Lic of india has send a letter and a cheque in my registered address but till today I have not the received the same.The EMS No. is ED[protected]IN I have made a lot of efforts to find the envelop but I could not find it. So kindly I request you to help me because its very important for me.

Their customer care found to be very poor as told by one of my colleague yesterday.

One of colleagues cleared the entire loan but the documents are not being returned by the LIC Housing Finance Limited, Maitrivanam, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. When he informed them that he will write the same to the higherups about their indifferent attitude, they told him "you are at liberty to do so but the documents will be returned by us only after one month". This clearly speaks about the indifferent attitude and negligence of the LIC Housing Finance Limited. Does it require one month to return the documents? Or is there any motive behind this?

It is as much astonishing & cumbersome as frustrating to find out that such a richly dependable Company as the LIC of India has been tarrying behind other private companies in providing latest safest and fastest modern technology i.e. making payment online. If any such facility exists only God knows where it is. It must be made easily approachable keeping in view all safety measures. But for the sake of general public which still has faith in you. But how long one can carry on with his faith only without availing of any comfort and facility. So please act fast.

As my policy no[protected] of 210 branch Agra got matured on[protected] . 40% of assured amount was required to be paid by the branch which will be 40000 + bonus. The branch has mailed the cheque to my old address at agra . i got my address changed to my present address at delhi long back.the same address was available in my policy account when the cheque have been issued. Even after number of representation with the branch i have not received the money.

Received a letter dated 27.12.2008 from LIC office of Mayiladuthurai, 609001(Branch Code: 744) and had complied mailing by registered post the policy document, discharged voucher and my IOB Savings A/c No for crediting my maturity claim for Policy No:[protected].

The above mentioned documents were registered post on 3 Feb 2009. Received an acknowledgement card from LIC signed by P. Sr Branch Manager on 7 Feb 2009.

Till to-date, I am yet to receive any information pertaining to my maturity claim. Could your good office please see to it expeditiously and do keep me posted.

As my policy no[protected] of Prembur branch got bonus of Rs.5000/-. The branch has mailed the cheque to my old address at Mudichur. I got my address changed long back. The same address was available in my policy account when the cheque have been issued. Even after number of representation with the branch i have not received the money.

This error came when i tried to make payment during June 2013
The policy due date of payment is July 26th 2013
Previously I have made payment on July 7th 2013 as my due date falls on 26th July every year
So may be this errors came because the due date is only July and the premium online can be paid only in July

i have read about your problem but the step you are taking is not appropriate i know you and your aunt is ahaving problem and you are very much right at your place but let me tell you they will not have any problem if you close the policies as lic of india is a govt. body and you know the behaviour and work of govt. employees(mostly not everyone) so dear friend go to the good lawyer of this field and firstly give notice to the concerned branch and then also if thre is no response then you must let it know to IRDAA(insurance regulatory authority of india) and also with that you must file a case in the consumer forum u will definitely get justice along with thatyou can also claim legal fees borne by you and mental disturbance compensation which can be upto 10000-10, 00, 000/-

This is K. Sivaguru, I was paying premium policy for 5 years and I relocated to Chennai 2 years back. Since that i was asking my lic agent (Ashish Malhotra) to change my address from B-61-B Dashrath Puri, New Delhi - 110045 to B-14, DAD Quarters, Nandambakkam, Chennai - 89. But till date, the agent did not do anything in this regard.

I stayed at B-61-B Dashrath Puri, New Delhi - 110045 only for three months and reloacated to Mayur Vihar Ph3, New delhi and finally two years back I reloaced to B-14, DAD Quarters, Nandambakkam, Chennai - 600089.

I also sent a letter to the delhi branch regarding the address change and LIC online enrollment form (id is: sivaguru_k). Ansl also, my interim bonus is overdue. Please arrange to send me the interim Bonus to my address - (B-14, DAD Quarters, Nandambakkam, Chennai - 600089).

I also want online access, regarding this also i send a letter to the new delhi branch three weeks back. But that was not done. My LIC id is sivaguru_k

i want to complaint of agent Mr jaydeep kulkarni of dombivli branch no 9276 (92F) which code is 0060792F, we r u clinet from last 6 years we have 4 lic policy. We contact to agent for policy amt but he is not attending phone many times.

so my one policy was lapse and i renew my policy again. I am not happy about this agent. He is not anwering or not coming to home to collect payment. According to him he is not getting commission more from lic.

