Please remove PAN from IRDA portal. I have taken agency from LICI in 2015, but I didn't active my LIC code till now. I have already submitted resignation to LIC, but till now my PAN number and agency code is showing in IRDA portal.
Kindly remove my PAN and agency code details from IRDA portal.

        I paid amount for a tech term policy on Aug 1st 2021 and got the access id. And I am done with medical tests, but nothing is communicated or updated from LIC end. I regret my decision to take a policy with LIC now. They don't have customer care support to deal this kind of problems and they don't check the emails to respond on this kind of issues. LIC-Give my hard earned money back.

          The LIC Housing Customer portal was not accessible for quite long time from any of my devices as it is taking too long to load and ending with an error stating as follows,

              Hi LIC team,

              Your LIC website portal from mobile app is always have a issue. Either the site is down or we are unable to login neither we can make payment from gpay, phonepe or Amazon pay...Unable to understand ...why don't you upgrade your infrastructure properly...look at HDFC and other life insurance firm we never face such issue...

                            Why ain't this issue still not resolved.

                                Purchased tech-term policy online on 6th July 2021, got medical & video meeting done in 2 days. Since then no update in portal, no email/call received from Lic. Repeated calls to Lic in vain, one dept referring to another dept. Nobody has any update, just giving false assurances to look into the matter. I've sent several mails to DMKT dept., but no response received.

                                  Respected sir,
                                  my father Naraharisetty Bala Krishna Rao is having a policy on his name the details are follows-
                                  policy no[protected], premium 2002/- T&T-14-18
                                  I am the nominee under the aforesaid policy. my father went missing and the details are as follows:
                                  date of missing[protected], FIR date[protected]
                                  FIR No: 511/2009
                                  satyanarayanapuram P.S
                                  the Satyanarayanapuram P.S issued NOT TRACED CERTIFICATE on[protected].
                                  i have informed the above incident in claims department and I have been advised to pay the premium regularly
                                  this month i have visited the branch on 9-8-21, 10-8-21, 13-8-21, 16-8-21, 23-8-21 to get accurate information
                                  The branch manager informed me that there is no need to pay the premiums but in claims department i have got different opinion . I was further informed to obtain presumption of death certificate from the court by branch manager .
                                  When i approached the court authorities they informed me to submit a letter obtained from LIC informing about the amount to be received under the policy .
                                  i have given a letter in CB-II (685) requesting them to inform me about the amount to be received the under the policy ( sum assured + bonus + return of pemiums paid by me ) in detailed to enable me to submit in the court to obtain orders from the court .
                                  till date there is no response from branch offic CB-II (685) vijayawada
                                  To conclude (i) kindly inform me whether i have to pay February premium under the aforesaid policy.
                                  (ii) To issue a letter informing about the amount to be issue under the policy to enable me to submit in the court.

                                    Respected Sir,

                                    I am Mrs. Preeti Khanna, age 50 years, R/o 34 Sharda Vihar Phase 1, Dayal Bagh Agra, UP. My husband died on 28.04.2021 due to Covid-19. He had purchased 2 policy no.[protected],[protected] under HUF (Gurdayal khanna(L.A) Gurdayal khanna HUF(P), , branch DBO (266) AGRA settled the claim and payment was transferred to Gurdayal khanna HUF on 15/6/2021. But LIC claim department made big mistake, they mentioned name of only HUF and the payment was rejected by bank due to name mismatch. Our claim department Informed us on 18.6.2021 that the policy claim amount will be issued by cheque. The permission of cheque will be given by divisional office Agra 2 ro 3 days.. thereafter I am going there more than 25 time to visit in branch office DBO code 266 but neither any satisfactory answer not any cheque is received from them. Everyone is passing onthe matter to one another but no response is given to me. Always when I go there the branch says the manager cliam will pass the claim, the manager claim says MM will pass the claim, and MM says SDM will give the permission for issue of cheque, but today after 70 days I have not received any cheque or /NEFT. A woman who lost her husband is being troubled by LIC.Hence, I would be very grateful if you kindly look into the matter and pass order to issue cheque or NEFT with interest. Hoping for a positive reply from your side.

                                      i want to inform you that my father have 10 policy in lic of india..My father died on 10/05/2021..After the death of my father, I submitted all the policies for death claim in cbo 2 branch at 26/06/2021.I submitted all the papers after showing and verifying the claim officer.But till date i have not received any death claim amount yet.Every time I go to the branch and ask the officer about the death claim, he says the claim is underline.Sir, 2 months have passed and I have not received any claim..thats why i complain here. Sir please take care of this natter, that I can get my claim as early as possible..
