    I have opted for a housing loan from Kukatpally, Telangana that got approved in Jul 2018 with EMI starting from Aug 2018.

    LIC Representative was quite irresponsible in terms of communicating the details of loan to me and short-tempered
    1) Loan amount requested vs approved. Was not communicated
    2) No details of processing fee included.
    3) Asking question on amounts reduced. He used to shout on the call and send message later indicating sorry if I spoke wrongly
    4) Last amount disbursement sms received and reflected in system but no cheque in hand. Now he indicates to my brother that approval signature is still pending.

    So now I would be paying EMI on the amount that is not even received to me?
    How is LIC operating now?

    No option on website for customer care approach. It just provides a reference but no communication via any means to the consumer.

      On 2-jan-2019, i made quarterly installment payment of rs. 3306 through icici internet banking.

      Money got deducted from bank account but while web page is redirecting to billdesk, error occured & lic installment is showing as not paid.

      In my icici transaction history it shows:

      Please help me in resolving this.

        My employer had a superannuation policy and when i left them in 2003, a annuity was started and

        I have been receiving annuity for pasts 15 years for the above annuity.

        Regarding above annuity i have not received the neft to my account since may 2017, hae sent letter in october 2018 and mail in dec 2018, but no response.
        Request concerned officers to look into this and update status.

          Do I have to enroll my existing policies for the corporate employer in every year, to able tax exemption?
          I was enrolled my policy for the financial year[protected].But for this[protected] i am unable to enroll my policy for cognizant, as the below URL is not being accessed.

          I am trying to make my online payment. On selecting any mode of online payment, and clicking on the action button, there is no response...no error message, no redirect to the bank site, nothing!!

                I am regular user of this service for the last 10 yrs for premium payment. Last two months i am unable to pay the premium nor see the up dates. Lic will be responsible for any lack of delay in payment. We dont get any intimation for payment alert also. I strongly requeset to resolve and put old soft ware in use till they stabilise the new one. Even payment without log in is not opening —
                I am frequent traveler and cannot carry cash. Moreover as per goi (Government of india) and banking sector rules i cannot draw the huge amounts.

                  I have surrendered my policy at divisional office to mr. Srinivasan (crm manager). Policy no.[protected]. There is no reply or confirmation or any other proceedings for the same even after 15 days. So i request you to send the confirmation order for the above policy surrender as early as possible.

                    Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, it is showing my gender as male instead of female

                    When i logged in lic new website ebiz. Licindia.in, if i am adding policy i can't add it because my profile gender is mentioned as male.

                    I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.
                    Site is not allowing me to add any new policy due to gender mismatch.

                    Please let me know how can i update these details.

                      I have purchased a policy number [[protected]] in my name, Babloo Kumar Tiwari in December 2003. But all the receipts and the policy certificate incorrectly showed by the name Bablu Kumar Tiwari. I have invested a lot of time through the agent to improve the name. I have visited the office of LIC's office near Ashok Nagar, Delhi and have submitted an application for name improvement. In addition, I have registered with the LIC Web site and have filed a complaint for that. I have not received any response from the LIC office till now. I think LIC tensions against premiums. Who is responsible for this, I do not know. But, I want a solution immediate.

                        Iam k. Balachandar from chennai. I paid the premieum for two i. D :[protected],[protected] through upi by scanning the qr code... Amount has been debited but bill was said unsuccessfull. Kindly request to take action asap.
                        I paid on the date :[protected] by the time 12.30pm. Total amount debited is 3442rupees.
                        Paid it through google pay using qr code scanner. It said successfully debited but the page didn't move from billdesk and after that it got cancelled and my amount was not refunded and policy was not paid too.

                                  I own a insurance policy bearing no.[protected] on dated 28th december 2002 for a sum of amount 2.0 lacs for period of 16 years with yearly instalment of 12604/-. Now my policy will going to matured on 28th of this month i. E. On 28/12/2018. I have received letter from your gharshankar (Pb) branch for completion of neft documents which i have sent already. But my concern is when i own a policy i was committed by concerned officer that your matured amount is in between 4.5 to 5.0 lacs. Now i have received a letter where which final amount is considerably very less i. E. 3.48 lacs. This is the 2nd case in which i have received the amount is very less as committed by lic. This is the matter of concern to your institution also where officers commit false information to customers to meet their targets and finally we feel cheated.

                                  No one picked my phone in gharshankar branch ([protected]) and helpline as well. No reply also from [protected]@licindia.com and 'crm. [protected]@licindia.com'

                                  I shall be glad if you look into it and do the needful at the earliest.

                                    I want to take a loan from LIC under my policy.in portal it shows premium service registration is mandatory for loan application. So i applied for premium service registration and uploaded my documents. Daily i checked whether they accepted/rejected my service registration, after so many days now the status of my application changed to request expired. They neither approved nor rejected my request and let it be expired. I had wasted so much time to check the status of application daily.

                                    In addition to that I had a phone conversation with Bangalore Customer zone[protected] &[protected] & Mumbai help line number[protected] which I had not received proper resolution. All customer care executives are not well trained where they doesn't know what to respond for the query.

                                    And also I send many emails to [protected]@licindia.com & [protected]@licindia.com where I didn't received not even single response from them.

                                        I being a senior citizen with my pension money have invested and secure my life with lic policy details as below

                                        Sum assured 250000
                                        Perineum :1200 monthly

                                        After10 year the maturity benefits received was only rs.41449/ -
                                        Against the perineum paid. I paid rs.1200 p, m that is 1200 x12x 10
                                        =144000 is the total amount i paid in 10 yrs as principal and just
                                        To remind you this was my pension money was invested in the trusted

                                        I hold lic responsible if any think happen to me due to this financial
                                        Loss / loot/ fraud or even cheating to my hard earned money and has

                                        Policy is not for sr, citizen strange till 10 yrs no intimation from

What is the point of having a website which is not functional? please close it or ask other companies to operate your website, you guys are unfit to maintain a website, wonder how you manage policies!!!.
                                        I wont to deactivate my user ID DIPENHPATEL FOR POLICY NUMBER[protected].
                                        I hold a LIC policy #[protected] which I am unable to link in my online portal since it gives the error for gender mismatch. My gender in the profile is correct (female), and I also have 2 other policies already attached. This new policy is the only issue.
                                        I am unable to login registration.it shows loan number already registered.my loan account number is[protected].please let me know how to login
                                        Every time I am browsing the LICHFL site for customer login, it is not working waiting for hours and hours.
                                        I want download statement and interest certificate, but it is unable to login upon inputting correct uid and password. Please help me. My reference LA is [protected], email id: [protected]@gmail.com
