    I ajay chand holdind a lic policy no.[protected] in delhi branch code 0124 wanted to transfer the policy to palampur, himachal pradesh. I talked to lic people they advised me to send the address proof to the branch and they will transfer it. I did the same and confirmed with indian post that the required docs are delivered in branch on 3 nov 2018. When i talked with a lady divya prakash from branch 124 she did not help me out. She said we have recieved the documents but we need to check once again... I have been talking to her from 3 nov 2018 regarding my transfer of the policy but that lady always give the same answer that we have to check yet. Today when i called to her she blocked my number and when i am calling to landline they are not picking up. This is the redicilous service from lic.

      Hi,

      I registered my LIC Policies and registeration was successful, next step if I try enrolled my policy under "http://customer.onlinelic.in/cbv/"for Cognizant, it shows error that I m not a registered user

      "It seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our Customer Portal.
      Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create Portal-ID."

      But I have already registered my policies. Please let me know how to enroll it with employer.

      Policy renewal is on time but charged Rs. 125, what is the meaning of CD in LIC. Why it is charged ? We also talk this matter in your customer care but they have not accurate answer. she replied it is GST amount.

        Sir i am in delhi but my pollicy was taken from howra division ghatal branch. After my maturity i submitted my application form to karol bagh 108, delhi their miss behave with me. And tell submitted the application in your home branch. Please tell me why that wrong system to india, s no one insu company taken. Payment received any branch but when you have to gave return thats any rules fallow. Please tell anybody who take pollicy net and clean. Yours faith fully dipankar manna

          I have created userid and password at the time of policy setlement, now for the payment of first primium i am not able to login. userid doesnot exist, as it quotes. tried forget id option that sitll quots userid not resetted. is there any other way to reset id, please help.
          By mistake my DOB entered incorrect in my twelve pass certificate. Date birth is mention is 01/07/1973 same in policy.. but my original DOB mention in my aadhar card and pan card is 18/10/1978..
          So pls..do need full..

            I had started Beema Account Policy No.[protected] in 24 Oct-2008 on monthly premium of Rs.1004/- per month.
            The same have been matured in 24 OCT-2018. Plan Name Jeevan Saral(plan-165)
            I regret to state that I have received Rs.150920/- as total maturity value on 24 Oct 2018. According to bond at the time of purchase of the policy, that I shall get Sum Assured / maturity Value. Rs 2, 50, 000
            Now, please check the matter as the amount received is not as per the agreement. I have Attached policy image
            Please look in to the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

              My company invested my superannuation in lic in 2016. I never received the lic documents and hence do not know my scheme number.

              I received lic monthly annuity in my bank for 9 months uptill october 2017 and now they have stopped. I need help in restarting them - but my problem is i do not have the scheme number.

              How can lic help me retrieve it?

                I am animesh koley my police no[protected] one of your policy holder form serampure branch (Branch code -444). One of this branch agent name - chandrani bandyopadhyay (Agency code[protected] has misbehavior with me. I request you to please get this matter resolved on the highest priority within a week’s time else i would have to approach to the consumer court. And please take a serious action against ms. Chandrani bandyopadhyay (Agency code[protected] so that in future no other customer would suffer and image of the lic will not be hampered anymore like it had been in my case.

                For policy no[protected] for year 2014 we have not received survival benefit. The amount is Rs-10000/=.
                Many communication and details of bank account given. LIC is not giving satisfactory response in this regard.

                  The ordinary rules to change the nomination is as under.

                  A policy holder can change his nomination during the policy term and it can be changed any number of times. To change the nomination policyholder has to give a notice to LIC OF INDIA in a specified form (Form 3750) and nomination has to be endorsed. Further, the policyholder can remove it without any prior notice to the existing nominee. Nomination can be done and changed any time by the Life Assured during the policy term in the LIC OF INDIA’s office.

                  But the kidderpore Branch office demands Death certificate First class magistrate affidavits etc.

