Dr.Maivizhi chelvi borrowed housing loan from LIC Housing Finance Limited (LICHFL), Trichy branch and LICFHL had received all the Original documents. The Loan was closed on 05/12/2008. LIC HFL failed to issue both Loan Closure Letter and original documents.

Currently, Dr.Maivizhi Chelvi has sold the property to T.K.Narayanan and J Rajalakshmi, who are the current owners of the Property. the current owners along with the earliest owner are following up with LICHFL from past 12 years, have sent Legal Notice demanding and requesting for return of original documents.

LICHFL is being negligent and not responding to any of the requests.

      Hi, this is the bring to your notice that the employees especially at JC road and Malleshwaram branch in Bangalore are not customer friendly, instead they are arrogant irresponsible in terms of dealing with customer. I had horrible experience both at Malleshwaram and JC road when I went their to submit my policy bond against the loan. Previously I had taken loans 4 times without any issue, but this time dated 18 th Dec 20 they made me mental torture by saying that we can't give loans due to change in the bank or merging of bank signature and all unnecessary question both branch. When I asked them politely they were very rude in their behavior as well.
      Finally my LIC agent madam came and she took my documents and finally I got the loans with the help of my agent.

      One more important note I had cleared my loans against my policy number 61576833 in the month of oct 5 th for which I didn't got my LIC bond till date for which I had to approach the LIC office at JC road branch they made me to wait for more than 2 hr when I approach and asked the reason they told that they have misplaced and it would take time.

      I don't why is that I had enrolled for LIC policy when I told that I want to surrender the policy they told me it's your wish and you can do that.

      This is the way you treat your customers when you need Policy you people beg and give all assurance that you will support us whenever required.

      My request us you need to focus more nad train all your people or employees on customer service training especially those who are old and working from long time on customer service and how to deal and interact with them

      Even iam also from customer service Industry I ensure that all customer who walks in to my showroom gets world class customer experience whether it's a purchaser or non purchaser.

      Remember the quote Grahak Devo Bhava

      Customer is an most important athithi in our premises, he is not an interruption to work he is a purpose of it. We are doing a favor by serving our customers instead customers is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to serve them. Service to customer is service to God.

      No customer no sales no sales no money no money no salaries.

      Everything depends on customer service only.

        Respected sir,
        We applied for the loan against the policy no[protected] namely JAY RAJ SINGH .on 27.11.20.
        When we meet in lic office told me. Due to photo will get from Rajkot .After 2nd request, He told me loan has been passed, on Saturday 19.12.20 transfered in you account.On the asked on Sunday 20.12.20. loan .you will not get as stamp and seal is not present on bond.
        While policy has been already transfered from Raj code to Etawah up code272. while my father is suffering with both kindney not working.
        Mail already given to Agra crm and branch manager.
        Sir, I request you to help me and shortout the problem.Whatever problem is related of office.

            My name is Babu B Varghese, from Manakkala, Adoor, Pathanamthitta. I have taken 4 LIC policy 10 years ago and the agent told me that I would get protection of Rs 2, 50, 000 Sum Assured after maturity. I had been paid Rs 12, 000 X 4 = 48, 000/ year for 4 different policies. All these policies will be mature on[protected] and I was expected to get 2, 50, 000 X 4 = 10, 00, 000 (Ten Lakh). But I got a paper from LIC says that I should get 54, 000 on maturity and this was mentioned in the document. but I had been paying the amount for the expectation for Ten Lakh upon Maturity, this was conveyed by the agent when I took the policy. I called them, no proper response and I contacted LIC customer care and they said, can’t do anything.
            Sir, I was paying this much Rupees yearly to the expectation of a maturity amount and this incident shows that I have been cheated by the agents or indirectly LIC. They have put Rs 2, 50, 000 in the receipt as Sum Assured (SA). Sir, please help me what can I do at this situation.

                My relatives pension has stopped since this month. This was applicable under LIC pension policy. I checked with the bank and the account is operational. The life certificate was also submitted in time.

                I decided to contact the LIC office at Santacruze Branch Code 887 by phone. I have been trying for last 6 days and no one picks up the phone or they just keep the receiver off the hook.

                It's a clear example of lack of customer commitment.
                We made a mistake of opening a policy with LIC.
                Prospective investors be aware and look elsewhere. Avoid LIC and any of their schemes.

