On 04/01/2019 i registered for premier service but for the past 6 days the status is still showing as published, but till now it shows 'required premium service registration' in premier service section, in status showing under process, as mail came on 04/01/2019 saying within 4 working days you will get confirmation mail, but till 06/01/2019, no mail has came.

So please resolve this issue. Please accept or reject the request. Please dont keep under process for so many days.
Once it is resolved i am awaiting to use the premier services. I am not able to use premier services due to this.

    website - unable to connect to the network, please try again later

    Whenever i tries to login to https://ebiz.licindia.in/ getting message like unable to connect to the network, please try again later. The issue is coming from 7th jan 2019 morning. Still did not succeed.

    Also it takes long time to get response from website. Its not user friendly too.
    Please help in resolving the issue as it has blocked my it submission process....

    I am pradyut mondal. I am staying in kochi, kerala, today i have send my brother for submitting the bond with claim sign form and copy of pan card, aadhar card, bank detail, but your branch not received that paper.
    Because, they want original bank pass book.
    Any where not maintain in your form what you have send, original pass book is required. How i will show my bank pass book in original, i am staying in kochi kerala.

      Sir,
      I had registered lic policies of myself, my spouse & my children in lic portal. When i login to my registered portal id to pay my child premium online, the message reads no policies available. Even last month, i paid my wife's policy online but now i am unable to pay premium. There are no policies in my portal. Kindly help me? How to retrieve all my policies & pay the premium.

        I had taken this policy and paid the premiums for 15 years, now lic says that there is no benefit nor i can surrender this policy, my handicapped son will get the benefits only i die... From this policy, after my death (Do not know when it will come), who will help my son to run around lic to get the benefits?

        This policy terms are not proper and clear. We thought lic is...

        We have to deposit loan interest of lic bahadurgarh, when i went on window the cashier (Mie, bahadurgarh) looked and rejected due to defeced that i marked with circle.

        Kindly do some necessary action against such type of problem. And i can fill my loan interest same.

          Hi Team,

          My personal details on Customer portal of LIC are incorrect it is showing my gender as male and my husband gender as female .

          I have called LIC customer service helpdesk several times but issue still exists and dropped mail to [protected]@licindia.com many times however no response from them as well.

          if my issue not resolve I am going to stop using LIC policy and will make sure my friends/families/colleagues are also not using it.

          very bad service to support to solve customer queries

              I have opted for a housing loan from Kukatpally, Telangana that got approved in Jul 2018 with EMI starting from Aug 2018.

              LIC Representative was quite irresponsible in terms of communicating the details of loan to me and short-tempered
              1) Loan amount requested vs approved. Was not communicated
              2) No details of processing fee included.
              3) Asking question on amounts reduced. He used to shout on the call and send message later indicating sorry if I spoke wrongly
              4) Last amount disbursement sms received and reflected in system but no cheque in hand. Now he indicates to my brother that approval signature is still pending.

              So now I would be paying EMI on the amount that is not even received to me?
              How is LIC operating now?

              No option on website for customer care approach. It just provides a reference but no communication via any means to the consumer.

                On 2-jan-2019, i made quarterly installment payment of rs. 3306 through icici internet banking.

                Money got deducted from bank account but while web page is redirecting to billdesk, error occured & lic installment is showing as not paid.

                In my icici transaction history it shows:

                Please help me in resolving this.

                  My employer had a superannuation policy and when i left them in 2003, a annuity was started and

                  I have been receiving annuity for pasts 15 years for the above annuity.

                  Regarding above annuity i have not received the neft to my account since may 2017, hae sent letter in october 2018 and mail in dec 2018, but no response.
                  Request concerned officers to look into this and update status.

                    Do I have to enroll my existing policies for the corporate employer in every year, to able tax exemption?
                    I was enrolled my policy for the financial year[protected].But for this[protected] i am unable to enroll my policy for cognizant, as the below URL is not being accessed.

                    I am trying to make my online payment. On selecting any mode of online payment, and clicking on the action button, there is no response...no error message, no redirect to the bank site, nothing!!

                    I tried this multiple times. I am using Chrome and did not have this issue for payments before.

                      Sir, i satyavir singh, took lic on 28.03.2018 at bhiwani, haryana and paid one installment on same date. After a few days my lic agent died due to heart attack and i now i have no any proof in this regard. Please help me. My mobile number is [protected].

                        I am getting calls from lic of india for promotional work, this happens almost daily and bit annoying. A automated lady talks "namaskar ye call lic of india ki taraf se hai... And so on."

                          I am regular user of this service for the last 10 yrs for premium payment. Last two months i am unable to pay the premium nor see the up dates. Lic will be responsible for any lack of delay in payment. We dont get any intimation for payment alert also. I strongly requeset to resolve and put old soft ware in use till they stabilise the new one. Even payment without log in is not opening —
                          I am frequent traveler and cannot carry cash. Moreover as per goi (Government of india) and banking sector rules i cannot draw the huge amounts.

                            Sir, i made an online policy payment of LIC from my RuPay debit card on 21-December-2018 but the transaction failed midway, and my bank account's balance was deducted for this failed transaction.

                            I have surrendered my policy at divisional office to mr. Srinivasan (crm manager). Policy no.[protected]. There is no reply or confirmation or any other proceedings for the same even after 15 days. So i request you to send the confirmation order for the above policy surrender as early as possible.

                              Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, it is showing my gender as male instead of female

                              When i logged in lic new website ebiz. Licindia.in, if i am adding policy i can't add it because my profile gender is mentioned as male.

                              I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.
                              Site is not allowing me to add any new policy due to gender mismatch.

                              Please let me know how can i update these details.

                                I have purchased a policy number [[protected]] in my name, Babloo Kumar Tiwari in December 2003. But all the receipts and the policy certificate incorrectly showed by the name Bablu Kumar Tiwari. I have invested a lot of time through the agent to improve the name. I have visited the office of LIC's office near Ashok Nagar, Delhi and have submitted an application for name improvement. In addition, I have registered with the LIC Web site and have filed a complaint for that. I have not received any response from the LIC office till now. I think LIC tensions against premiums. Who is responsible for this, I do not know. But, I want a solution immediate.

                                  Iam k. Balachandar from chennai. I paid the premieum for two i. D :[protected],[protected] through upi by scanning the qr code... Amount has been debited but bill was said unsuccessfull. Kindly request to take action asap.
                                  I paid on the date :[protected] by the time 12.30pm. Total amount debited is 3442rupees.
                                  Paid it through google pay using qr code scanner. It said successfully debited but the page didn't move from billdesk and after that it got cancelled and my amount was not refunded and policy was not paid too.
