I am a policy holder of jeevan suraksha scheme. The policy has been matured on 16.11.2018. I have got two monthly pension of december & january 19. But in the month of february 19 i have not receive any pension from the said scheme.
I meat the dealing officer of my concerning branch of lic. They told me it is all o. K. Still i am not getting any money from l. I. C naihati branch.

Date of commence is 16.11.2000
Date of maturity is 16.11.2017
Please do the needful & obliged.

    I a. Naga subarao with policy no[protected] and having account in lic customer portal. I forgot user id to open my account. I requested to send user id and got user id through online to my mail and it not opens with old user id which is sent to my mail. I typed the user id ad it is. It says the the user id not matches our records. So please create and send a new user id to my e mail.

      not getting the pension from jeevan akshay policy

      I am a policy holder of l. I. C. Jeevan akshay which has been matured on 16th november 2018 (16.11.2018).
      I have receive the pension 16.12.2018 & 16.1.2019. But in the february i have not receive the said pension. I have visited the office several times but they did not take any action. How i get my pension say please. If you take quick action it helps me very much.
      So i request you please do the needful & obliged....

      I have taken a loan from LIC 2008, and I was paying 20k every month but due to jobless I was unable to pay 5 dues in 2016 but not consequent and then I am paying continuously last two years also paid extra 2 EMIs but the agents are torturing and very often they are visiting my home and torturing my elderly parents as i am staying in abroad . Even in l told them I will settle the balance dues in end of loan completion. Experts please advise .. much appreciated

        I have been LIC customer since 2005, taken a home loan (my loan account #[protected] on a floating rate, promptly LIC revised my tenure & interest rate to higher (rate), when the interests went up & now, when the rate of interest has come down to 8% and i am still being charged @ 11.2%, .. When they can revise it to higher why not revise it to lower.

          1. I have the following policy opened on 28/12/2001 in my name in your cab branch
          Policy no[protected] dated 28/12/2001 tbl 122-12 in the name of mirza nazam abbas
          2. As per provisions in the policy, rs 7453 is to be paid as annuity on 1st january every year to my registered bank accounts through neft.
          3. Neft has been registered with lic for the said policy mentioned above and acknowledged by lic.
          4. Though 45 days have passed after the scheduled date, your cab branch has not yet paid the amount, which has caused unnecessary harassment and financial loss to me as a sr. Citizen.

          You are requested to enquire the matter and arrange for release of my overdue amount with penal interest from the person responsible, at the earliest.

            I have not received railway eticket/pnr number after payment from my credit card.

            The following otp has been received in my email-id (Credit card holder is vimala l. R) for the payment transaction and also i received a message in my mobile "[protected]" after completing the payment.

              With reference to above, i have taken the policy at lic of india bearing the following details:
              Date of commencemt:[protected]
              Plan 122e
              Terms-17.
              Vesting date:[protected]
              Value of settlement as per bond – rs. 37, 820
              Value received-rs. 34, 871 (Ref no. Ipp/617/annuityoption/122/0000006)

              The amount of annuity mentioned in f. Option which i wanted to take is rs. 34, 871 (Without commutation) which was different from the endorsement in the policy bond i. E. Rs. 37, 820. This detail has been notified earlier to the concerned authorities by mail (Copies of said mail are attached).
              On final settlement there is a difference of rs.2, 949 that remains to be paid to myself.
              In this respect, sir, i would like to lodge a complaint regarding the discrepancy of my settlement, in spite of repeated requests to the authorities in question. Please to the needful and oblige.

                  I have taken home loan from lic hfl in 2018 feb at 8.5% and they increased it directly to 9.1% (A.6% increase which is very huge) at end of the 2018 and now in feb 2019 they again increased the interest rate to 9.2%.

                  And just a couple of days back rbi has decreased the repo rates. What the hell is this even after the repo rate decrease the company has increased the increased rate.

                  And sbi has decreased the rates just after the rbi announcement, and lic has increased.

                  I think it is better to move the home loan to sbi as atlease they care for their customers unlike lichfl.

                    Respected sir, i have been paid my premium amount of 16513 on 7/02/2019 through debit card for the premium of lic due on 28/02/2019, the policy no. Is[protected]. But i did not get the premium payment reciept for this payment because of an error message, that process could not be completed please retry after sometime. However the amount of 16513 has been deducted from my account. So it is kindly requested to you please provide us the reciept of above mention payment on my email id.                       I have taken home loan from lic hfl on may 2015. That time the interest was 10.5% for 2 year fix. After 2 year later they increase by 11.75%, while market rate was around 9%. After submitting mclr they came to 9 % in 2018. But i paid interest rate more than market rate. Now again they are increasing rapidly the interest rate. Last month it was 9.6 and this month i am looking it 9.7%.

                      I am thinking to switch loan to others.

                      Please give me suggestion

But LICI message me again for said amount (Rs.5000) as loan interest against policy number[protected]. To see this message I am very upset and anxious because l have already paid that amount. Please send me the receipt for above loan interest(Rs.5000 ) is paid by me on 22.12.2018. Why that amount again ask to me? Please do needful.

                            worst people in the bank

                            Lichfl is looting the money from the public and doing nothing, not of the executive will pick up the call no matter what the condition is, thereoffice reaching time is 9:30 am but these people arrive to office after 11 am

                            They speak rudely, i am regretting my decision to had a loan with lichfl

                            Rbi has reduced the rate of interest and lichfl has increased my rate of interest

                            To my utter disbelief...

As a renewal amount of my policy from lic direct pay on line through my wallet phone pay and my transaction is successful but u have not updated my policy amount.                               Did not receive my pension of rs 8579.00 till date since 2014 (5 years).

                              My bank account changed from hsbc to hdfc early 2014.
                              Informed to them through registered ad letter along with the cancelled cheque of new account as per procedure.

                              I want all my arrears along with interest included as the payment is held up for no fault of mine. I have written several emails on [protected]@licindia.com but haven't received any response or reply.
