I have a lic policy (No.[protected] & this policy made by mr. Chandan roy[protected] from the branch of lic of india, calcutta city branch no 19 (440) on 28/03/2012.

I continued this upto 28/05/2013, then due to my financial issue i stopped it. I got call from this agent to make it running and requested me to renew it with 11548/- this amount & also requested to submit my original policy bond. I did...

    We have received the below remarks (Through email) from lic central team (Please refer below mail from advance department department on 29th march 2019)

    The premium paid in advance under policy no.[protected] on 02/01/2019 towards premium due 24/03/2019 could not be adjusted due to the following reason:

    Reason : policy matured due to death claim.

    The advance premium paid will be refunded to you directly, through the same account used for making payment. Please contact your servicing branch for further information.

    We would like to inform you that till today the above amount has not been credited to my bank statement.

    Please help on this.

      Sir,

      My pol no.[protected] serviced by chinchwad br-95 b - pune dn. Was maturing on 28.09, 2019 and after getting the sms from lic i approached the branch on 17.09.2019 to surrender my original policy documents and as there were no officials available in the claims department, i approached the single window service section and told them that i want to surrender the policy for maturity settlement. Immediately they issued some forms which i returned with my signature/adhar card/pan card and requested for the settlement of maturity claim to my utter surprise and this may an amount of rs.308, 070.00 got credited to my a/c on 19.09.2019 as the maturity of the policy was due only on 28.09.2019 i did not understand why the amount got credited early. On approaching the branch again i was shocked to hear that my policy was prematurely surrendered instead of settlement of maturity claim. The maturity claim due under the policy was rs.250, 000.00 (Sa) + bonus 79, 000/- + fab rs, 8000/- totaling to rs.3, 57.000.00. Where as i was paid only rs.308, 070. A whooping difference of rs.48, 300/- this has happened due to the sheer negligence of the concerned officials who did not differentiate between surrender of the policy and maturity of the policy. The maturity date was 10 days ahead of the date of surrender and the officials who put up and passed the surrender payment should have thought for a while i was misled by the officials in giving me the surrender application instead of obtaining the maturity claim. I am lodging this complaint and i request the life insurance corporation of india to redress this issue and settle me the difference amount of rs. 48, 300.00 immediately least i will be forced to take further suitable steps seeking justice

        I am really really frustrated with such fraud which happened with me through LIC Agent & his team.

        I had taken 6 month ago LIC policy name -LIC's Jeevan Labh(Plan-836) .

        They gave some extra benefits Medical health policy(For 16 years) which are covered 100 % OPD . but there is no any addition benefit OPD covered policy.
        Then they told me after 1 month its automatically added OPD benefits. but after 1 month nothing happened. According Agent Team member, we are applied request letter & all again submitted documents .Also followup last 6 month . but there is no taken any action .

        Avinash Sharma (Contact no-[protected]) are fraud member in LIC.
        They are play in my personal life. No one has right to play anyone life's personally .

        If you have any call from LIC direct branch office Connaught place and give some extra benefit like health policy, membership care, credit card etc this type of call is fully fraud call So please ignore this type of call and block the no. this way they are fraud your money.
        Please donnot take LIC policy from direct branch office .

            I am ch prasad rao. I had 10 insurance policies in lic bhadrachalam branch. I took loan from lic by putting 8 lic bonds and i paid total amount with interest by part payment and finally paid rs. 32926 as full settlement. The lic bhadrachalam returned my 8 lic bonds. From last one year they are harrasing for one of my bond loan not cleared of 5500.

                I have made lic premium payment through registered customer portal using standard chartered pay option, where i have used upi payment.

                My upi payment is successful and amount deducted from my account but my policy didn't renewed because it's not reflecting to my portal.

                I also did not received any email or sms for the payment receipt.

                  Sub:- request to cancel the cheque of rs 7, 00000/- (Seven lakhs) issued without my demand, and return the excess emi amount to my saving a/c[protected].
                  Sir,
                  I narendra prasad, loan a/c no.[protected] was sanctioned rs 27, 50000/- (Twenty seven lakhs fifty thousand) only. It was always observed that the lichf ltd. Ranchi is cheating with me in following sence
                  That, it is a policy of the local office to declare me a defaulter customer by increasing emi amount without prior information. Recently in last month of 10th august, 2019, i received a message that “ dear sir/madam, the nach of rs 26719/- will be presented on 10/08/2019 towards the housing loan instalment.” i became very surprised that, why the instalment amount has been increased by rs 5331/-, whenever i was regularly paying rs 21388/-. It was a real surprising message for me because the message was sent on the same date of emi payment ie. 10th of every month. I immediately make a telephonic contact with concern official mr kishor kumar on which he replied that a cheque of rs 700000/- (Seven lakhs) has been issued in july, 2019, so the instalment amount is increased. As soon as i shown my objection that neither i nor mr sanjay kumar (Agent) has given any requisition of demand for more amount because my previous amount is remaining in my bank due to hold of construction work in rainy season for non avaibility of bricks and sand. On my objection, the official has responded and said that due to over look in the list prepared by office, a cheque in favour of your name was issued by mistake and it was also said that if i have no need of this amount, then it will be reverted in my account on my written application. As per suggestions of officials i have given my request application on 13/08/2019 (Annex.-i enclosed herewith) with request that please refund the excess deducted amount in my sb a/c[protected], united bank of india, kanke branch.
                  I again surprised that, due to negligence or under the conspiracy of the concern lichf, ranchi office has not communicated me till today and rather than disposal of my application, once again deducted the newly increased emi amount on 10/09/2019.
                  I have objected several times that lichfl, ranchi office has always retained the issued cheque of loan amount for 10 to 15 days in his custody which is a matter of inquiry because a big interest amount of this period is traceless, neither it is deducted from principal loan amount nor reverted in my saving account.
                  I therefore request you to kindly look into the seriously raised matter as mentioned above and take urgently hard action against the involved in negligence officials of lichfl, ranchi office because i am directly sufferer and facing financial crisis since august, 2019.

