Respected sir, i have been paid my premium amount of 16513 on 7/02/2019 through debit card for the premium of lic due on 28/02/2019, the policy no. Is[protected]. But i did not get the premium payment reciept for this payment because of an error message, that process could not be completed please retry after sometime. However the amount of 16513 has been deducted from my account. So it is kindly requested to you please provide us the reciept of above mention payment on my email id. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

My father was an agent in LIC and worked for LIC for about 25 years but after his death certificate was submitted the commission has not been credited... It's a legacy for me

I paid premium through 'hdfc netbanking' policy no.[[protected]] amount 1035 dt 9th Feb 2019 through HDFC Net banking. Ammount is deducted from my account but receipt not received

On new portal of lic, there is no login option for registered customer. Please send my paid receipt certificate as a proof for income tax.

I have paid my policy premium today from lic online portal but i have not premium paid statement in mail even in portal also it is not appearing. Policy No[protected],[protected],[protected]. Please send me the same in my mail.

    I have taken home loan from lic hfl on may 2015. That time the interest was 10.5% for 2 year fix. After 2 year later they increase by 11.75%, while market rate was around 9%. After submitting mclr they came to 9 % in 2018. But i paid interest rate more than market rate. Now again they are increasing rapidly the interest rate. Last month it was 9.6 and this month i am looking it 9.7%.

    I am thinking to switch loan to others.

    Please give me suggestion

      I, Sushil Kumar Biswas of policy number[protected] have paid loan interest of Rs.5000 on 22.12.2018 through LIC apps and said amount (5000) is debited from my SBI account, Ref No. is PSBI[protected]IGAFAHKOX7. But LICI message me again for said amount (Rs.5000) as loan interest against policy number[protected]. To see this message I am very upset and anxious because l have already paid that amount. Please send me the receipt for above loan interest(Rs.5000 ) is paid by me on 22.12.2018. Why that amount again ask to me? Please do needful.

          login problem in agent portal

          Sir my lic agent portal empowerment was not opening from last 2 weeks above... I am facing great risk... I am unable to answer my policy holders about their policy due date and amount... When i open my my lic agent portal id it was showing error an error has occurred:

          worst people in the bank

          Lichfl is looting the money from the public and doing nothing, not of the executive will pick up the call no matter what the condition is, thereoffice reaching time is 9:30 am but these people arrive to office after 11 am

          They speak rudely, i am regretting my decision to had a loan with lichfl

          Rbi has reduced the rate of interest and lichfl has increased my rate of interest

          To my utter disbelief...

          Sir i have lic policy no[protected] and i today ie 06/02/2019. At about 10.30am i transferred my premium of rs4423. As a renewal amount of my policy from lic direct pay on line through my wallet phone pay and my transaction is successful but u have not updated my policy amount. And no message or mail has been send for my amount confermation. So please see to it

            Did not receive my pension of rs 8579.00 till date since 2014 (5 years).

            My bank account changed from hsbc to hdfc early 2014.
            Informed to them through registered ad letter along with the cancelled cheque of new account as per procedure.

            I want all my arrears along with interest included as the payment is held up for no fault of mine. I have written several emails on [protected]@licindia.com but haven't received any response or reply.

                I forgot my username and password. I tried in LIC app to reset them but even though I entered correct details of my policy number, premium amount without tax and dob details it's failed to reset the I'd and password.so how to reset my I'd and password please send an email o[censored]ser ID and password details to my mail.

                  Whenever i tries to login to https://ebiz.licindia.in/ getting message like unable to connect to the network, please try again later. The issue is coming from 4th feb 2019 morning. Still did not succeed.
                  Mobile app also
                  Also it takes long time to get response from website. Its not user friendly too.
                  Please help in resolving the issue as it has blocked my it submission process....

                  I had taken a housing loan of 10 lacs from LICHFL in 2009 for a tenure of 10 years on floating rate thinking that the loan will complete just after my retirement and will not be a burden. But to my utter disappointment Lichfl had extended my loan period till2021 on the bogus excuse of hike in interest rate. It is clear from different notifications of Lichfl that the interest rate had never been increased ratherreduced by them on different occasions for the existing as well as for the new customers. Lichfl has cheated an old lady like me. I had sent email complaints to the Reg Manager and Area Manager but no positive response. Don't be fooled by their false reduction of rates because their calculation of interest rates has some inherent flaw which will never be disclosed by them. Lichfl is not straight forward in their dealings. Pl beware as they don't have any concern for an old lady like me.

                    pension not credited for last few months

                      When i go for pay a premium due payment of another policy, then wrong instruction given by lic agent and diposited rs.5750 in another policy which was opened as above.

                        Hi, when lic starts online services that time only respective person only get online a/c. Now i want to deregister my wife's online account a/c and to be registered under my online a/c.

                        When trying to register her policy no under my user, it complaining the policy has already registered under another user and i am not able to delete or deactive her policy / online account.

                          I have applied for loan in LIC HFL and submitted all original documents of my land and now its more than 2 months but till now I haven't got any proper response from LIC side. I have been keep on calling and sending messages but even though they are not responding for anything . Such a irresponsible customer connectivity I have ever seen in my life . I want proper response immediately or else kindly return back all my documents. I have tried contacting all levels of higher managers and even corporate offices but no one is responding to my call and also for mails .