                      Sub: Intentional Harassment of Madam Mousumi Paddar( AO), Branch Code: 42D, Dumdum Cant, Kolkata

                      Dear Sir,

                      I, Sailajananda Jana, Resident of Flat 202, Tower -1 HIG, Uttorayon Township, Matigara, Siliguri, West Bengal, visited personally on 29th Oct 2020 to Dumdum branch to submit the LIC policy surrender documents. I had handed over all documents to Madam Mousumi Poddar, AO and she did complete verification of all documents including related supporting and arranged to give me acknowledgement on it. At that time she informed me that the settlement of claim would be delay because reassignment of the policy need to be done. The copy of acknowledgement is attached herewith where you may fide her given remark on the document as well. On 4th Nov 2020 I received a call from her to deposit reassignment fees of Rs.118.00 at Dumdum branch. I informed her I stay at Siliguri and it is not possible to visit Kolkata for the same purpose therefore share me some alternative mode for doing the payment. Post all conversations are available in this mail itself for your reference.

                      Sir, I visited your LIC Dumdum branch from Siliguri not only the purpose to submit the surrender documents of policy but also to understand the reason of another two unsettled surrender application were kept pending since long. When she confirmed that I am Sailajananda Jana she started behaving impolite and told me why I made complain to chairman desk for unsettled claims without knowing the real situation of office where she is working with very less manpower in this pandemic situation. Basically her intention was to take revenge at that point and she decided to harass me for this case. She knows very well it would difficult to come down again to Dumdum branch from Siliguri to deposit the re-assessment fees.
                      I am sorry to say that but this is very disgusting and painful that the staff appointed by LIC of India, the biggest Insurance Group of India, don’t know how to deal with the customers, they misbehave and harass the customers despite the customers are ready to give them the complete support to solve the problem if some mistake has been occurred from whom so ever.

                      I request you to please get this matter resolved on the highest priority within a week’s time else I would have to approach to the Consumer Court. And please take a serious action against Mrs. Mousumi Poddar. (AO) so that in future no other customer would suffer and image of the LIC will not be hampered anymore like it had been in my case.

                            Dear Sir,

                            This mail is being made to inform you that in a reputed organization like LIC of India, how lies and fraud is going on with consumers. How our hard-earned money is being cheated by lies. This incident is on 28th March, 2018. When I got a call from Ms. Nikita sharma from a LIC corporate branch of Mori Gate and she very well gave me complete information about a new endowment plan. In which she told about 4 important lifetime benefits. All of which were as follows.

                            1. Lifetime membership with upto 20% commission in enrollment of new policies.
                            2.Lifetime Medical cashless policy (2 lakh for 4 persons) without any extra cost.
                            3. LIC Credit card with 5% additional benefits of each rennual..
                            4. Beniifit after Disability ...

                            Under all the benifits given above, I decided to take the policy (No.[protected] of 36K PA after thinking everything well. But even after a few days of submitting all the documents, when I did not receive the Bond Paper of the Policy. So after taking a lot of follow ups. Mr.Rajeev mittal working Mori Branch told me that you do not get your money back, forget your money. After that I spoke to ms.priya and then he transferred the case to an agency (Code: 10474108M000610). And my file was further processed by Ms.Shakshi Gulliyani (Agency Name: Rishab Mendhiratta). And after a lot of conversation, I got a Bond Paper of that policy but many benifit, my credit card, medical card and memberdhip card etc. have not been received yet.
                            Please take appropriate action in this matter. So that no such negligence can happen in future and we feel that our wealth is in right hands.

                              It showing- you have attempted a payment transaction under this policy on 24/11/2020 with transction no.27814892, if you have completed this transaction pls don't attempt another transaction today.

                                  I have two different user id of lic with two different policies under them. I want to delete one of the user id and want to add all my lic policies under single user id. Please tell me the procedure how to delete the second user id to enable me to club all the policies under one user id.

                                      Have paid the premium amount of Rs.6, 125/- in the month of July. Unknowingly i have paid twice the premium amount on the dates of[protected] and on[protected]. The amount paid on[protected] was deducted from my bank account but in the LIC transaction this amount is not reflected but the amount paid on[protected] was reflected. Here are the attachments of both the payments. And also I have received a message regarding payment of the premium amount for the month of November. Should that amount be paid. So I request you to solve the problem as soon as possible.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have submitted/surrender my policy to Noida Main branch sec 1
                                        on 29 -Sep -2020 I was told that it would be settled with in 15 working days but its Nov i.e 7 Nov 2020 till so far I have not received any amount
                                        please do let me know the status

                                        While submitting application all document and Name Cancel check already verified by LIC employee and they told me to submit it to LIC office main gate pieon,

                                        Please help to resolve it.
