I am a policy holder of lic vide policy number[protected] with half yearly premium amount of rs.20007/-. I made premium installment of rs.20457.16 including cgst & sgst on 03/05/2019 (16:52:06) through online payment in lic portal and i got a digital receipt vide no. Pr[protected] through mail (Copy attached) and transaction no. 2468318. Whereas the second payment for the same policy no and for the same period i. E., 10/2018 to 05/2019 was debited from my account as i have added for auto payment mode with my state bank account with reference no. Ib54471549 dated 21.05.2019 and sbi reference no is sbiutxn[protected]Transaction details is scanned and attached for kind reference). Hence it is requested to refund the amount of rs.20457.16/- paid excess for the insurance policy as mentioned above.

    Hi, i would like to bring to your notice that i have paid lic premium twice (Rs.7777) one time on 10 may 2019 for lic policy no.[protected]. I paid the premium by cheque and transaction was successful. I also received the receipt. I have also scheduled the premium payment from hdfc credit card a/c that is also got triggered on 18may 2019 after online payment of lic premium. I spoke to hdfc customer care executive to cancel this transaction but they cannot cancel this transaction from their end. I also spoke to lic of india to do not claim this amount but lic of india have accepted the claim. I request lic of india to return the amount (Rs 7777) paid from hdfc credit card.     I have invested in this plan in 2007 . and paid 5 premium RS.10000/ each up to 2012. after 5 years premium stopped.
    My fund value is continue or not.
    Due to cyclone fani i was unable to appear for my exam as the fights got cancelled kindly reschedule my exam with the odisha students

    I received a letter from Sinere Branch manager LIC to claim an amount of Rs 35, 500 on 16th of February 2019 which I had submitted to my agent. He had submitted the documents at the LIC office at Jharsuguda Odisha. But I have not received the said amount into my account till date.
    Please help me

            Actually i have around 5 to 6 policies in lic jamakhandi branch... For some problems i am unable to pay premium from last 2 years... Now i am ready to pay the premium. For that purpose i visited jamakhandi branch lic office but there no one responded correctly... I am a central government employee still they are treating me like... As a government employee i am facing lots of problems for renewation of policies what about a uneducated person conditions... I have bring all the documents still asking something... First of i am existing policy holder why they are asking me so many documents sir... I am fully disappointed sir...

              I had opened plan 165, term 16 years on14/2/2009. The instalment initially was rs.510/-. Monthly. Later it was changed to qtly. Rs.1531/-. After retirement i shifted to kerala. I had paid the premium upto feb. 2019, and surrendered the certificate for re-imbursement after paying 120 months premium. The amount received after 10 years was rs.47744/-. Please do the needful.

                Am Chandan Das loan application no-[protected]. I have applied home loan on Dec 2018 for the rs of 1925000/-.
                Was got msg from lic HFL on 25 Jan 2019 my application approved again I was received msg from lic HFL on 30jan 2019 cheque was handed over bearing no-261531, 261532.so that I have paid all Tex and stamp duty to gov. On 6feb 2019 for registration. Till date nither getting any cheque nor anyone give me any reason why I am not getting cheque. Last 3 month I am suffering and some officer harassing me. 1 EMI also deducted from my bank account.

                Kindly resolve the matter ASAP

                  My lic policy no.[protected] and matured in march 2019. Hence i requested to claim in specific format at lic office, koppal (Karnataka) on 03/04/2019. But stil i have not received the amount. But when i enquired at koppal office, they told it is sent to a wrong address and the cheque has been encashed. Now the authorities are delaying in correcting their mistake and not acting as per the law.. Simply they are harassing us by wasting our energy, time and money... With hope of the needful you do..

                    Hi... I have surrendered my lic policy no[protected]... Have given all the documents duly filled along with cancelled cheque as asked by the santacruz west lic office on 15th april 2019.

                    As per the policy my surrendered value should have come into my account with 7 to 10 days.

                    As per my latest communication with their customer care... They have yet not processed/passed/raised for surrender of my policy to the concerned department.

