I am paying multiple policies of lic after the update of the online portal i am trying to add the child policy to my regular policy account which is not at all accepting the policy to get added even after the profile management is completed
Even after i raised the gravence there is not action from the lic people

Can you please take some action on lic so that people will not suffer....

I applied thrice to manager council house street for transfer of policy no[protected]to sodpur branch which is near my residence. I also enclosed ld proof adhar card pan card. But they are reluctant. I paid rs 206 excess at the time of first premium payment. While granting receipt it was mentioned that such excess amount will be adjusted in future premium. They have neither adjusted nor refunded. My written application did not yeild any results....

I am registered user. When requested forforgot pass word it is told the data you have entered is not available. When requested for user id it is provided. When requested for new registration it is denied as already registered. So can't login. I applied thrice for transfer of my policy but in vain. The manager of council house street branch does to care to the customer. They did not adjust excess premia paid as the 1st premium. I can't pay...

Lic is bogus for investment...

I didnot received amount rs.20000 for 2012. After made enquiry at office jalgaon, they said it is paid and cash in some account. I request the lic please convey the account no.in which it is cashed. My money back policy no.[protected].
I am chasing the amount from last three years. This is bogus and irresponsible administration of lic. I made complaint to mr gawai, gm jalgaon,...

I badan singh policy no[protected].
Is mentally and physically harrashed by lic working..my claim is passed by divisional office in may 2018.
But stil claim is not recieved.branch official say it is fault of division.divisional officer say it is fault of branch officials.
Applicant is so disturbed that i can comitt sucide at any time..if problem is not solved timely....

Whenever i login number of times and i want to change my name as rajesh suresh deshpande instead of deshpande rs but i couldn't change it. I don't understand why although i tried it number of times. Secondly about the length of service in my profile and my spouse i want to update but couldn't change. Again the question is why so, and how to manage the profile from mobile?...

My policy no :[protected] has date printed worngly in my DOB. When I was asked my agent he took it and changed manually with branch stamped at correction but in system does not changed so that I can not add this policy in lic app. So please kindly change my date of birth. I submitted tenth class Mark list and aadhaar cad for change of day at ( S.KOTA)(69T). So please kindly change it sir.

I have taken loan from lichfl. At the time of starting i had submitted cheques to start the emi thro' ecs, but it has not workout. Now i am paying the emis one day after fup date. There is no facility to pay premiums online on or before the date of emi. They insist to try for ecs or cash / cheque payment.in the world of digital india, this is ridiculous not for opting the online payment for emis or other extra payment.

And i am also paying the annual premium of rs.11670/- on regular basis since 2018.

Me and my wife went to the lic branch in raginder nagar, ghaziabad on 11th march 2019 to claim the maturity amount as the policy had matured. When i took the loan from ameerpet branch, i was told that as the house is still under construction and we haven't got possession yet, only interest would be charged as emi and then after taking possession, whole emi would be charged. With due respect i would like to inform you that i made a payment for lic policy no[protected] rs.1407/rupees one thousand four hundred seven only on 06/03/2019 through lic customer portal ([protected]@axisbank) the amount was deducted from my bank account but premium receipts was not able to get. How can i get the same. Please help me.

Lic is adding up cd charges on all my lic payments in 2019... Not sure what is that and when i enquired through call and email i did not get relevant answer

Even for upcoming payments for policy i see cd charges. Till date no explanation and even in previous month i have paid cd charges since due date approached... But till date no answer from lic team on what is that cd charges

The behavior of dispatch authority was very low towards me, when i was reached to the dispatch/dairy counter on 7th march 2019. As life insurance corporation of india is a big public insurance provider one can't be hoped this type of cheap behavior from a central government high salaried person, as a civilized person it was intolerable for me. Cc camera may say all the situation....

Sir, my policy number is[protected]. I have made payment on march-07-2019 of rs 1688.. Till now i have not received receipt. When i tried to download receipt after payment it said "download failed". After that, when i tried to view my transaction details it said "no transaction done today." though i have a screenshot when transaction was success. Also, i have screenshot and my banking transaction made to lic india. Those screenshot are below....

Sir i am lic agent my portal empowerment was not opening from last 3 days, i am facing lots of problem, i am unable to answer my policy holders about their policy due date & amount & my invoice has pending last 4 days.
When i open my lic agent portal id it was showing error a error ha occured.

The roi interest is too high than rbi charges. Every month the rates keep changing.

Last month (Jan) it was 10.35 and as on feb it is 10.75% which is equivalent to my personal loan in private banks.

Why do they keep increasing and never decrease when the rbi suggests 2 decrease.

Despite many complaints why does govt take any action.

Please can some one take action on it....

I am coming today at 10am sharp at lic office situated at fazir bazaar branch, howrah-1.

But due to inefficiency of staff, my loan application is not processed till 1:15pm. They excused me that 1:15pm is lunch time.

But around 12noon, the female officer who look after the documents was taking lunch and told me to wait for 5 minutes.
