My son LIC Policy no.[protected], Transaction date 10.07.2019.
Premium paid through my ICICI bank - net banking, amount dedicated from bank account but not deflected i LIC, I have contact LIC customer care, as per his conversation payment appear within three days. Can I understand online LIC premium payment is not safe or troublesome to policy holder.

    Sir, i (Jitender kumar) have paid lic premium rs. 13247 through hdfc credit transaction id 6555109 on 08.06.2019 against policy no.[[protected]] and same payment again withdrawal from my hdfc credit card ending no. 6019 by auto debit on 03.07.2019 for same month premium. Further request refund rupees 13247 towards me under intimation to me. Sir pl do the needful.
    Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I am receiving multiple - sometimes 6 to 7 calls one after another from LIC as their promotional calls.
    It is very disturbing when it comes during busy week days - especially when I have no interest in their financial plans or projects.

      I have already sent Existence Certificate for the year[protected] for Annuity No : 091M[protected] on dated 5.6.19.
      But to my utter surprised my annuity has been regularize for monthly payments.
      I am not getting any response from customer care centre as their mail box is full.
      Hence, you are requested to arrange and confirm for my annuity payments.

      I am receiving so many promotional automated calls from LIC from various personal numbers on daily basis. I do not want to receive any promotional calls as these are irritating and disturbing. Even sunday also they are giving calls.

            I have taken the policy of my ward sumir satsangi around 5 yrs ago, but from last 4 yrs he is paraplegic after road accident, his lower limbs are not working and bowel bladder control is also not there.
            I would like to ask if there is any consideration in annual premium amount, which is currently rs 24000/- or any other way to this as after the accident, he has lost his job and there are expenses of physiotherapy and medicines to be bourn by us, due to which payment of premium is becoming difficult. Pl suggest some ways.

              I have opened lic on fy 2004 and due on fy 2019 as of 15 years.
              My premium is quarterly rs 1359/- yearly re 5436
              It's means total of 15 years = 81540/-
              After 15years i have received rs 82756/-
              As on date no bonus and interest received on it.

              It's means that 15 year interest received only rs 815/-
              Can brief me what went wrong.

                No proper response for phone calls at any time regarding insurance policy enquiry, even customer care service number is waste of time. Poor customer satisfaction. Irresponsible staffs working in perambur branch office, not picking up the calls then y the hell updated phone numbers in website or other links. The bank services are 1000 times better than this blood lic service...

                  lic hfl is not reducing the home loan interest rate despite rbi has reduced

                  Lic hfl is not reducing home loan interest rate despite rbi has reduced 3 times the base rate, but for my surprise rbi has not hiked interest rate at all and lic hfl already (May be increased one time, but increased 3 folds) increased on my loan. They are offering new loans on lower rate but why for existing customers they are charging high rate even though the loan i took floating interest. I really need home loan rate to be reduced asap...

                  My policy no.[protected], doc 20.03.1997 pension policy 122/20, i paid monthly rs.500/ up to date (-20.02.2017) yesterday i retired from from service i. E bank of india. I have to settle at nellore of a. P. Please make arrangement payment of pension at nellore and submission of required documents like life certificate etc, permit me to submit at your nellore office. I am unable to come to santacruez office. When the policy is transferring from one place to another where i had worked, later i transferred from mumbai to kadapa, (A. P.) and tirupathi, visakhapatnam offices but policy not transfrred to lic offices of these places. Please settle my pension payment with out further delay.

                      One policy i have paid i got my reciept but for the second policy mentioned above is the issue. Please look into this as much as you can

                            Since a long time back, i have managed to open a new policy for my daughter, however, i am consistently facing an issue while trying to register it onto the LIC portal. Attached the screenshot for your reference.

                            During filling the registration form, i entered the correct DOB which is originally field while opening the policy. I am not sure why system is not accepting the entered DOB initially.

                            Can someone please check and advise how can i register the policy on LIC India portal and check the details?

                            Please let me know if any additional details needed from my end.

                                    I regretfully beg to inform you that the above policy has been matured on Nov 2017, but yet the full payment was not paid to me. First Jhalda LIC gave me Rs 2, 22, 000 in the account of Bank of India, Purulia in Feb 2018 without any interest. Jhalda LIC manager said to me that the rest money will be sent in the account of Bank of India, Purulia, Account No.- 42700SUNCR099, as my policy was made assignment in Bank of India for purchasing a house taking loan from the Bank.
                                    I frequently went to Jhalda LIC office and they said that Rs 14, 000 has been sent in the account of Bank of India, Account No.- 42700SUNCR099 but the Bank Manager said that they have not received any amount in their account even the bank manager produced me a letter that they had not got this money in their account. I produced this Bank letter to you for enough evidence. I have got Rs2000+Rs2000 in the year 2002 and 2004 out of Rs18, 000, rest money due is Rs 14, 000.
                                    So, I therefore request you to take stern action against the Jhalda LIC office manager against such delaying to give me money and you are requested to provide me so that I get Rs 14, 000 immediately with interest and the interest of Rs2, 22, 000 for their negligence, given me in Feb 2018 instead of Nov 2017.
                                    I shall be grateful to you for taking necessary action as soon as possible.
