I hold lic policy bearing policy no[protected] in fort branch 913, mumbai. I had kept my policy with an a person whom i trusted and he assigned my policy on his name without my consent with the help of a corrupt officer in lic on basis of a forged signature on assignment form. The forged signature is not at all matching with my original signature on my pan card and passport. I have already given a written letter to the branch objecting not to make any payment to the fraud and i also submitted written letter in commissioner of police and dcp office in mumbai. I am not getting positive result of my appeal. Kindly help

      I have 3 policies with lic, out of which there was a auto debit for 1 premium (Policy #[protected] on 15/06/20 and the other 2 were not been debited. On 21/06/20 i then got the option to pay online hence made payments accordingly for the 2 policies[protected] &[protected] which were not debited. Now on 15/07/20 there was auto debit for 3 policies for the month of july. Also on 21st and 22nd there were again debits from my account for the amount of rs. 32, rs. 138.49, rs. 451.51 and rs. 48.40 for policies[protected] and[protected]. These were the debits for june 2020 which i already made payment on 21/06/20.
      Kindly assist how do i proceed in getting the double debit amount credited back to me

            My father was working with standard chartered bank. Post his retirement, he use to get pension which was subsequently transferred by standard chartered bank to life insurance corporation of india.
            With reference to the above mentioned annuities, have sent two emails to the following email ids during feb and april 2020. Till now, i have not received any revert or even know whether my email is reached concerned team of not.

            I lost my father and want to know, the validity of this nomination from his pension perspective.
            Can you please let us know what type of pension he had received all these years from the above 3 annuity reference number perspective.
            Is there any amount commuted by him towards his pension, which can be due to the survivor or the nominee.
            What are the procedures to be followed by us.

              On the 23rd of june 2020, i had personally come and filled the form as my policy mature date was 09 jul 2020. I had clearly mentioned that i would like to receive the whole amount as i am jobless and need money for my mother's surgery. Inspite of that i received a call from ms. Asawari asking me to fill up the form.
              Request you to please look into it on urgent basis. Your service is taking longer than expected.

                  I was paid three premium of me and my two brothers policy as on 17.06.2020 from my credit card manually. After that as on 14.07.2020 auto debited from my card. So there are double payment made. Policy details are as under :

                  1. Policy no.[protected] mendha bhaveshbhai dharmendrabhai - rs.4418

                  2. Policy no.[protected] nileshbhai dharmendrabhai thakkar - rs.4377

                  3. Policy no.[protected] dhavalkumar dharmedrakumar mendha - rs.4322

                  I also attach lic premium receipt and credit card payment statement and my bank detail. So please revert payment on my credit card or bank account as soon as possible.

                    I had purchased following lif insurance policies from life insurance corporation of india (Lici) through their kalyani (0436) branch :-
                    Policy no. Date of purchase amount invested
                    [protected] 06.01.2020 rs.9, 93785.00
                    [protected] 07.01.2020 rs.4, 96, 890.00,
                    But till 20.03.2020 on non-receipt of original policy document i have lodged grievance on 22.03.2020 on lic’s portal. But on 31.03.2020, they have closed the grievance without resolution on 31.03.2020. I have lodged again grievance on 31.03.2020. They have advised me as follows:
                    “we are sorry to inform you that status of attending your complaint is appearing as resolved or closed as per our system. But we regret that under the present situation it is not possible for us to look into the matter and solve the issue. But we admit that one month is sufficient to get the policy delivered. Under this circumstances, please bear with us. We shall certainly inquire into the matter as soon as possible with the normalization of the situation. Till then, please bear with us.”

                    But you should appreciate that considerable period has been lapsed since substantial relaxation by administration towards normalization. But they are yet to honour their commitment. On contrary they have debarred me from lodging grievance on lic’s portal for resolution of my long outstanding issue.

                      My policy no.[protected] due on 15/07/2020. I sent scanned copies of all documents by mail on 24/06/2020 and resent on 15/07/2020 on email add. Customerzone [protected]@licindia.com. Documents attached are a) polcy bond b) dc c) cancelled cheque d) pan & adhhar card.
                      Due to covid - 19 i am unable to personally visit your jodhpur office because presently, i am residing at mumbai, thane. Post office is also not providing the speed post service, therefore i scanned all above mentioned documents, attached and sent through mail. But yet i not received any response from your office till date. Kindly arrange to settle my claim and arrange to credit the account.

