      My policy was matured for payment on 01.02.2021. Policy No. is .[protected] issued at your Srikakulam (ANDHRA PRADESH) Branch. I am trying to contact that branch over phone but no one is responding.

        Hi Team,
        Good day, hope you are doing great and safe.

        It gives me deep displeasure and concern, to kindly draw your kind attention to a newly created policy (policy number[protected] UMANG scheme
        .
        Grievance im looking forward to is as follows:
        I was informed that, the scheme has a 15 year tenure post which an amount of 80, 000/- annually shall be credited to my account until life survives.

        Owing to above communication both electronically and physically the premium of march and april was paid on last friday 19-mar-2021 / Monday 22-mar-2021

        To my surprise and disappointment the insurance receipt shared shows D.O.M as 2092 which was absolutely not consulted or communicated to me . hence it gives me deep displeasure that, the first LIC account opened with great hope and dreams have shattered.

        Respecting your valuable time, I request your kind help in this matter at the earliest since trust has been a stake at this point of time.
        I would like to seek an explanation for the same and if the D.O.M added without my consent cannot be changed, I urge to kindly return my amount paid since It would be unfair to keep in the policy which is manipulative.

        Please let me know if PFA LIC Copy(joined on 22 march 2021, not able to attach due to size issue : policy number mentioned above ), electronic evidence of policy details communicated to me is needed and transaction details if needed .

              Existence certificate for this annuity policy was submitted on 29-Jan-2021 by LIC officer, Mr. V. GOVINDAS (Agent Code[protected] to [protected]@licindia.com, along with supporting documents like cancelled cheque.

              A reminder for the same for sent on 24-Feb-2021.

              Till date, annuity payment has not been received.

              Please look into this.

                My Policy No.[protected] in the name of AMAL KUMAR KOLAY has already been matured on Jan 2020. Due to Covid situation I could not submitted my document as I am in Jamnagar Gujrat. As per your requirement I have submitted required document at CBO-415 address Illaco house 1 & 3 Brabourne Road Kolkata-1 (by hand) and got a receipt on 09 Feb 21 .The documents are as follows,
                (a) Bank account details in cancel cheque with signature,
                (b) Original bond paper,
                (c) Discharge form,
                (d) Photo copy of pan card and
                (e) Photo copy of Aadhar card

                Please inform me the status. but my policy maturity amount which still not received in my bank account neither I received any cheque/DD of maturity amount.

                Also I register complain in LIC complain cell vide[protected]/01 dated 02 Mar 21,[protected]/02 dated 03 Mar 21 &[protected]/03 dated 06 Mar 21. And sent email to [protected]@licindia.com dated 04 Mar 21 and reminder-I 07 Mar 21 with scanned receipt. Also I send a Filled NEFT From by speed post vide[protected] dated 12 Mar 21 .                 I register complain in LIC complain cell vide[protected]/01 dated 02 Mar 21,[protected]/02 dated 03 Mar 21,[protected]/03 dated 06 Mar 21,[protected]/11 dated 26 Mar 21 &[protected]/13 dated 29 Mar 21. And sent email to [protected]@licindia.com dated 04 Mar 21 and reminder-I 07 Mar 21 with scanned receipt. Also I send a Filled NEFT From by speed post vide EG[protected]N dated 12 Mar 21 which was delivered on 17 Mar 21 .Also I have submitted NEFT Filled from to my nearest Branch Code: 81P (LIC of India, Jamnagar City Branch Office-III) along with NEFT Filled from, Photo copy of bank pass book & Nominees Aadhar card & pan card to Mr. Sah.

                  Workers not on their particular seat upto 1 to 3 pm but they were present. Every body said that they gone for lunch. So please subject me that what is the proper lunch time. And due to this I am unsatisfying with the service of LIC and they ambararesed me. And I had submitted my surrender of one policy and it could not completed after 5 days then I have to come to office for the same .

                      This is to bring to your notice that every time recently I have being going through mental harassment at Malleshwaram branch bangalore whenever I got for loan against my policy Bond.

                      Either they ask for some witness signature or else sometimes they tell there is Singanutre mismatch of the policy holder.

                      Recently I went to submit my mothers policy no[protected], since she has aged person around 65 yrs. I went to submit my policy documents with all necessary precautions since I knew they wil play some drama.

                      First they said there is mismatch in witness signature and later on they told that my mothers signature is not matching and gave one fom and told to later on..

                      Last time the issue was sorted out after the intervention of my agent Asha Ramegowda.

                      I request the concern department to take stringent action so that the staffs who are sitting in the office who don't ever acknowledge their customer not respect their customer to train properly on customer service and management.

                      Every I have to complain against staffs at LIC Malleshwaram branch. So that normal people should not suffer.

                                11/08/2020 ko father aur maine financial problem se policy surrender kiya, paisa nahi dene se account 16/12/2020 ko update hua. Father ka payment ho gaya aur mera form original bond ke saath gayab ker diya.ab paisa chahiye khojne ko. Mother ka opperation ruka hai lic of india branch 3 gorakhpur ki wajah se. Pls. Payment bataye to mai bhugtan ker sunishcit ho jau ki payment hoga. Thnx.

                                    I had 2 policies in LIC which I want to surrender as because of GST issues .. I dont want to keep it continue. I asked customer care services to provide me info how to surrender as I am in Australia and we dont have plans yet to visit India because of COVID-19 pandemic. They told me list of docs which we arranged and send via email to the agent and agent took those docs to branch manager. now after 4 months of doing all this branch manager is not accepting the docs and said either we go there or send him the original signatures via post. Because of pandemic situation we tried to send docs to India for some other reason it never reached to destination. I asked him why he dont accept as everything is there including the original copies of LIC policies, He said how would he know that I am the person who signed these docs. I said u can talk with us on video call if need to see who we are, he said nope as only needs original signed copies. I talked customer care and after 1 hour of headache upto team leader they dont have any option in this situation to sort this issue. Thats my money, our money and how come and who is branch manager to hold it when we dont want to continue. Branch manager said he will not do it and I can call to customer service and say them to do it. What the heck these people are self made bosses of the public run system??? He hanged my phone up and said I have other things to do and not free here. My money is stuck there and absolute horrendous situation created by Branch manger.

                                      Sir due to my current job in Bajaj allianz life insurance, my new company not allow any agent code from any insurance company and i am not interested to continue as an agent for any insurance company.

                                      It's my humble request to please process to terminate my agent code with immediate efforts from IRDA PORTAL otherwise i am not eligible to join my new job.

                                        My policy got matured and lic ask me for re-assignment form because while home loan mortgage this policy with bank so bank given re-assignment letter and bank letter with there format. I have submitted NEFT/Nomination/re-assignment letter/re-assignment form/original policy document & Cancel Chq all required documents to lic branch 9276.

                                        Still i have not got any amount in account due is 31/3.

                                        Kindly investigate the same and settle on priority.
