I had taken one policy from lic india kerakat jaunpur branch (28m) policy no. Is[protected] on february 2018.. Lic team had punched my name wrongly umesh yadav. The correct name is umesh kumar. For the correction of this surname i am following with branch manager of kerakat lic office from february 2018. I have given request and complain many time in verbal and written. I have got two complain no. [protected] and [protected]...

Dear sir, we group of 100people paid our money under jeevan madhur plan... Later we discontinued for 2year.. Since maturity has reached we didn't get any money from lic, all the managers are only interested to get new policy.. They are not ready to solve issue... Cheap corporate behaviour, making use of poor people money. Lost faith on insurance policy...

I am not getting any amount of my annuity during year 2018. Pls do the needful and take necessary action accordingly. My ann. No. Is 091q[protected]. My pan no. Abmpv9971g. My icicibank a/c no. Is[protected].

I mvg rajasekhar resident of visakhapatnam. Policy holder of[protected] in visakhapatnam mainoffice. The policy payment tenure is completed and i took loan on that policy. Visited the luc office to clear that loan through cheque. That time due to some technical issues the cheque above 2 lakhs is not accepted, so they advised me to pay through online. So i paid the amnt by splitting into six parts and paid through online. Still it is showing...

I am not able to pay online lic premium after they have changed to new portal interface. Last date due of payment was 09 october 2018. After trying at least 20 times, i had sent a complaint by email to the company;s delhi but it was not even acknowledged. My policy number is[protected] and amount due is rs 4854

I tried also direct payment but i am getting message that the policy number does not exist on records....

My home loan roi was at 9.6% fixed for 2 years and now changed to 12%??? I visited the bank to re write the roi and for that they are asking 11k+. I do not understand why they changed the roi when they are capable of giving at 9% post re writing. The way they respond is too worst they said we cannot negotiate. I understand it will change to some level but it cannot go to 12% which is almost as personal loan. Pathetic. I am sending a notice....

As mentioned, I ve not received my 2 cashbacks from LIC of India despite of many numerous follow ups. PFA all relevant documents for your reference and immediate action. The mentioned policy has already been matured and maturity amount has also been remitted by LIC. However 2 cash backs are still unpaid as attached herewith.

I have paid lic premium online by vijaya bank net banking for policy no[protected] rs 24020/- in the name of bahadur singh rana on dated 09/10/2018 but premium receipt not received. Amount was debited from my vijaya bank account.

I wish to invite your kind attention that ecs for two loans borrowed by me (Loan. No.[protected] for rs. 15794 and loan no. [protected] for rs. 22126) were said to be bounced. This issue was discussed in person by my wife by producing bank statement and request letter to waive of the penalty amount. Still now i am maintaining the sufficient balance in my axis account. Today i got a message of again ecs bouncing on 29.09.2018....

My husband (Mohan narayan kate) dead by accident on 5 april 2012. We got first installment from lic india. For getting seconds installment, baramati office told us, to provide sdm hording report. We asked this report to our tahsildar and deputy collector, they told us, there is no such report with them. We already submitted death certificate, post martem certificate and panchanama from dysp ofice to lic baramati...

I had taken Jeevan Asha II (Plan131) in June 2003. Policy matured on June 2018. But due to none submission of original policy document before time I couldn't get my maturity claim on 28/06/2018. I submitted the documents on 2nd of July and got payment on 205000/-, while online maturity is shown 212000/-. When I submitted my documents I protested that maturity claim document sent to me shows 205000/-, while online maturity is shown as 212000/-....

Can not log in into lic premium portal. It is showing that error in user id and password. This problem is existing since 29/9/2018. We dodn't know how to solve this problem. Please solve this as early as possible. Our customers are still waiting, because of this problem they cannot pay their premium on time. Kindly solve this issue.
