I, sri abhijit mandal, policy no:[protected], bongaon branch am suffering from kidney disease since last 5-6 years. I am in urgent need for treatment again so i need to surrender my policy. I surrendered the policy on 4th march 2020 at bongaon branch but branch & divisional office is delaying the process. I urgently need to surrender the policy to continue treatment. Please take necessary action with priority.

    I had remitted every year rs. 5339.00 for a period of 10 years starting from 03/03/2010 till last instalment on 03/03/2019 and date of maturity being on 03/03/2020. To my surprise the maturity amount is going to be rs.24668.00. For a senior citizen like me for remitting in lici rs. 53339/- i get not even half of what they have extracted from me. I need justice

Through I had sufficient balance in my account for the automatic remittance for this policy money was not deducted on time(07.03.2020).So I have paid it through Google pay on (11.03.2020) .But unfortunately the amount was deducted automatically from my account Again(12.03.2020).Herewith iam attaching the neccessary Bill's and account details for your kind persual So Kindly refund the amount deducted Looking forward to hear from you

        1. I have taken a home loan from lic hfl, theni, tamilnadu branch since 25 may 2016 (home loan account no[protected] from 8.35% interest. That time as per government norms, the interest rate was 8.35% fixed, also analysed with other norms including banks and other finance companies.
        2. Last year dec 19, i had taken a summary of transaction history from saugor branch, i was socked because since 11 jun 2018 the int was deducted @ 11.45% thereafter upto 11 oct 2018 @ 11.85% and upto date @ 11.95%. I m confused, how is it possible to excess recovery against govt orders.
        3. You are requested to examine and refund on my excess recovery int amount to my account please.

          मी श्री पराग पायधूळ मोरे आणि माझी पत्नी श्रीमती सानिका पराग मोरे हे एलआयसी पॉलिसी धारक असून आमचा पॉलिसी नंबर ९९२१५२९४७ व ९९२१५२४२० असे असून पॉलिसी घेताना आमची फसवणूक झाली आहे. सदर दोन्ही पॉलिसी चा हफ्ता प्रति ३ महिन्याला २१६२३/- होता पण पहिला हफ्ता भरल्यानंतर आमची आर्थिक परिस्थिति खालावली तेव्हा मी आमच्या एलआईसी एजंट ललित मिलिंद पाटिल (कोड ०१५०७८८०/०००६२११) याना कळवले त्यांनी असे सांगितले की आता तुमचा भरलेला हफ्ता मिळणार नाही आणि ३ वर्षे सतत हफ्ता भरलात तर सगळी रक्कम परत मिळेल. म्हणून आमची परिस्थिति नसताना पण ३ वर्षे हफ्ता भरला तर आता कळते की २१६२३/- प्रति ३ महिन्यानुसार ३ वर्षांची जमा रक्कम २५९४७६/- न मिळता आम्हाला फ़क्त १६१०००/- मिळणार आहे म्हणजे ९८४७६/- चे आर्थिक नुकसान आम्ही भोगायचे आहे. मी याचा जाब एजंट ललित मिलिंद पाटिल याना विचारला असताना त्यांनी सांगितले की त्यांना वाटले आमची आर्थिक परिस्थिति सुधारेल म्हणून ते आमच्याशी खोटे बोलले सदरची सम्भाषणाची रेकॉर्डिंग माझ्याकडे आहे. मी एलआईसी मध्ये शाखा प्रबंधक, सीआरएम आणि झोनल ऑफिसर याना तक्रार करुन अक्षरशः कंटाळलो आहे म्हणून आता हा शेवटचा पर्याय, कृपया मला न्याय मिळवून द्यावा

But still 2 years going my pan is not remove from irdai portal. Number of times i was send mail to mm sir (Mr harihar naik) regarding do the process of removal of my pan from irdai portal but still not giving reply and till my pan is not remove from irdai portal. I am working in another insurance company. My hr is not giving me more time. So i requesting to you please remove my pan from irdai portal my pan - aropp2776m. & agent code[protected]. Otherwise i loose my job. Please do the needful.

              I am jayasree mandal my policy number is[protected] date of commencement of policy is 28/03/2004 the premium is rs. 3787 yearly.
              The policy is like every after four years i will get rs. 10000.
              I have got on 28/03/20009 rs. 10000 and on 23/03/2014 rs. 10000 and in 2019 i will also get rs. 10000 but they have not given the money then i have given a complain on 25/09/2019. Then on 09/10/2019 i have received rs.5793 instead of rs. 10000. Why the money has deducted? In every year i have paid the premium timely.in 2019 also i have paid the premium on 19/03/2019 and the premium amount is rs. 3787.
              The money which was deducted illegally rs. 4207 please give me back the money immediately on my registered bank account. Refund me the money as early as possible.

                But i have not received premium receipt for the same and mentioned that transaction failed. So, i want refund.

                    Hello sir,

                    I have paid 57000 for lic policy but i haven't received lic policy paper yet. I received a payment receipt instant and was promised to receive policy details within 15-20 days but it's been over 9 months and still pending.

                    I received a call from embrace management and they invited me to visit their office and they confirmed that they are the service provider and they would provide lic bond papers in next 15 days in the month of november but still pending.

                    They asked me to write letter and signed and they kept the paper with them. Please find the attached lic receipt with letter.

                    Please help me to get my money refund or issue lic policy.