I have been told by lic agents that lic is a government company but in realty it is a not. I want to make a complain to lic for giving fraud information to the clients and sourcing business..

I wish to bring to your notice regarding K.Sumathi, working as a HGA at Dindigul Unit-1, branch of LIC who belongs to Schedule Caste by birth and who converted as a Christian only on the purpose to Marry T. Irudhayaraj, who belongs to Christianity. A member of the Schedule Caste on conversion to Christianity will be considered only under Back Ward Classes not under Schedule Caste.

Due to the Marriage purpose only she converted as a Christian, She used illegally her false Schedule Caste Certificate and by playing a fraud to join in the LIC which were obtained before her Marriage at 1993 as a “Assistant” and also she has promoted and enjoyed as HGA at 2008 without any Qualified manner.

This kind of Malfeasance is illicited and punishable one done by K.Sumathi formerly Assistant now HGA at Dindigul Unit-1 branch of LIC. The person committing such mischief shall be punished with imprisonment for life, or imprisonment which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine under section 477 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and read with Life Insurance Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1960

K.Sumathi, her husband T. Irudhayaraj, elder daughter Katherin (17 Years old) and their younger daughter Leema (12 years old) are got the “Ganasthanam” from the holy Church and showing off themselves as if they are High Grade Christians in the Society. But when acting promotion and other facilities in LIC K.Sumathi HGA and her husband T. Irudhayaraj, Show themselves as Schedule Caste to enjoy all the benefits illegally. Since they Both belong to Backward Class, they could obtained community certificates in the Back Ward class as a “Dhalit Christians” to Both of their daughters Katherin and Leema.

Since, K.Sumathi working in the LIC as a HGA, She illegally performed as a LIC Agent No: 3297749 in the duplicate name S.Marey and Getting commission against the Rules and Regulation of The Insurance Act, 1938 (4 of 1938);any of the disqualifications mentioned in sub-section (4) of section 42 of the Act, and The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 Act No. 41 of 1999, and IRDA (Licensing of Insurance Agents) Regulations, 2000 & IRDA (Licensing of Insurance Agents) (Amendment) Regulation, 2007 Respectively.

K.Sumathi, living at Door No:18-Annai Nagar, AnguVillas Madu. Mettupatty, Dindigul declared the above address to contact for S. Marey (Agent No:3297749, Development officer Code: 0068775, Indian Bank A/C No: 18167, and PAN : ALF PM 3122K, ) While, having the evidence (Voter List) that S.Marey is not living at the above address apart from the K.Sumathi and her family only.

Moreover, S.Marey declared T.Irudhayaraj husband of K.Sumathi as a nominee to collect e the LIC Agency Commission No one optioned any other stranger as a nominee to collect while she has not a right to optioned her father or her husband to do the same.
As a LIC worker, she used her power wrongly towards the LIC policy holders to canvass them to act the policy against Provisions in the Life Insurance Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1960 of India read with Sec 27(1)(2), 28 and 29 as follows:-

“ Provided that no employee of the Corporation shall be permitted to act as an insurance agent and no employee shall allow any member of his family to act as an insurance agent”.

I, finally bring to your notice that, she illegally built a house against the Housing Rules and Condition of LIC.

I wrote a complaint to LIC Divisional and Zonal office but no response for its acceptance or any thing else. This is my 3rd complaint on the above subject. Therefore, I request Honour, kindly look into the matter and take severe necessary action will be initiated against K.Sumathi, working as a HGA at Dindigul Unit-1 branch of LIC of India

Sir,

I am Rahul A, My ULIP Policy:[protected] is in active and every month my savings account is deducted with Rs.3500 as EMI.

I started this in January' 09 and suddenly the EMI stopped in April' 09

But when I saw the online account of this policy it is shown as this account is inactive, and showing 1month payment only.

The Feb'09 months Cheque was bounced because someone(in Hyderabad, Habsiguda branch) who is in the data entry for policy details where they have entered wrong bank a/c number where the EMI was, they corrected later but this resulted to all messed up . LIC was having a hap-hazard way of collecting the EMI, there was no correct date they were producing the EMI deduction.

I will not accept the low points which are alloted in the total payments which was done by me, please tell me where all my money has gone to and why is it not reflecting in my account.

Please take an action on this and revert back.

No body is replying from the [protected]@licindia.com, and my efforts reaching info.[protected]@licindia.com going waste.

This is being waiting from past 6 months and still no resolution, the branch people says its in central and central says its in branch.

You have proved to be a real govt. org., there are many other Insurance providers which I should have planned with.