                  Pl. Provide me the exact rules under insurance act 1938

                      Uae. Unfortunately i made a mistake to invest in the lic policies based on the recommendation of corporation bank of india. The sale of these policies are done by lic is based on the misrepresentation of policy terms and commitments given by your lic marketing managers (Mr. Zia, mr. Devappa naik and mr. Vijay kumar shetty) in presence of the corporation bank manager, ashoknagar branch, mangalore dk, who is the agent and mediator for all these lic policies. All of your managers clearly said that, since the funding is done from the nre account, the pension annuity will not be attracting any income tax, and the amount will be remitted back to the nre sb account. Also, no where the requirement of obtaining the residency certification from the country of residence is mentioned by any of your managers till the third week of september 2018, which is after about 1 and half years from the date of purchasing the first policy. On maturity of annuity, i understood that i have been cheated by all of the above lic managers, because of which the annuity from these policies is attracting the incometax, even though i am a nri. They were aware of the requirements, but presented wrongly so that i will invest a very big amount. I have attached the full details of this complaint in a separate sheet, i sent to lic of india, datewise. Lic divisional head is taking the side of these culprits to protect their employees, causing problem for me. All these policies are purchased against bank loan in corporation bank and bank of india, against my nre fds, as per the advice of these managers, caused me additional loss of about 1, 15, 000 rupees. Please provide justice for my financial losses and mental pressure.
                      So, request you to kindly to look in to the problems caused to me and resolve the issue.

                        I like to know, why lic has introducted online payment of its policies.
                        Please discontinue and announce in public media and paper, so i will not try to log on to lic india portal. To pay my lic policies amount. The lic portal https://ebiz.licindia.in/D2CPM/#Login hangs, hangs, hangs hangs, and there is no end to its hang. I had tried to login to lic many times, i face this problem. Recently from 5th nov 2018 to 10th nov 2018 the portal is not working. And i inquired from the lic agent. He also confirmed that lic portal is giving hardship to its policy holders by not working. Can lic official respond to this and put a final solution or not.
                        Or this complain will be one_way show, and i will not be solved.
                        I had many lic pollicies and one i am mentioning to show my deep hatrated toward the online line portal. Lic #[protected].

                            I am aggrieved to say that, my and my wife's policies have been registered online in someone's name. Whenever i try to register my policy online, it says that the policy has been registered.in whose name and by whom, i don't know.

                            I opened my policy through an agent. I have apprised the same with the agent but he only assures without any solution till date.

                            I am worried. Please help. I trust lic but i have reservations about agents.

                              Sir, i am mp baby, policy no:[protected], agent code is 0149664p. I am policy holder of bima gold. I am never due in paying the premium. When i took the policy i was in huzurnagar, nalgonda district, telengana state. Iwas receiving my money back amount of rs 20000 on time. But i had to transfer to zirapur, rajgargh district, madhyapradesh state. I was unable to receive the amount rs 20000 which was to be paid for me in 2018.                               I had taken loan in LICHFL hyderabad with 9.6% intreast rate in 2016.paying the same . no on the name of flotation they increased the intreast rate. to 11.0%.i dont aware their will be this much floating in LCHFL comparaed to other banks.LICHFL donsent even answer our phoen calls.it is poor services & unethical loan make.

                                Now it is stopped w. E. F. October 2018.

                                  I would like to know that my premium for policy is not deducted after filling NACH mandate form. i have recieved message from bank that its is approved .

                                  i want to know after visitng lic branch office at dombivli and doing necessary things why it is so slow and dont work properly,
                                  for small things everytime we cant visit dombivli branch.

                                  from august premium is not detected for the mentioned policy number.

                                        Useless staffs not even worth giving monthly salary to the loan officer i went with my policy to take a loan on my policy and gave her my latest bank savings account, +id proof etc a cancelled cheque, a covering letter mentioning that the old bank account was dormant more than 7 years back she purposefully made a transfer to the inactive bank account and my money is stuck it was for an medical emergency operation sadly sadistic frustrated women with 0 human values. I will never buy an lic policy again in my life. I wish lic should take strictest action on this negligent staff immediately and terminate her before they close down as all government offices are facing closure due to stupid staffs like this bsnl, lic, government banks pathetic attitude all these are fit to be buried call the undertaker - lic loan officer 100feet road coimbatore