                      Hearwith, i bring to your kind notice that, i have 4 policy at lic/madurai under salary saving scheme. Due to immediate financial need, i have decided to surrender my saral policy. Policy no[protected]. I have started this policy on 2009, monthly premium rs 1000.
                      An employee at lic office madurai code no-748, delt with me. On05.02.2020. I enquired about surrender value. He explained about that &informed that this process will be completed within 2-5 days. So i went on 07.02.2020 with all necessary things even with revinue stamp. After surrendering, he told that this process will be over within 2 weeks. He is not genuine with his words. Anyway i left. No explanations about anyprocess (Or) any letter were not given to me. I was waiting patiently till 20.02.2020. On 21.02.2020, at 3.00pm. I went to that same employee to know about my policy status. No steps were taken & he was telling that 2 more weeks will be taken to process it. I am so disappointed with his speech. I met branch chief manager. To him, the dealing person told that he was waiting for february salary recovery on march, after that only he will process. Previously, during surrender, he told to wait only for 2 weeks (14days), but now he is telling all unnecessary reasons. Lic services to customer became. Very poor. Lic is not for customet only for their employees and agents. I have 4 policies at lic. Now i thought of surrending all those policies. Because of their employees negligence & poor services. My contact no [protected], [protected]. Please send policy closed copy. Please do the needful as early.

                          As per the assured benefits mentioned by the respective agent, i got interested hence registered for this above-mentioned policy for which i have been paying premiums since 7th august 2017.
                          On 26th october 2019 for the policy no :[protected] suddenly i was down with high fever with symptoms suspected to be dengue and on 27th october 2019, i had to be admitted to hospital as fever was not going down even after taking medications prescribed by the doctor. I was in the hospital for five days starting from midnight 28th october 2019 to the evening of 31st october 2019. During the initial three days, the doctors were suspecting it to be dengue which after proper reports turned out to be negative and it was a kind of viral fever as concluded by the doctors.
                          Now talking about the discharge summary the amount was rs.95845 from which i got the mediclaim amount of rs.64000 from heritage health insurance. I have not included the tests that were done in my home from a polyclinic which cost me rs.4540.
                          As per the agent description of the above-mentioned policy, he stated that every cost will be covered from medical expenses to lab test charges to hospitalization charges which as per my calculations stands out to be rs.100385 (Rs. 95845 + rs. 4540).
                          As per the standard procedure, the agent asked me to submit photocopies of the reports from the hospital with the discharge summary to get the amount of rs.100385 but whereas i received an amount of rs.4400 through neft on 17th december 2019. And two days later i received a mail where it was mentioned the benefits under the policy are not directly related to the actual expenses incurred by me now whereas mediclaim gave acceptance of the claim. As it is mentioned it is not directly related so why have you given me the amount of rs.4400, is it called the begging amount???
                          Now, where and how am i supposed to know that this disease is not covered in the policy the agent was supposed to inform us beforehand so that we would not have opted for this policy and most importantly i did not give an invitation to the disease to ail me so that i could claim the policy
                          I had sent a mail to the grievance cell in lic website to the executive director got no response from there.
                          Now writing my complaint here.

                            Pl. Return the above mentione policy as it is submitted to your basirhat br office during maturity claim. Several times your office staff harassed me &my agent. I have obtained maturity amount but as the policy life exist i want that policy which is submitted to basirhat branch office. Your office staff harassed me &. My agent several times & also misbehaved with us. Perhaps it is lost or misplaced. Lastly it is said that the policy sent to home address but yet i have not received that. If it is lost pl send me the duplicate copy.

                                Dear sir,

                                I, pankaj malik, resident of gh-1/303 paschim vihar delhi, taken a lic policy “” of sum assured rs. 1, 00, 000. It got matured.

                                I went to branch and met ms arpita das admin officer. She has not accepted my papers and thrown them to the floor. Not even looked at them.

                                Then i went to branch manager and asked for a compliant form. To which branch manager rplied we dont have any.

                                At all govt institute customers has beentretaed as beggars. Iwent there for my own monwy and not to beg.

                                And this misbehaved s not accepted. It shows the malafide intention though she has not asked money from me. But it seems if i offered something my job would have been done.

                                Pls look into my matter and oblidge.

                                I also request govt to make sure empolyee should be responsible like private firms. And have accountbilty of the work and have the option of firing non working employess

Customer account is not validated kindly visit customer portal and validate your email and mobile through the verification link received...

                                    I paid lic premium online through lic portal pay direct without login. On dated 25.11.2020 of rs. 5444.45, through credit card and my credit card account shows the debit amount of rs 5444.45 but at that time payment acknowledgement shows the error transaction failed but my amount was not refunded till date or receipt also not received and policy shows the due, so please do the needful.
                                    Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I retired from Kirloskar Electric Co in 1994. I have been getting Rs 1763 /= twice every year but I do not seem to have received last Oct 2019.
                                    I have no record to give you more information such as ref no etc. The amount is being credited directly to my Bank of India Mallesw aram branch account

                                    Whom should I approach now to get details?
                                    Sir i have paid rs. 982.00 for policy no[protected] through life corporation of India online pay direct service on date[protected] . I have not received payment receipt or confirmation massage from life corporation of India. Rs.982.00 debited from my account same time. i have same issue on dated 08/02/2020

                                      Sir, i have paid my lic premium policy dated 10/12/19.. On 10/2/20. It was delayed due to personal issues. I paid through online lic portal. First time i made the payment, my transaction has been declined so i tried one more time and its been successfully paid. But when i checkout my account balance it has been debited twice. Please check out and return back money as early as possible.
