My loan was under koyla vihar branch and i closed my loan on 12th december 2018 through bajaj finserv cheque amount 1746000.00 cheque
No.500798 indusind bank ltd. Almost 4 months crossed and i have been harassed over to visit lichfl and make a request to them to send the document copy at the local branch. The situation over here that without property document bajaj finserv is not processing further disbursement to the builder. I request to take necessary actions against the behavior and for my harassment as my property is ready to move.

According to my mother option in policy, she has received 1/3 amount in form of commutation but remaining amount for which she opted annuity option is still pending till date. I have not received any amount from lic. Please look into this matter, i have already submitted neft details of bank.

        This is to bring to your notice that an agent named Sandhya had been harassing us. She forcefully asked us to buy a policy... And when we refused to pay her money she as she didn't submit us the policy document, she paid the money herself. I know we can withdraw our policy within 15days but it's already 2months.
        She recently barged into your house today, we can't pay the sum right now as we are in a financial problem.

        Please take action against her as we will not pay the amount and if she again forces herself in our house I will make a police complaint.

          Policy matured in nov. 2018. Do not want to renew for next 15 yrs due to ill health. I am in 76 yrs. Submitted application on 14/2/19 to policy issuing branch lic, d& branch, national ins bldg, s. V. Road, nagpur 440001 together with claim form duly signed on revenue stamp, original policy, id proof i. E. Copy of pancard & aadhar card,, hospital discharge summary, cancelled cheque for crediting amount to that account. There is no reply from branch. Reminded per mail and also complained to divisional grievance cell, lic, nagpur. I have no option to refer to their chairman or to ombutsman, when even their divisional grievance cell also does not bother to reply. Don't know where the matter stands.

            I was working in Federal Mogul Anand Sealing, retired at the age of 55years.
            but I was not know how much pension will sanction by LIC.

            I have requested company representative to know about pension amount but he was also not able to convey exact pension amount.

            LIC of India, is paying me rs.2280.00 as pension and against around Rs. 425000.00 .
            I need entire money, You may deduct Income Tax and refund me may amount.

                I retired officer from deepak fertilizers and petrochemicals ltd on 30 the september 1994.. My superannuation fund was converted to monthly annuity of lic ltd of rs 3616 per month. Deposited by neft to my account in kotak mahindra bank chembur mumbai 400074. Since october 2018 the payments have not been received without any information to me as to why. I have been regularly sending life certificates. I have again sent fresh life certificate to your santa cruz office by courier last week. Request my annuity payments are resumed immediaty and amount of 3616 × 7 that is rs 25312 sent to me for arrears.

                        Maine is policy me total rs.62318 jama karaya tha agar main ye amount bank me jama karaya hota to sahi tha galat kar diya lic kara kar
                        Aab agent phone vi nahi uthata..

                        Another policy vi maine es agent se hi karaya hai mujhe lagata hai ye agent jhutha hai ya lic company fraud hai...

                        Dusare lic ka vi 5 years hone ja raha hai but main aab stop karana chahata hoon...

                          I was fooled by the name "lic" and taken home loan from lic hfl in may 2015 @ 2 years fixed interest rate 9.90%. After 2 years interest rate started to climb sky without any information and reached 11.50%. When i inquired with them they asked me to deposit a cheque of rs.11800/- and after that interest rate will be decreased to 9%. I felt cheated and decided to foreclose the loan. On 13.12.2018 again i had visited lic hfl kolkata south branch and foreclosed the home loan a/c and i was told that they will inform once they receive the original property documents.

                          After that i am following up with lic hfl for return of original property documents but they are not responding to my e-mails and phone calls. I have sent mails to their regional manager, corporate office, customer care, but no one is bothered to reply my e-mails. The staffs are so unprofessional they don't know how to behave with customers.

                          I am writing the complaint message to warn those who are looking for home loan to avoid lic hfl, better you take home loan from sbi, allahabad bank, hdfc bank, axis bank and all other govt. Banks. Lic hfl will increase rate of interest all of a sudden and without any interest and if you transfer balance amount to another bank they will make your life hell.

                          So beware of lic hfl and avoid for your own good

                            I submitted my original LIC policy, filled up the NEFT Mandate form along with cancelled cheque, PAN Card xerox on 28/03/2019 in the LIC Branch Office-III, Bhubaneswar. I was said that maturity amount will be credited to my new account within a week. Not receiving the claim amount within the given time when I approached the office again today, I was told that your money has been credited to the old account (which is already closed). I want to know why did the amount got credited to the old account even after submitting all the required documents for the new bank account? I didn't get any clear message from the LIC officer as he was busy and was asked to go back again with the bank passbook and fill up another form again after 15/04/2019. I have attached the form below.

                              Dear sir, l
                              Two lic agents namely Mr. Shaktipada Das and Mr Sanjib Gori working ujder egra branch of kharagpur division sold lic jeevan sarl policies under false promises. Mr. Das[protected], even after being a known agent falsely piched the policy number[protected] and I suffered monitary loss and psychological shock due to this. I got far less than what I deposited. Mr. Giri(0151243f) also sold the same policy number[protected] of which I became aware only after suffering loss from first policy. My question is why lic not taking action against these vile agents whose only aim is to earn more commision even with the hard earned money of serior citizen like myself. I don't want refund fro lic, the only thing I desire is that the age old trusted organisation like lic take action agaist these miscreants selling false promises and save its good name.

                                Lichfl site is not at all user convenient and no response to any issue raised via contact mails from regional point of contact.
                                In addition, there is no option of part payment online. And emi due payment also is getting enabled only a day later of last day of emi and charging penalty.
                                Raised this concern via mails multiple times but no response at all.

                                      I want to de-activate / delete my wife's account so that I can add her policy to my account and make the payment. I went through the FAQs and as stated, an e-mail has been sent from her registered e-mail id requesting the closure/deletion of the account. Its been 3 weeks since and we haven't heard back yet. I don't like being late or missing payment deadlines. I am unable to make the payments and we don't want to be affected by the payment being late. Please look into this and help.

                                        Fathers name is wrong filing by lic office staff. I want to correct that
                                        . else if those things happens in lic.
                                        Then may lic also cause losses.
                                        If lic not take care about these mistake. And not careing about coustmers.

                                        I am getting calls from LIC of india for promotional work, this happens almost daily and very annoying i am getting from different numbers, I have tried blocking few numbers, but not helping i get it from different numbers

                                        Also, it is a automated call or human. Inspite, i have told them multiple times im not at all interested.

                                        Can you please remove my number from your database/list?

                                        Let me know if i need to contact lic by any other means

                                        I am facing same issues despite of DND activation. Numbers start with 099756 xxxxx. Checking for legal option.
