This is is reference to the complaint made on 20th march 2020. I, sri abhijit mandal, policy no:[protected], bongaon branch am suffering from kidney disease since last 5-6 years.

I am in urgent need of money for treatment again so i needed to surrender my policy. I surrendered the policy on 4th march 2020 at bongaon branch but branch & divisional office is delaying the process.

I urgently need to surrender the policy to continue treatment. I am in critical need of money and due to lockdown, my financial situation is very unstable. I desperately need money to continue my treatment. I hope you will take necessary action with priority.

I have paid the renewal premium on[protected]...but could not get the receipt..nor the payment is updated.. kindly do needful

Our lic policy had matured on october 2 019 and a person named mr. Amit kumar (Claimed he works in lic accounts dept[protected], assisted by mr. Aniket saxena[protected] had contacted us saying there is a bonus on the matured lic and to avail that we need to purchase a policy from oxxy since the bonus disbursement could be done if the policy is bought. When i asked how isnt lic informing me about the same officially, they made an excuse that they were trying to help us out, when we purchased the first policy on 30th jan, 2020 of premium rs. 35, 400. He asked to mail him he emil received from oxxy, the bank statement, and payment reference number for proofs/

Post mailing him the proofs of of payment via email, he told that the bonus amount is more and thus we had to purchase one more policy on 20th feb, 2020 of premium rs. 58, 999

After buying the 2nd policy, mr. Amit kumar informed that the company has cleared the bonus but there is an issue with rbi and irdai and for that one more policy has to be purchased. Since i was having a doubt, i asked to send his id prooof of lic, he ignored by saying it is against the policy t&c. They also said that it had be done in the fy itself as the books will be closed and the pending bonus issues have to be resolved, and so the third policy was purchased 31st mar 2020 of premium rs. 35, 400.

Both of them are not reverting to the calls and emails. We were tricked into buying these policies and do not want to continue.

Please refer my annuity no 081q[protected]. I have not received my quarterly payment which is due on 16 april 2020. I have been receiving these payments four times a year namely 16 april, 16 july, 16 october and 16 january every year. But now on april 16, 2020 i have not received my payment.

Please make the payment through ecs immediately.

Sir my insurance policy no.[protected] and i was paying my policy premium online through upi but the policy premium bill / receipt is not generated and money is also deducted from my sbi account no.[protected] and lic premium no. holding the name of sima shukla on account list.

Payment of premium through Debit card not being done. OTP getting but afterwards pbe 10002 appears.

I paid a premium of Rs 325 of premium number[protected] on date 21/04/20.
amount is deducted from my account but premium payment status is still showing it as dues.

I have paid online payment of rs 9351/- through net banking od state bank of india. But, i couldn't get the bonus from your side.

Today I am trying to pay online premium of policy No.[protected] whose payment ID ' SHMP[protected]' but transaction failed.
So how to make payment online.

Lic policy number.[protected], taken loan paying interest at @10% paying half yearly. In banks, post offices deposit rate of interest reduced. Kindly arrange loan interest reduction for my lic policy loan.Lic is to pay me only 5.5% as future benifits, that is after 14 years, but lic is collecting loan interest as 10%. It is very high on my part. Kindly do arrangement in loan interest rate to be redued rate of interest. So it will be beneficial tome as well other policy holders also. It is very important to reduce the policy loan interest.

On retirement from Voltas Limited, I purchased an annuity from LIC for monthly pension payment. The amount is directly credited to my bank account on 1st of every month. However for April 2020 the amount has not yet been credited till 10th causing accentuated hardship for a senior citizen in current environment...

I am Narendra Kumar Agrawal i am applying applications for home loans though Lic person Rajeev kumar Vyas. This person miss guaid me about home loan and earn 1025 lic check, and process fee 9000, 2 months is complete but my home loan not process, i have a check no. And 9000 transfer phone pay received. Please resolve my problem and refund my money and strik action rajeev kumar.

My agent code is 0189889a, license no: [protected]. My code is not activated and already terminated. The number of times i’ve sent a mail to the irda complaint site and the branch also regarding the removal of pan from the irda portal. It’s been a month or more i’m still struggling to get a proper response to my mail. I’m working with another insurance company, where this pan card issue is creating a problem and my hr is not giving me more time. So, i humble request to you kindly remove my pan number from the lic portal.

I wish to bring to your kind notice that inspite of clear instructions from home ministry that insurance companies will function for public my & customers like banks, city branch office-1 of lic of india, varanasi is continuously closed for its customers & general public. Only one day 31 march is left to deposit due lic premium for income tax purposes. I am concerned that i may not be able to deposit premium. Kindly investigate & instruct to open the branch immediately.

The monthly premium started getting deducted every month... 3 months down the link i could see that lic hasn't dispatched the policy document nor even a single phone call, message or even an email to me. After paying for 3 months i was not even knowing my policy number.

Practically there should be communication on
1) submission of form,
2) its acceptance,
3) policy number / branch no / other details,
4) the date of amt getting deducted,
5) payment acknowledgement...

However to my surprise there was nil communication from lic & finally after 3 months of payment i had to stop the bank for debiting the amt. Now, it's almost 6 months n still there is no communication even to know as to why i have stopped making payment.

In today's customer centric n digital world... It is amazing to see how lic operates!!! Hats off for lic of india
