I have couriered life certificate (Policy number[protected] in name of sunila bajaj) for year[protected] vide dtdc courier numberz85659032 on 24th december 2018 along with my husband life certificate. Where as life certificate of my husband (Policy no.[protected] has been received and acknowledged, my life certificate (Policy no.[protected] in name of sunila bajaj) has not been received — the both life certificates were sent in same courier along with common covering letter. The life certificate must be lying there in office along with my husband tk bajaj life certificate. Please search and acknowledgement of receiving and credit the overdue annuity amount

I registered my lic policies and registration was successful, next step if i try enrolled my policy under "http://customer.onlinelic.in/cbv/"for cognizant, it shows error that Requested page not found

And I could not find "Enroll for Employer" option in this portal.Please help.

      I could not able register/add my policy into my online portal as the online portal is repeatedly showing that my policy number is incorrect, whereas i have entered the policy number correctly.

      I tried creating new user but could not allowed to create new user: It is displaying Your already register user

      I tried login with email id or registered mobile number but system displays: login with your username if this is first time login in new lic site
      I am unable to check the status on line. I tried to open my loan account but i can not change the password and user number also OTP is sent on my old registered number so that I want to change my current mobile number

        My bima bachat policy no.[protected] purchased on 7th august 2013 for 9 years term. As per policy terms i should get 15% assured survival benefits after ever three years. As per that i should get 1st assured suns on 2016. But after after several visit with submissions of several documents i have not yet received the 1st 15% sum assured survival benefits. And the 2nd assured survival benefits also going to be due on august 2019. Several visit to lic branches has also not solved the problems. Even connected the policy with bank account also so that ecs payment also can be made. The results of every visit to lic branch go assurances that shortly the amount will be paid to my account. But more than two and half years is not a short period. Please look into the matter so that i can get the 1st survival benefits.

          When i logged in to ebiz. Licindia.in site and verified my profile details, my gender mentioned wrongly as male. I am female. This is for my old lic policy.

          Because of this gender issue i am unable to add the new policies in that login. So created a new login for new policy. Here i am unable to add my old policy since old one added to diff login.

          Please let me know, how to fix this gender issue in old online login and how to bring both policies into same account in online?

            Rajesh Jain is cheater. he has cheated with me. he is promiss but now he is not picking my phone. he is cheater with LIC. he is promiss below list :
            1. Credit Card
            2. Medical insurance
            4. 15% cash back on 1st premium
            5. 10% cashback on every premium after 1st premium.

            1 call get from nish. and confirm by gurubani on recorded line.

            I want to do get all my money return with interest.

                      One 1 jan 2019 i made a payment to for my policy number[protected] of
                      Amount 17774.
                      The first transaction was failed with a message "bill desk transaction
                      Failed" so i initiated a new transaction that was become successful.
                      The amount get debited in both the transaction. After waiting for 7
                      Day stranded time i contact to icici bank, as per them both the
                      Transaction was successful.
                      Request you to please check it on priority basis & revert me back the solution.

                        I registered my LIC Policies and registration was successful, next step if I try enrolled my policy under "Corporate Portal"for Cognizant, it shows error that I m not a registered user:

                        "It seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our Customer Portal.
                        Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create Portal-ID."

                        But I have already registered my policies. Please let me know how to enroll it with employer.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have taken a Home Loan from LIC HFL, Indra Nagar, Bangalore in the year 2016. The current Rate of Interest is 12.1% as per the records however the interest should be less than 10%. I have verified the same with other existing customers. When contacted the bank person, he is asking me for a cheque.

                          Due to this, my principal portion has reduced by 50% in 2018 when compared with 2017.

                          How do I resolve this issue without any extra payment from my end?

                          I have paid the LIC premium online (Netbanking) ICICI bank. on Jan 3rd 2019. Saw a message failed but the money is deducted. Once again I performed the payment via another transaction.

                          Kindly help to understand what is next with the failed transaction.

                            On 04/01/2019 i registered for premier service but for the past 6 days the status is still showing as published, but till now it shows 'required premium service registration' in premier service section, in status showing under process, as mail came on 04/01/2019 saying within 4 working days you will get confirmation mail, but till 06/01/2019, no mail has came.

                            So please resolve this issue. Please accept or reject the request. Please dont keep under process for so many days.
                            Once it is resolved i am awaiting to use the premier services. I am not able to use premier services due to this.

                              Whenever i tries to login to https://ebiz.licindia.in/ getting message like unable to connect to the network, please try again later. The issue is coming from 7th jan 2019 morning. Still did not succeed.

                              Also it takes long time to get response from website. Its not user friendly too.
                              Please help in resolving the issue as it has blocked my it submission process....

                              I am pradyut mondal. I am staying in kochi, kerala, today i have send my brother for submitting the bond with claim sign form and copy of pan card, aadhar card, bank detail, but your branch not received that paper.
                              Because, they want original bank pass book.
                              Any where not maintain in your form what you have send, original pass book is required. How i will show my bank pass book in original, i am staying in kochi kerala.

                                  I had taken this policy and paid the premiums for 15 years, now lic says that there is no benefit nor i can surrender this policy, my handicapped son will get the benefits only i die... From this policy, after my death (Do not know when it will come), who will help my son to run around lic to get the benefits?

                                  We have to deposit loan interest of lic bahadurgarh, when i went on window the cashier (Mie, bahadurgarh) looked and rejected due to defeced that i marked with circle.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    My personal details on Customer portal of LIC are incorrect it is showing my gender as male and my husband gender as female .

                                    I have called LIC customer service helpdesk several times but issue still exists and dropped mail to [protected]@licindia.com many times however no response from them as well.

                                    if my issue not resolve I am going to stop using LIC policy and will make sure my friends/families/colleagues are also not using it.
