    Sir,
    I (Abinaya) have paid lic premium for policy no[[protected]] dated 29.06.2019, rs. 1569/- through www.Licindia.com, but i do not recived any receipt till date and time. Rs 1569/- debited from my account on same time. Pls do help me on this
    One policy i have paid i got my reciept but for the second policy mentioned above is the issue. Please look into this as much as you can

I also want to inform you that this is not my policy & also not on my family members name. So please delete this registration on this my mobile number.

          Hello Everyone,

          Since a long time back, i have managed to open a new policy for my daughter, however, i am consistently facing an issue while trying to register it onto the LIC portal. Attached the screenshot for your reference.

          During filling the registration form, i entered the correct DOB which is originally field while opening the policy. I am not sure why system is not accepting the entered DOB initially.

          Can someone please check and advise how can i register the policy on LIC India portal and check the details?

          Please let me know if any additional details needed from my end.

              I was having a LIC policy no. [protected] which was matured in the year 2016. But I have submitted all the required documents on 18 April 2019 to the concerned branch ( MIC Bela, Muzaffarpur, Bihar) where assurance has been given to send the maturity amount to my bank a/c through NEFT. It has not been sent to my account so far. Please assist in resolving it to receive the maturity amount.

                Myself N P JOSEPH paid my LIC premium through online Amt Rs 46020 towards policy #[protected] To[protected] on 11 June 2019 but today 20.6.19 they have debited same amt from my Credit card automatically after stopping of autopay on 11.6.19. this was my last premium after long waiting to complete the premium now am 65 years old and no stamina to run pillar to post to refund the amt LIC is a Govt organization and hearing the complaint is a dream...Kindly help me to refund the same.

                  I regretfully beg to inform you that the above policy has been matured on Nov 2017, but yet the full payment was not paid to me. First Jhalda LIC gave me Rs 2, 22, 000 in the account of Bank of India, Purulia in Feb 2018 without any interest. Jhalda LIC manager said to me that the rest money will be sent in the account of Bank of India, Purulia, Account No.- 42700SUNCR099, as my policy was made assignment in Bank of India for purchasing a house taking loan from the Bank.
                  I frequently went to Jhalda LIC office and they said that Rs 14, 000 has been sent in the account of Bank of India, Account No.- 42700SUNCR099 but the Bank Manager said that they have not received any amount in their account even the bank manager produced me a letter that they had not got this money in their account. I produced this Bank letter to you for enough evidence. I have got Rs2000+Rs2000 in the year 2002 and 2004 out of Rs18, 000, rest money due is Rs 14, 000.
                  So, I therefore request you to take stern action against the Jhalda LIC office manager against such delaying to give me money and you are requested to provide me so that I get Rs 14, 000 immediately with interest and the interest of Rs2, 22, 000 for their negligence, given me in Feb 2018 instead of Nov 2017.
                  I shall be grateful to you for taking necessary action as soon as possible.

                      Sory to disturb u again sir.. But the disposal given by you is not satisfactory .. My father shaym mohan dixit having policy in auraiya brach he is not that much educated to ask every time for the recipt of premium he had paid all the premium on time but due to nigligance of lic agent it got laps... Now before 3 month when i checked online his policy details than it comes in flash that premium of both policy not paid from 2015 itself... When we make force on agent he make promise to deposit premium. With late fee... Before mature date of policy lic agent hand over premium amount to MR RAJIV IN AURIYA BRANCH WITH LATE FEE AND POLICY BOND.. MR RAJEEV IS NOT A PERMANENT MEMBER OF LIC HE IS ON CONTRACT BASIS AS INFORMED BY MY AGENT ON DISPATCH TABLE WITH MR DEVI DAYAL AND ONE MEM.. mr rajeev kept that amount with him for 2 month till policy get mature with out full premium he had not informed to agent not to client for any progress or dificiancy... Now the issue is this that maturity of policy with full premium is done by ur staff than why the financial loss will be beared by client??????
                      Sir a common men handover his earnings for there future to u and this types of fraud committed by ur staff and agent than what will hapen?? 0
                      Kindlly sir look out in this matter and get ensure that this type of fraud will not happen with others...

