Poor consumer services by lic india no one ready to provide solution. Just passing the time. If they can't settle the claims of living people what can be expected from lic for death claim. Very poor customer service is being provided by lic

    I wanted to pay the premium. I struggled for more than 30 minutes to login. Neither i am logged in nor the site gives me any feedback. I tried for the option of direct payment (No registration required). Even that did not work.

    The most frustrating part is that no feedback is given on our action (S). I can't imagine that lic has such a useless web site.

      I am unable to login to lic portal. Once i enter all details and click on submit it shows error message "your entry does not match with our records, please check the data entered. Kindly use user id of old portal if it is your first login to new portal; login through email or mobile permitted only for subsequent logins." i tried with my mobile number and email also. But still shows same error. I sent to support portal as well but no response from them.

          I am very pained to write this letter to you that the above policy was matured on 28/1/2018 but no intimation was given to me till date. Any how i submitted the maturity paper with all the requirement on 17/2/2019 but till date i have neither received the payment nor any intimation from your side.

          On inquiry personally on 26/2/2018. I come to know that the above mentioned policy is assigned in favor of gic housing finance ltd. Whereas i have already submitted the noc from gic housing finance ltd. And re-assignment letter duly acknowledger by your office on 25/11/2003 (Letter copy attached).

          Now therefore you are requested to expedite the matter, otherwise i have no option but to go to consumer court as well as your lic ombudsman.

          I hope you will understand my feeling and take the necessary action.

            I p ramamurthy, my policy no is[protected] with premium 8104/-. For which i have kept payment of premium using auto pay option from hdfc bank credit card. By mistake i have paid cash in 2017. The same amount was also auto debited from my credit card. At that time lic dept has informed me about double payment. Please return my extra paid amount

              Payment of a premium of Rs. 4382/- against policy no.[protected] was made on the 19th of march, 2019. The payment was done using a debit card through www.licindia.com. The transaction was attempted twice and twice the money (i.e. Rs. 8764/-) has been deducted from my bank account but the payment is not yet received nor confirmed by the LIC. Also the extra amount has not been credited to my bank account yet.

              Please look into it at the earliest.

              I have not yet received my Jeevan Nidhi Policy bond. Details: Policy No.:[protected], S-A: Rs.30 lakhs, DOC:02.02.2019, DOB: 30.10.1985, Premium: Rs.9300, Agent code: 03011751, Nominee: B.Santhanamariammal. Please help me to receive my Jeevan Nidhi bond.Thanks in advance.

                I have to request that my policy no.[protected] and[protected] is existing at muzaffarpur branch (Branch code 0531) which is requested to transffered at dabhoi branch at vadodara (Branch code 0874.
                In this regard a physical application has been given to muzaffarpur branch office and a lot of mail has been given to [protected]@licindia.com cc to 874_licindia.com but till date no action has been taken.
                Kindly do the needful and acknowledge me plz

                  Complaint against mr. Rajeev shrivastav, satellite office, 13, venkatesh nagar airport road indore.
                  Mis behave during deposite of lic premium. I was politely asking him for some people whose not coming in ques. He shouted on me and said to me go anywhere, i m not deposited ur premium.
                  He insulting me. Maine satellite branch k manager ko bhi kaha ki sir galat baat ko support kar rahe hai aur bewajah shout kar rahe hai. But he was not taking any action. Meeta jain 3560 34j lic agent

                    I have given surrender option of jeevan sureksha policy no[protected] on 25/06/2019 policy matured on 28/02/2019. I have given necessary papers to lic branch office cbo 28 located at koyembedu chennai authorities have accepted my request and they have given acknowledgement and they informed that i will be getting payment within 10 days after 10 days when i contacted the lic i came to know that my request has not been processed yet. I have given 3 days prior to the due date. They asked me to give one more complaint letter which i have given to them again. Please do the needful

Due to my some personal reason i have resigned from the code and the resigned letter submitted to lic office on 27th may 2017 and they receive my resignation and gave me a received copy. From resignation i have never did any business but till now my code is showing active. Resignation received copy attached. Please find the attachment.

                      I am requesting you that please terminate my agency code and provide my noc or please suggest me how can i get noc. It is my career issue.

                          In response of your email i want to describe the whole matter. Actually i have proposed for two policies, 1st endowment policy of number[protected] for sum assured rs 1000000 and 2nd term policy of number[protected] for sum assured rs 2500000 on 27/09/2018 and for that two policies i issued 1st cheque no 000076 dated 01/10/2018 of rs 5000, 2nd cheque no 000079 dated 15/10/2018 of rs 5000, 3rd cheque no 00000081 dated 02/11/2018 of rs 3000, 4th cheque no 000084 dated 15/01/2019 of rs 5190. Payment through ecs of rs 4271 dated 15/12/2018 and payment through ecs of rs 4271 dated 15/01/2019 against the policy no[protected] from the bandhan bank pvt. Ltd serampore branch a/c no. [protected].
                          My premium calculated as follow : —
                          For policy number[protected] monthly rs 4271
                          For policy number[protected] half yearly premium rs 5371 including of all taxes.
                          I. E. Total paid rs 18190 by cheque.
                          Rs 8542 by e. C. S.
                          That means total rs. 26732.
                          Deduct rs 5371 for term policy premium policy number[protected].
                          Remaining balance rs 21361 which have to be paid by lic.
                          After cooling off of policy number[protected] neft done for rs 11124 dated 27/02/2019a/c number [protected]. Now request you to credit the remaining balance as soon as possible.
                          All relevant documents attached herewith.

                                  Jeevan nidhi policy no.[protected] vested on 28.12.2017 intimated by lic vide letter dated 29.04.2017. I have opted for full pension yearly under option 'j' after scrutinizing various offers / options as detailed in aforesaid letter. As stipulated by lic, the pension amount is firm and fixed according the option chosen by me. The pension amount of rs12105/- was shown and offered by lic. However rs 11567/- has been disbursed as pension by lic on 01 jan 2019. Reduction of pension amount is not understood as nothing e. G. Subject to or any condition is mentioned in april 2017 letter issued by lic.
                                  Your early intervention is requested for disbursement of pension as committed by lic in april 2017 letter.
                                  Complaint regarding above has been lodged on 13 feb 2019. No reply received till date.

                                    I am paying multiple policies of lic after the update of the online portal i am trying to add the child policy to my regular policy account which is not at all accepting the policy to get added even after the profile management is completed
                                    Even after i raised the gravence there is not action from the lic people

                                    Can you please take some action on lic so that people will not suffer.

                                      I applied thrice to manager council house street for transfer of policy no[protected]to sodpur branch which is near my residence. I also enclosed ld proof adhar card pan card. But they are reluctant. I paid rs 206 excess at the time of first premium payment. While granting receipt it was mentioned that such excess amount will be adjusted in future premium. They have neither adjusted nor refunded. My written application did not yeild any results. I am disgusted.

                                        I am registered user. When requested forforgot pass word it is told the data you have entered is not available. When requested for user id it is provided. When requested for new registration it is denied as already registered. So can't login. I applied thrice for transfer of my policy but in vain. The manager of council house street branch does to care to the customer. They did not adjust excess premia paid as the 1st premium. I can't pay on line due to inaccessible software.
