    This is to bring to your notice that my wife expired in 10th May, 2021 due to Covid and I being nominee submitted claim to LIC office at F-19, Connaught Place, New Delhi with receding on 2nd July. Till date I have not receptive claim amount and the branch manager and also the agents are just killing my time. LIC makes bogus and false claims. I will never recommend anyone to buy LIC.

          I have applied for tech term plan on 27/6/2021 and proposal no 9742. Medical test was carried out on 13/7/2021. From your end some documents asked to submit iike corona virus revised questionery and rua which i have already submitted to you by mail and upload corona virus revised questionery. In this regard no further communication from your end. I am tring to contact your customer care phone numbers several times but i am not getting response. They r not attending phone.                 Today date is 4-8-2021 till now not received pension when called on 1-7-2021 the person received phone and told that the pension will be credited directly to account on 1-8-2021 including first month again called on 1-8-2021 and told that pension not credited sir please check then started behaving like it is central government scheme we are just helping here we are not responsible contact the central government directly I am busy in meeting etc etc, then after some harsh words exchanging collects the police number and said that call you evening, waited whole day no message or call then I raised complaint to lic customer service number then from them I got to know that no neft details are found for the policy and they told me to visit branch with neft details, we have already submitted all necessary neft details bank details photo copies why we need to submit again it is totally negligence of lic branch and workers what to do now they are now sending message that your issue is resolved still pension not credited and policy bond is also not received

                    My brother Satish Kumar insured his life with LIC no[protected] and he has expired on 25th April 2021. When I went to LIC office Kurukshetra, the Branch manager made some excuses and refused to take claim form. So I sent the claim form through speed Post on dated 14th July, 2021. Speed Post booking no is EH[protected]IN. Still no response received.

                            I am Renu Rabidas, a policy holder of Malda Branch-1, Mokdumpur. Nach mandate send and done by branch on 24.02.2021 and by division 09.03.2021. But why the NACH CENTRE HAS DELAYED TO PROCESS (KOLKATA) from 4 months. It's very disappointing. I just want to know the reason, because I am also a government staff and doing our work with 25% attendence, so why there is no any displacement about processing by the NACH CENTRE, why they are harrassing us???????

                                    Rajneesh Kumar Goyal[protected] was working as SDE in BSNL in Bathinda SSA of Punjab circle . In the year 2019 BSNL has taken GTI scheme from Life Insuration Corporation New Delhi. That my premium was deducted wrongly. The Life Insurance Corporation has withdrawn my policy and agreed to to refund the premium worth Rs.45430-00 as per the list attached herewith in the moth of Nov 2019. Sir the official in the list at serial no. 2 Mr.Shashi Kant has received the refund with interest ondated[protected] as per the transaction id attached herewith. Sir it is a matter of great regret that inspite of my so many talks I have received no amount till date. This attitude of LIC fully frustrated and depressedme.

                                    R/Sir,
                                    I am hereby attaching the MOU between BSNL and LIC of India. As per policy Effective date of policy is 01March2019 written on page no.2/12 under para ( VII ). My date of birth is[protected]. As per policy my premium was 9440-00. as I was less than 50years 6 month from the effective date of policy which was 01March2019 as per policy document at page 11/12. But the LIC charged Rs. 45430-00 . which was wrong. I complainted this with BSNL and as well as LIC. The LIC suspended my policy and agreed to refund the money.But till date I have received no refund. I am fully depressed and disappointed with the behaviour of LIC of India. So I request yourself to kindly direct the concerned authorities to make the refund with interest in the below noted account.
