Dear sir,

Lic of india branch code no.880 my daughter insurance policy no.[protected] i have closed on 01.03.2019 with all require document and claim form at your lic of india, fort mumbai 880 office.

But last 2 months they are not sending my claim settlement amount at my bank nor given me any information regarding this claim.

Also i have send emila and try to contact on 880 branch contact numbers...

Sir, my mother had a policy of lic with policy no.[protected]. Its term was completed in last year march'2018. According to my mother option in policy, she has received 1/3 amount in form of commutation but remaining amount for which she opted annuity option is still pending till date. This is to bring to your notice that an agent named Sandhya had been harassing us. She forcefully asked us to buy a policy... And when we refused to pay her money she as she didn't submit us the policy document, she paid the money herself. I know we can withdraw our policy within 15days but it's already 2months.

Sir after continous complain to lic customer care, lic is not responding.
Intially dob in my policy was 07/06/01967 whereas originally the correct was 06/06/1967. Now i am not able to pay the premium online.

I was fooled by the name "lic" and taken home loan from lic hfl in may 2015 @ 2 years fixed interest rate 9.90%. After 2 years interest rate started to climb sky without any information and reached 11.50%. Lichfl site is not at all user convenient and no response to any issue raised via contact mails from regional point of contact.
In addition, there is no option of part payment online. And emi due payment also is getting enabled only a day later of last day of emi and charging penalty.
Raised this concern via mails multiple times but no response at all....