The same was confirmed at branch level was also confirmed at zonal level. But inspite of gollow up no action is taking place. Thus i contacted through the telephone.                         A policy (Policy no[protected] in the name of mother meena kumari sahu is not yet settled yet. Several times i visited lic office but they use to give several reasons. I have been running here and there. They told a official will visit our place for enquiry but its been more than 8 months no such official visited. I contacted jorhat (Sub division office of sibsagar) they told they have not received irr from dibrugarh. Again i visited dibrugarh lic office, they use to say they have not received any mail from jorhat division. Again i contacted jorhat division they use to say they had sent the mail. Likewise i am moving here and there. No response from the agent too who opened the policy. I request you for a reply regarding the issue.

                              I was working victor gaskets ltd, mahalunge, chakan, pune.
                              I completed service of 55years, and i retired on 1st jun, 2017.
                              Then i applied for pension under super annuation scheme.

                              I got amount of around rs. 2.20 lacs, as 1/3 annuity. But before sanctioning i was requesting for exact amount of pension, but i have not given exact amount of sa pension. But after lic has started depositing rs. 2280.00 per month.

                              Lic is keeping rs. 425000.00 with them and giving me only 2280.00, which is not acceptable to me.
                              Then i requested to stop pension and refund my super annuation fund to me.
                              But lic has not given till today.
                              You are requested to advise them to refund entire accumulated amount to me.

                                It become difficult for employees to go to lic hfl branch to submit cheque
                                By other means submission is risky.

                                I don't understand why lic hfl not giving option to pay partial principle amount online from their website or any other means

                                It is convenient and good encouragement to pay loan back
                                All most other banks have this facility
                                What is the problem for such a big govt. Orgnization to give this facility

                                  Hi,
                                  I had applied a house loan of 5 lakh and got sanction of 4.5 lakh on december, 2005 with 7.5 floating interest rate against my mother property in dankuni, west bengal. Due to my busy work in india and abroad, i did not look into current interest rate. While looking into last month through internet, i observed that lic housing finance is charging 11.95% interest rate per annum. Don't we think that this is too much. All banks are charging now 8 to 9 percent whereas lic housing finance is charging 11.95 percent. I know that 8 to 9 percent interest can be charged only for new loan. But 11.95% can be charged.. Whenever i met with area manager soumitra chatterjee and employee sourab bharadwaj and requested them to reduce percentage, they told me that i have to pay 11800 rs to reduce from 11.95% to 9.70%... Do you believe that for such a public sector lic subcidiary company they are charging 11800 rs for reducing interest 11.95% to 9.70%.. Second, i visited two times and lastly i got to know that i have to bring my other who is widow and not able to walk properly. Without her, i cannot submit my cheque.

                                  My question is
                                  - for 4.5 lakh amount starting emi from jan, 2006, stil 1.38lakh is pending as outstanding. Monthly emi is 4635. Can you please have a look into this? I believe that lic housing is cheating customer...
                                  - why 11.95% emi today?
                                  - i have moved from kolkata to bangalore? Can i do a follow up from bangalore

                                      I rohit kumar singh working in sashastra seema bal (Paramilitary force). I had applied for home loan at siliguri (W. B) in september 2017 at lic hfl. As of now, no amount has been disbursed by lic housing finance ltd to builder and 04 emi of rs 32, 0000/- (Approx) have been deducted from my account. I already have lodged complaint at national consumer forum and my complaint no is 1223118. Now, i don't want to go ahead with lic hfl, and also have been informed to lic hfl via call to manager of lic hfl mr. Barinder (Siliguri branch) and also via written complain to manager. I am following with lic hfl since 4-5 month for my money refund and closer of this account as no amount has been disbursed as of now and i don't want to continue with lic hfl. But i have not received any response from lic hfl. My lic hfl acct no : [protected]. My contact no is [protected], [protected]. I want to cancle this account and want my money refund of rs 32, 000/-.                                         Our government is imposing on online payment, digital payments.
                                        However lic of india is charging for online payments through cards.
                                        I was trying to do a online payment for renewal of policy. However they are charging amount for any amount from card.
                                        This is not acceptable. Lic may have already charged several customers for card payment.
                                        This is really not acceptable and no charges should be applied. And one should get discount for online payment. All the charges paid earlier should be returned.
