If anything happens in our life and assets Lic Agent KP Sajimon is Full response.

K P Sajimon threatened us. If anything happened to our life or to our assets, such as by accident or anything, he is the main culprit. I already file complaints about his bad attitude towards the customer and the corruptions made by him.

29 dec 2021. Direct threatening with Gunda
Kerala under Kottayam division, Ranni branch office, Chittar Satellite office.
I already filed a compliant against this criminal lic agent KP Sajimon.

      I purchased tech term policy on 27th November 2021. Completed my vedeo mer and medical tests on 1st and 4th December 2021. Till now no updates. After frequent mails I got a cc of mail which addressed [protected]@mdindia.com to conduct medical tests or upload if already taken on 22nd December from [protected]@licindia.com. I called the online sales division of chennai branch (Koyambedu) and queried him but he told tech term is managed by Bombay office . Then I called Bombay no number. But nobody was responding .Really very bad experience . I was an old lic agent and my family is having many lic pollicies. Please solve the issue

        I am having policy ( Policy no.[protected] also having other polices) registered with LIC online portal User ID ravichandras and also having online registration for spouse in her name.

        Now i would like to add my wife policy under my login ID under spouse policy.

        When trying to register her policy number under my user ID, it is not allowing and getting error policy has already registered under another user and i am not able to delete or de-active her policy / online account.


        Now i want to deregister my wife's online account a/c ID: arunakumari1973 (policy No.[protected] and to be registered under my online a/c.

        Regarding this we have sent request to LIC customerzone_mysore
        both myself and my wife through registered mail ID but there is no response in this regard.

                I have registered online to buy a Tech Term Plan through the LIC website on 06.07.2021. The access id is[protected]. I have purchased a Tech Term Plan on 06.07.2021 and made a payment of Rs. 11838/- . The proposal number of the policy is 10723. After that, a Telemedical video calling was done. But after that, there is no update regarding my policy. I have not received any call for physical medical.
                I have called customer care but they said they haven't responded to any information regarding online purchased policies and I am not able to get any information about my policy.
                So now please issue the policy ASAP by following the appropriate procedure otherwise cancel the policy and refund the money.

                  Dear Sir/Mam,

                  iam suffering from 2016 onwards from Lic of India due to the noc issue from them i went to the to the branch several times complained it given tons of written letter and still they are not removing my name from the pan card as they are not delinking from pan from there website and they are denning the noc from lic which is hampering my life and iam not able to join the other organization and iam suffering from the lic and still my issue is not yet solved or anything and i was a terminated agent due to non performance of work from lic which i needed to get at least 12 policy in a year even though iam a terminated agent they are not delinking the pan from the pan lookup and iam not getting a job anywhere hope this gets solved and iam getting the required noc

                    As part of my LIC HFL I have done assignment for 1 bond when i took loan.Now loan is closed and got my documents but not Bon. After asking they say we dont have and its wast not given to us.I went to branch and checked the policy status . its still in assignment with LIC HFL. Bond is get matured by Feb.

                      My mother's policy no is[protected].

                      My LIC Agent[protected] Mr. Auti Dattatray Jayram is not assisting or responding to us regarding any help of policy. Since he is a very successful agent of your branch he should have some ethics about handling the customers.

                      My request to you is to take strict action against him and help me to surrender my policy ASAP, since I stay in Bhiwandi, it's too far for me to visit the branch.

                        I have been trying to register as new user in LIC e-services but it is giving me "Unable to connect to the network, please try again later". I tried to register in using both mobile app and also the website but still the error exits.

                              Pl be informed that till date the “LOAN” issue against both the policies (i.e. Policy No.[protected] & Policy No.[protected] has not been resolved. This has been discussed during my visits to your Branch Office (Code-583) along with original policy bond & I was assured after verification from your good office that there has been fraud against my policies and shall be settled within 10-15 days, whereas already 02 year has lapsed but matter has not been resolved yet.

                              This is really a matter of concern that in spite of escalating the matter including IRDA, issue against both my policies (Policy no[protected] & Policy no[protected] matter has not been resolved yet.

                                  I was opened my Policy Agent account on 2017 and it was closed on 2019. When I'm checking in IRDA portal it still showing "Inforce" status.

                                  I was given my request letter in LIC to cancel my Policy agent code. Also, I have signed copy from the Branch Manager with seal.

                                  Can you please consider this email has high priority, because it is affecting my Job. My current company (General Insurance) asking the "Inactive" status and it should be displayed in IRDA Portal.

                                  I have sent so many follow-up emails in those who are in "To-list", but still I didn't get any proper response.

                                  I have shared my details in the below. Also, I have enclosed the attachments.

                                        I have purchased tech term plan on 26.11.2021 and made a payment of Rs. 12567/- . The proposal number of policy is 21116. After that a Telemedical video calling was done. After that i contact myself to the third party medi assist team(the phone number was found on lic mail)and done my medical test on 1/12/2021.Now i dont know what is going on with my proposal
                                        i have called customer care but they said they have not any information regarding online purchased policies and i am not able to get any information about my policy.
                                        So now please issue the policy ASAP by following the appropriate procedure otherwise cancel the policy and refund the money

                                        I've paid for the same plan in the beginning of October 2021. Till the date, I don't have any update on my proposal. LIC contact numbers are always OFFLINE, no one replies to emails too
