Respected sir/madam,

My name is vaibhav s. Bendale. My lic hfl loan account no is[protected].
I pay my loan premium via customer portal every month. However, the customer portal website is not working from few days and so i am unable to login. Today i got below sms,

Lnno[protected] dues unpaid from 12/2018 of rs.37450 pay immediately last date 16/12/2018 if paid already please furnish details contact thane office tel25398324/santosh. [protected]@lichousing.com between 11 am to 5 pm

So i called almost 25-30 times on 25398324, 25392663, 25436421 including [protected]. All numbers are ringing but no one is answering. Sometimes even the phone is cut down without answering as always as per my previous experience.

Please contact me immediately as i need to pay the emi today itself or guide me to escalate the complaint to higher management.

I want to pay the housing loan through online banking by NEFT from Indian bank. Kindly let me know the procedure for doing the payment so that I need not go to the LIC HFL each time for payment.
Poor site performance for online payment of my EMI for Home Loan a/ c no.[protected]

I was / am trying to make online payment for my housing loan, but your site is so badly performing since last week. I unable to login also to my account.

Kindly check at your end to avoid delays and extra additional charges for not paying EMI in time.

    I am unable to log in with all currect details. My account number is 19217112
    And password already saved and another input i am putting as i see from the instructions, but still i am able to enter into the site. The working symbool line corcle go on working and this is waht is happening for the last 10 days. If the website is under maintanance then it should be informed to us as we do not want to pay interest unnecessarlily.

I have a agents portal valid id and password but i am unable to operate my portal login. This is complete some system error of lic. I made all efforts from my side and also mailing to [protected]@licindia.com many times but no single response received by [protected]@licindia.com. I requested you to please help me for the same as earliest possible. Thanking you.

            I surrender one policy in dec 2014. The surrender cost of policy rs. 25275.
            Lic paid me rs. 10, 129 and balance amount not paid. Agent and co buy new policy of remaining balance amount without informing me.
            I followup branch, but nobody response. Branch cut my phone and nobody talk in branch.
            After so much complaints parbhani branch accept to pay balance amount. But still since 4 years, i not get balance payment.
            I send mail to officers and zonal manager, but they ignore the mail.
            I live in pune so can not visit parbhani branch.

              I am customer of lic of india pali mandia road branch branch code 323. I have submitted documents relating to surrender of policy dt 27 april 2018. But till today i have not received credit proceeding of the policy.
              I have communicated the said issue to branch and also to jodhpur customer zone via email and telephonic conversation for so many times. I am currently living in pune it is not possible for me to regularly go to said branch and take follow up. But due to no response from said branch, i had visited the said branch by travelling from pune only for this purpose but as usual no one is giving satisfactory answer. So i have submitted the written complaint dt 18 august 2018.
              There is no movement from branch. No one giving satisfactory answer.

                This is with regards to group policy no: 507897 (Annuity no. 061y[protected]). I've not received any payment this year (2018). Can you please let me know the details of the payments made or when will i receive the same? I have tried mailing at [protected]@licindia.com but have not received any response. Also the website doesn't list any customer care number for support on group schemes.

                  Lic housing finance increases rate of interest for existing customers with out any notice. For colling emi they will send a remainder a week advance, why not they send an sms that roi got updated? Being a goi company doing this kind of cheating is very worst of its part. With out any notice increased roi from 9.2 to 9.6% even rbi does nt increase roi in recent days.
                  Hope higher authorities will look it to this issue. Its a big burden for middle class people like us.

                    When I want to add first 2 Lic Policy i.e.[protected] &[protected] with same user Id (i.e registered with Lic Policy no.[protected] message comes as these policy is registered with different user id and that user id i forgot, can you help me to retrieve my user id for first 2 policy.

                      Can you please help me out in cancelling the duplicate/2nd payment details to refunded/cancelled..

