I, JAYANTBHAI GAGJIBHAI PARMAR, has an insurance policy with LIC through my ex-employer M/s, Reliance Industries Ltd. - Vadodara Manufacturing Division (RIL-VMD) I somehow dont have any reference of this policy with me since the beginning. I was getting Rs.1329 every month, so i never bothered to know the policy details.

However, it has stopped coming from March 2020 and hence I enquired at the local LIC branch, where they asked for the "Existence Certificate"of the same, but i couldn't provide as I dont know the policy number.

Hence, request you to kindly provide me the Annuity document of the same, in order to understand the policy and the offerings.

I am giving you my home address as a reference to search in your vast database; also this is my mail id that I use for such transactions, in case you can look in to it thru mail id.

      LIC customer portal login issue

      Hi,

      I am trying to logging into LIC portal with correct user credential. However, everytime i get an error as "Network Error, please try again later". LIC is not maintainging their portal properly. Everytime one and other issue will be there whenever you try to login. It could be either loading the page too slowly or login itself fails eventhough you provide the correct details....

      Customer login issue

      Hi Team,
      OTP is not working for login and pay my EMI's in LICHFL customer login page.

      Spoke with Relationship Manager of J.P.Nagar, Bangalore where I took NRI Home loan and the issue is not resolved for the past 20 days even after multiple follow ups. Now my EMI is delayed for August month at the same time LICHFL is claiming they will not reach to my oversees number when I took NRI loan and mentioned the same.

        I took a Loan of Rs.41900 under my policy No.[protected]. When I have gone to the servicing branch for repayment of Loan interest and revival amount the system shows that the Policy status was Forclosed. But without prior notice or any communication my policy was Forclosed dated 26.06.2020.Then I have submitted a application for Reinstatement to the Branch Manager. But he denied my application.So I request you kindly to reinstate my policy .I am interested to continue my policy by paying all outstanding loan and interest.Kindly allow me.

            Dear sir/madam,

            My loan account number with lic housing is [protected].
            I have written them 15 emails with no proper response.
            I paid for my complete loan in jan-20. For 8 months, i have been continuously following.

            The loan was issued by there janak puri, delhi branch.
            They also don't pick any calls.

            3.in case of takeover, please provide a take-over certificate from the concerned bank.

            4.in case of death of any of the applicant, please visit our office in advance and collect the necessary set of documents required in such cases.

            5.in case any excess amount is deposited and refund is to be claimed then please send a request in a separate envelop along with self attested copy of clearance of the concerned cheque & bank statement of 6 months ecs at above address.

              Sir, I Rajashekara Upadhya P.S. have paid lic premium for policy nos.[protected] &[protected] dated 25.06.2020, Rs.8175.42 through www.Licindia.com, but i do not recived any recipt till date and time. Rs 8175.42 debited from my account on same date. Pl do the needful.

                I have filed a death claim for my father kishor roy on[protected] against his policy no.[protected]. (Branch code - 430).

                I was not given any receipt for the same, and i was said to drop the claim documents in a drop box outside the door. But till date the policy status is showing 'in force' when i checked it online.

                The concerned person said that claim amount will be credited within 15 days. But, till date policy status remains 'in-force'.
                I tried to contact the branch over the phone, but unfortunately the number was out of service.

                We are already harassed due to covid, now if we have to visit the branch for follow-up then it would be added harassment. Further, i worried if the claim documents got misplaced then what should we do.. As i mentioned earlier that i was not provided any receipt.

                Requesting you to please speed-up the procedure, and make some way to contact over the phone due to the current situation.

                Not only this, when i called lic customer care, i was given a fake complaint no. And said that complaint has been registered, then when i again called lic customer care and asked for the complaint no. Then i was told that no complaint has been registered.

                  I have given a request to redeem the money and also surrendered the policy. The policy number is[protected]. I have given the request in March and yet there is no progress despite of visiting the branch many times. Also wanted to take your attention towards a employee named SONALI DESAI. She doesn't knows how to talk to a customer and has no sense of talking. She doesn't even listens to the complaint and gives vague response.

                                  My lic policy matured on 6 aug 2020. Policy no.[protected]. All relevant documents asked by lic branch 11f bhishma pitamah marg, block a, defence colony, new delhi, delhi 110003 has been submitted by me well in advance. Till date, i have not received my maturity amount. Initially, the lic branch has responded and said the maturity amount has been credited to my bank on 06.8.2020 for which i have submitted the neft mandate form. Till date, i have not received the amount (Copy of bank statement enclosed). I had complained to the higher authority [protected]@licindia.com,
                                  [protected]@licindia.com, [protected]@licindia.com and crm. [protected]@licindia.com (Copy of mail enclosed) but no response been received from them. The lic agent under whom the policy was purchased is also not responding.
