It is Regarding Claim for Policy Number :[protected] & three more policies.
I have submitted Claim to LIC Mathura Office on[protected]. Till date I have not received Claim Amount. also not received any information from LIC. All policies are more than 5 years old. Need to settlement of claim asap alongwith Interest till claim settlement.

    Premium deducted from my salary for 12/2011 premium but same has been not adjusted . Every month I receive a msg from LIC if India about this gap premium . I visit personally & mailed to the branch for a solution but no result found . Please help .

      I have not received the claim under the above policy due in march2021. I have already submitted the life certificate, discharge voucher, NEFT details and PAN card well in advance.
      I am utterly surprised to learn that such a big institution cannot settle the clay in spite of complaining for three months.

        I took pension plan Jeewan Surakhsha Policy No[protected] on 25 May 2001 from LIC of India. Alongwith the policy a letter addressed to me was given by Branch officer on 26 June 2001. As per that amount of pension option 'E' was Rs 52205/- While on 12th June 2020 I was given a revised sheet for annuity amount of Rs 47360/- for option 'E'. Nowhere in policy or letter dated 26 June 2001 was mentioned that the amount is subject to change based on the market risk or any other reason. Assigning lower pension than what was confirmed and committed in the enclosure alongwith the letter dated 26 June 2001 is breach of trust.
        Since more than a year have written multiple times to various authorities in LIC but without any response.
        As there is no provision to attach the emails and other documents in this complaint box, the complete picture may not be reflected. You may like to seek more detail - my correspondence email ID is [protected]@hotmail.com

          Sir,

          I am an employee of SAIL, Bokaro Steel Plant, Staff No-678245. I have taken a LIC policy vide[protected]. Despite of deduction of all premia from my salary, I was paid back only the deducted amount after maturity and loyalty addition was not paid, stating, 'there was a gap in 03/1996'. It was the responsibility of LIC of India to deduct the premium and of the agent to ensure the same. Sir, I am not responsible for this matter. I have attached the statement given by authority of SAIL, Bokaro for your reference.

          I kindly request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and instruct LIC of India management to settle my proper claim.

              Not sure whether portal is upgraded / under maintenance neither login nor payment through other alternatives are working. Though my policy premium is on due the sites notify a message indicating that either policy is not in due or policy records not found. Why such a large organization portal of the nation not maintained well?

                My father was LIC agent Late. B.V.A. and currently agency is transferred on Nominee name. After transferring, we are not getting Due List and not getting Client List. Without this we are not able to do inform clients about premium due. So, kindly provide due list monthly and provide client list.

                  Hello Sir/Madam,

                  I have got a phone call from one of the LIC agent 0351111W - Paarth Jain from LIC Branch - LIC of India, New Delhi 11W Branch Office (11W ), NEW DELHI on 18/04/2021 and he explained me one of the LIC policy plan (LIC's New Endowment Plan (Plan-914)) and it’s benefits. It looked good and I went through it. The same day one person came to collect my documents (bank cheque of Rs 21600, Aadhar Card/PAN Card, Photograph and three months bank statement.) Two days later I have got the call from Paarth and he asked that due to covid-19 pandemic it’s hard for him to submit the cheque and asked me to transfer the same amount to the below account number.

                  I transferred the same amount Rs 21, 600 to the above bank account and even after two and a half months passed, I have only got one screenshot of my policy cover note over watsapp, I provided that person the address where I want my policy cover note to be delivered but I haven’t got my policy cover note and any other below benefits which was offered at the time of buying the policy.

                  1. I have been told that LIC will provide me a Credit Card (Lifetime free) and if I will pay my LIC premium using this card, 5% of policy amount will be refunded in my bank account same time.
                  2. I can register upto 3 LIC policies with this card and upon premium payment, I will get 5% refund same time.
                  3. I have been told that I will get one agent code created for me and if I will refer any person and that person will buy the policy, I will get the commission like any other LIC agent does.
                  4. I have been told that LIC will provide me the Health insurance cover of Rs 1, 50, 000 for upto 5 family members for free.

                  Now the same person stops answering my phone calls, watsapp messages and all other communication. So the objective was to just sell me the policy and eat all other services offered.

                    He didn't deposit the money and also he starts a new three policy without my permission and knowledge for 3 years. When we check our passbook we noticed that the cheques are gone to the account of LIC of India. With our cheque amount, this agent pays his personnel loans and some policies and he manipulates false figures.

                    I need the status report of my cheques.
                    I requested officers to allow the details of the cheque and nobody gave the proper answers.

                    Please check and refund our money back

                    Also please restrict this agent to add me or my mother to new policies.

                    I already raise a complaint to Lic Trivandrum, Lic Kottayam division, Lic Ranni Branch, Lic Chittar Satellite. For our cheque payment issue (2018).

                    We trust Lic agent, but he cheat me and my mother clearly.

                    We are threatened Lic agent he mentally torture like vigilance case to our income and source of money to paying Lic policy, Agent came home at morning 2021 June 19.

                    July 1, two Ranni lic union leaders came home to a compromise talk we not accept that comprise.

                      I paid the LIC renewal premium amount today, 04.07.2021 and it has been debited from my Bank as well but error page displayed. I have not received the receipt of payment from LIC.

                        I, Deomanti Devi (nominee) my husband name- Late Dr. Dhurkheli Ram (policy No[protected] holder ). My husband has expired on 20/08/2020.

                        After the death of my husband, I had submitted the application form for LIC claim along with complete forms and attachments (signatures of witnesses, bank details etc.) to Purnea branch. But even after more than 6 months, my claims were paid by me. Not deposited in savings account. Which is a matter of great regret. Non-payment of claim for so many days after death is not justified from anywhere. Failure to pay the claims on time after the death of the insured is a sign of gross negligence.
                        Therefore, I request you to identify the persons responsible for this and take strict action and kindly pay my claims with interest.
                        I will be very much greatfull to you if you release the amount immediately

                          It is ridiculous that daily 2 to 3 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from LIC for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

                                  This is okay to inform us for our dues, but LIC have not rights to speak about our personal life.
                                  I don't know the name of telecaller but she misbehave with me and commenting on my personal life... I've call recording of her, in first call she informed me about my dues after a min she called again and commenting on my personal life.

                                    Online portal is the worst I have ever seen. There is no option for online nominee update. When I approached to nearest LIC branch CBO 7/839 ( (other than my home branch where I issued my policy), said that you have to update nominee in home branch only.
                                    First they are not on time. System was very slow.
                                    When I called Customer care, they mentioned that I can change nominee anywhere in India but same is denied by LIC branch 7/839 (Ahmedabad branch).

                                    When I called to SHRI ASHISH D PARMAR (CBO 7/839), there phone not working. Then I called SHRI PRASHANT HUMNE (CBO 3/838), ring was going but no one pick the call after multiple try.

                                    Then I called to my LIC Agent, he mentioned that I have to come to home branch with bond paper to change the nominee. Its just ridiculous to work this much just to change nominee. Horrible service.

                                      LIC Agent take money but not paid

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      My Policy no is[protected]. It's premium due from 28Dec 2018. I paid Rs.88000 by account transfer and 5000 by cash in Sep2020 to pay my due premium.

                                      Till date agent not paid and not responding. i followed him continuously but result is zero. I also met to Gopalganj Branch Manager but he told we are helpless.