I am running the office, but the officer is not listening. Now i am going to postpone the policy. Request to solve the problem.

                              Dear Sir,

                              This mail is being made to inform you that in a reputed organization like LIC of India, how lies and fraud is going on with consumers. How our hard-earned money is being cheated by lies. This incident is on 28th March, 2018. When I got a call from Ms. Nikita sharma from a LIC corporate branch of Mori Gate and she very well gave me complete information about a new endowment plan. In which she told about 4 important lifetime benefits. All of which were as follows.

                              1. Lifetime membership with upto 20% commission in enrollment of new policies.
                              2.Lifetime Medical cashless policy (2 lakh for 4 persons) without any extra cost.
                              3. LIC Credit card with 5% additional benefits of each rennual..
                              4. Beniifit after Disability ...

                              Under all the benifits given above, I decided to take the policy (No.[protected] of 36K PA after thinking everything well. But even after a few days of submitting all the documents, when I did not receive the Bond Paper of the Policy. So after taking a lot of follow ups. Mr.Rajeev mittal working Mori Branch told me that you do not get your money back, forget your money. After that I spoke to ms.priya and then he transferred the case to an agency (Code: 10474108M000610). And my file was further processed by Ms.Shakshi Gulliyani (Agency Name: Rishab Mendhiratta). And after a lot of conversation, I got a Bond Paper of that policy but many benifit, my credit card, medical card and memberdhip card etc. have not been received yet.
                              Please take appropriate action in this matter. So that no such negligence can happen in future and we feel that our wealth is in right hands.

                                  I am Vsr Sarma employee in Central Bank Of India retired on 30.04.2020.
                                  our bank group insurance policy no.86862 . my PF No.042237.
                                  i am received Rs.79141. On comparison with other retired employees, they are received Rs.1, 02, 000( joined in the group on the same day with same monthly premiums).
                                  Ex: Mr.Jsn Murthy with PF No.061950 retired on 31.03.2020 under same policy 86862 and received Rs.1, 02, 000.

                                  please verify my record and refund the remaining deference amount of Rs.23, 000.

                                    Commision not receiving properly. There is 30 monthly policy renewing month on month via nach. But no proper commission.
                                    Lic has been deducted professional tax amount. I am having health insurance agency in hdfc ergo health insurance company. If i submit issued from lic tax receipt they are not deducting the tax. Due to lockdown i am unable to visit branch office for collect professional tax receipt.
                                    Request you to pls mail me the soft copy receipt or photo copy of the receipt.

                                      Dhanraj and his nephew srinivas who is working in ameerpet lic housing loan branch is approached me to offer home loan in august 2019. Later, loan was sanctioned and they have released all cheque's but stopped processing final cheque of 1 lakh intentionally. Now, they are asking bribe to process that 1 lakh cheque. Dhanraj and srinivas also looted money from me during mortgage payment, registration etc... All they need is bribe to do their own job. I don't that is lic is paying salary to these corrupted people or not.

                                      There is no proper response regarding pma as well. They said they applied as batch, but i did not get anything from pma authority since it's almost 10 months. They are not responding for any of my queries. I asked them for pma assessment id number to track it on pma official site, still they did not provided. It's really neck in pain to have the loan in such stupid housing loan firm.

                                      It's really shame on lic. Even i tried to communicate ameerpet, himayat nagar branches, and managers to complain this, but no one responded.

                                        My self meera devi mother of late mr. Ashwani kumar. My son has been died in road accident on dated 18.01.2020 at approx. 6.30 pm place kulpahar. My son having a lic policy vide no.[protected] issued by lic branch cbo4, agra. And currently we are living in kulpahar city mahoba u. P. Approx 400 km. Far from agra.
                                        I have visited to cbo4 lic for lodging the death claim against this policy there we meet with mr. Rajkumar on dated 28.02.2020...
