Is there any way for submit the doc directly?.