                        I am trying to update my policy in the corporate portal via link ""http://customer.onlinelic.in/cbv/" before it was showing first you need to register as a customer which i already did but it failed to identify. Now today when i check the same link the whole page is differed and i no where get the form to fill and submit for corporate employer details.

                          I have sent several mails to [protected]@licindia.com for login issues, still i haven't received any solution.

                          It throws below error when trying to login
                          "the entered userid does not match with our records. Please try again."
                          But when trying to register it says policy already registered

                          Its not allowing to register/change password/login. Please help me. I am not able to download the receipt either to submit my it proof's

                            I am registered customer of lic, and was paying my multiple policy premiums through the portal. Recently they upgraded to new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is no user id registered in the portal. I tried through forget password option also but in vain.

                            When tried to pay directly without going to "registered user" again telling that policy and other details not matching.

                            What for these people are for? Nowadays every body is paying online. It is a shame on lic for not making their online portal customer friendly. They are making the online payment cumbersome. They are linking every thing to the payments page (Policy no, date of birth, mobile no etc) and if anything mismatches payment cannot be done.

                            Why they want to verify all data, after all they want money for the policy number, that is the only key data required. Let them check other private companies online premium collection

                              I have taken home loan on 29th September 2015. LICHFL is charging 11.85% ROI from the month of November, 2017. The ROI they are charging is huge and my EMI also increased lot which has thrown me into a financial crisis. I am paying the increased EMI which is not near to any bank or financial institution. I visited to the Haldiram branch to rewrite my loan a/c but they told me to submit approximately 12K rupees. I am not in a situation to pay the amount.

                              At the time of applying they never told me that my ROI will be this high. This is absolutely false commitment to the customer. I need compensation for the harassment and want back the huge extra amount I paid to LIC for the last one year.

                                survival benefit not received from lic

To lic i am eligible for survival benefit on june 2017 but still i have not got my survival benefit, i am physical challnged women unable to visit branch and asked many times from agent but all in vain.

                                I am holding jeevan nidhi policy no[protected] issued by pic. Branch 11t naraina new delhi. I have been getting ₹550 per month through direct credit to my account with andhra bank vikaspuri from ipp cell. Since 1.11.2017 pic has stopped payment. I have submitted existence certificate to customer care cell dwarka for release of pending and future instalments of annuity pension.                                   I have filed the death claim of the aforesaid policies[protected] and[protected] under jeevan dhara dated 16.04.2018 along with the necessary documents. However, i haven’t received the claim yet. Kindly look into this matter personally and process the same without any further delay.

                                  It is in lic-326 branch: asaf ali road, delhi
                                  I have been following up with the officials at the branch level but to no avail. That's when i've approached the officers at divisional levels and central level as mentioned in the lic website. However, that responded by saying that the policies are in jaipur branch and i received a call from jaipur branch who informed that these policies are in delhi only and have also given a written letter in this regard.
                                  I have also registered my complaint with irda but to no avail.
                                  Kindly provide resolution.

                                    I have submitted application([protected]) for DL renewal via (https://parivahan.gov.in), which was expired in 2013, due to lack of information i paid Rs. 3450 as fee. When i visited of RTO office, RTO told me that my DL will not be renewed as DL expired 5 year back.Nor he was interested to help by sharing, how can i get DL, if need it.
                                    if DL Cannot be renewed after expiry of 5 year, then why Online Application is accepting Renewal Application and Payments.

                                    More over there is nowhere written that DL will not be renewed post 5 year of expiry. on Govt. website i.e (snapshot attached)

                                    WHY Incomplete information is there for Public.

                                    Now as per wep portal https://parivahan.gov.in Money will not be refunded.

                                      I have made loan repayment through online on 24-nov-18 against my policy and payment was successful got paymentid, licorderno & money deducted from account but i have not received payment receipts

                                      Its been 10 days since i made payment, am not seeing my payment neither portal-login-online payment receipts nor loan-amount outstanding adjustment

                                      I have been following up with centralcustomer care but every they are asking time not getting resolution to my problem.