                    Utpo jan 19 emi deducted direct through ecs.in jan 19 i had submitted 3 cheques along with natch system form but emi payment deducted through cheques. Again i had submitted 4 cheques along with natch system form but emi payments deducted through cheques. When auto debit emi will start?
                    Now sept 19 emi payment due. Do the needful. Lack of responsible seen from your side.

                      For lic policy no[protected] premium rs. 9608/- dated 04/09/19. This premium i tried to transfer online then the msg came that your payment was unsuccess and then i try one more time than it's done but after that, i checked my bank statement then it shows that above amount was deducted already at the time when it shows that your payment is unsuccess.
                      So please credit that amount in my a/c

                        I have been cheated by a fraud private money lender who took help of LIC officer to assign my policy on his name by forging my signature to validate the assignment form.Actually I had taken a small loan of 175000 by a private money lender by keeping my original LIC bond as a security on a condition that when I will return his loan amount I will get my original LIC bond back from him but now when I am trying to return his money and asking my LIC bond he is not returning and threatening me of harming me.I reported the same to the nearest police station to the money lenders house in DB Marg Police station butthe police is also not helping me and said its a civil matter so you go through court.I went to LIC to explain the same and to ask them to help me in solving the problem but they said the policy is assigned to the money lender (Mahavir C Shah) whereas the truth is I had never signed on any authorization form or any NOC for policy transfer as well as LIC never intimated me before assigning my policy to the third party.Top management is also involved as when I complaint about the matter in Lic head office which is in Marine Line, Zone 2, Mumbai then Tendulkar Madam who is replaced by Hemangi Nimbkar who sits on second floor and she has told me that my policy is submitted for surrender by Mr.Mahavir C Shah and as it is absolute assigned on Mahavir C Shah name which is not true because as per the status given to me by a policy agent in my home branch it shows that Policy is conditionally assigned on Mahavir C Shah name for a loan of 175000 which clearly proves the whole scenario/Fraud.Hence I would request you to please help me in the same to get my hard earned money back as I have already paid around 4, 80, 000 to LIC till date.

                            Hi sir,
                            With regards to the application that we have provided at lic housing finance, gachibowli with all the requested documenrs for disbursement of housing loan,. The lic hfl company has even take a. Cheque of rs.5900/- from us by cheque, which has been encashed 2 days even before the processing has started for the disbursement of housing loan, we were provided with a user name and password and details of the loan, where we were not been provided a suitable reason for the delay in disbursement of loan sanction, we tried couple of times aiding the same with the lic officer mr, srinivas and there were unable to provide the reason for the delay mentioning that the file is with their supervisor and it has been sent to the head branch office, we have been told that we can cheque the status of the application online once the processing starts whlch we could not verify as the login details provided via message were changed by their support team, which has restricted us from. Loffinf to the application. This is creating us a lot of mental agony and pain, as we are not sure what is happening on their front and not informing us the reasons for the delay of processing. Request you to take further action on lic hfl and get us the information on the loan application submitted and refund back the amount, if they could not process my application.

                              I have taken the loan on 2017 from LICHFL and at that time the interest was 8.35. Now it is 09.05 and as per my knowledge RBI instructed the banks to reduced its ROI as per Notificattion No RBI/[protected]/33 FMOD.MAOG. No.134/01.01.001/2019-20 August 7, 2019, but LICHFL is not reducing instead they are increasing for existing customers. Paying at the interest of 09.05% is every expensive. In last 3 yrs 03 times ROI has increased but does not...

                              With due respect, my wife i. E. Kamaljeet kaur take a lic policy no[protected] and regarding same we have signed a form/cheque that the premium will deduct directly from our hdfc bank account no. [protected]. On 27 of august i receive a text msg from lic that your premium will be debited from your account on 15th of every month and i have already paid the premium of august month by case mode. Then on 30th of august i received a text msg from hdfc bank transfer that rs 590/- has been debited from my account. This is not fair. Kindly do justice and refund my money back.