                        Three policies are running in LIC HSP, one of them is due on 25th dec.2018, but in January month not any response got from LIC office.when i asked for money back due primeum, then the company demanded me to submit a cancelled check of my saving account .Now its 6th month have gone company did not give any response, i visited four times after that to lic office .kindly help.

                          I am not able to register on LIC customer portal because of DOB validation.
                          Getting validation message : "Please enter date between 08/01/1869 and 08/01/2001.
                          But my daughter DOB is 03/10/2016, if i try to enter my DOB then it is saying data mismatched.
                          Please find attached.

                          I want to register so that i can manage my policy. I don't know how other users are registering/signup if they bought policy for their children.

                            I wish to subscribe to e services of lic..the application insists that I should subscribe for each of my policy with premium amount details..Can't i subscribe for e services simply by giving my email id, mobile no and name? I am not able to pay online to repay loan amount! But allowed to pay regular premiums even without registration!! Please make the portal user friendly..i wonder why the procedure be so teadious !?

                              My name is jaskaran and i am from Amritsar. I own hero splendor plus 2016 model. My bike insurance was expired on 28 may 2019. Thus, i did insurance of my bike from miss pooja (employee working in amigo tata for united india insurance company). I insured my bike 1 day after expire of previous insurance. So, my bike also need inspection. On 29 may 2019, i went to amigo tata for insurance of my bike. She gave me quote of 1320 rupees(1100 for insurance +120 for inspection). She promised me that she will give my policy on 30th may. Next day, when i went to took my insurance policy then i found that the registration number of my bike was wrong it is PB02-CY-**** but in insurance policy they have written PB02-VY-**** then i argue about this issue.After that employee miss pooja starts blaming me she told me that this registration number written on your bike rc but when i show my bike rc then she came to know about her mistake then she told me that she will correct this mistake and also told me to pick up insurance policy next day that on 31st may. Next day when I visit to their office she told me to sit for 5 minutes but i sat for half an hour and after that she came to me and start telling me sorry sir! Our computer system is not working properly so they were unable to give me my insurance policy today . Again she insisted me to collect the insurance policy next day. Then i told them that i am busy for 2-3days i will collect it from you on 5 june. On 5 june when i call her she told me she is out of town so she Will not give me my policy today. On 6 June all markets were closed. So on 7 june i called her about my insurance then she told me to call her again in evening. When i call her in evening she told me that she call me back in 2 minutes. I said ok. But even after an hour she didn't call me . I got frustrated. Then i call her and she started misbehaving with me then i also got angered that you have no manners that how to talk with customer. Also, i requested them to gave me my policy or refund my insurance amount. Then, she told me that insurance amount is non refundable so they only give me my policy . And i am getting angered that they took all my insurance amount and also i don't see that they correct my bikes registration number on policy. If any mishappening Will happen with my bike and because of mistake in policy i don't get claim then who is responsible company or employee? Its humble request from my side to solve my complaint Regarding this issue. I am attaching the wrong policy provided by the company and rc of my bike.

                                I have opted for Annuity from LIC as a part of my Exit from Lucent Technologies Ind Pvt Ltd.
                                I received 1636 Per quarter in my ICICI Bank account (ending 501)
                                ECS LIC PGS Delhi/11Q[protected].
                                the last entry received is Oct 2014.
                                After that no entries received. I don't remember seeing any Email for the same.
                                Pls help to check this if anything is required from my side

                                  My name is Chandra Shekhar Gupta with superannuation annuity no 041M[protected]. i have not received my May & June month pension from P&GS/ANNUITY department L.I.C.Kolkatta metropolitan divisional office-1, 8th floor, 16 chittranjan avenue kolkatta -700072.i have mailed many times to them on [protected]@licindia.com but no reply was received. i talked to them on phone [protected] and answer is they have transferred but it is not received in my account [protected] Central Bank of India.I also posted them through speed post cancelled cheque with my name printed for updating but no reply from them. Pl. note that this my bread & butter. Therefore I request you to please resolve the matter at the earliest. At the age of 69 years, I cannot move frequently here and there for this.
