Uae. Unfortunately i made a mistake to invest in the lic policies based on the recommendation of corporation bank of india. The sale of these policies are done by lic is based on the misrepresentation of policy terms and commitments given by your lic marketing managers (Mr. Zia, mr. Devappa naik and mr. Vijay kumar shetty) in presence of the corporation bank manager, ashoknagar branch, mangalore dk, who is the agent and mediator for all these lic policies. All of your managers clearly said that, since the funding is done from the nre account, the pension annuity will not be attracting any income tax, and the amount will be remitted back to the nre sb account. Also, no where the requirement of obtaining the residency certification from the country of residence is mentioned by any of your managers till the third week of september 2018, which is after about 1 and half years from the date of purchasing the first policy. On maturity of annuity, i understood that i have been cheated by all of the above lic managers, because of which the annuity from these policies is attracting the incometax, even though i am a nri. They were aware of the requirements, but presented wrongly so that i will invest a very big amount. I have attached the full details of this complaint in a separate sheet, i sent to lic of india, datewise. Lic divisional head is taking the side of these culprits to protect their employees, causing problem for me. All these policies are purchased against bank loan in corporation bank and bank of india, against my nre fds, as per the advice of these managers, caused me additional loss of about 1, 15, 000 rupees. Please provide justice for my financial losses and mental pressure.
So, request you to kindly to look in to the problems caused to me and resolve the issue.

    I like to know, why lic has introducted online payment of its policies.
    Please discontinue and announce in public media and paper, so i will not try to log on to lic india portal. To pay my lic policies amount. The lic portal https://ebiz.licindia.in/D2CPM/#Login hangs, hangs, hangs hangs, and there is no end to its hang. I had tried to login to lic many times, i face this problem. Recently from 5th nov 2018 to 10th nov 2018 the portal is not working. And i inquired from the lic agent. He also confirmed that lic portal is giving hardship to its policy holders by not working. Can lic official respond to this and put a final solution or not.
    Or this complain will be one_way show, and i will not be solved.
    I had many lic pollicies and one i am mentioning to show my deep hatrated toward the online line portal. Lic #[protected].

      Registered my LIC Policies and registeration was successful, next step if I try enrolled my policy under "http://customer.onlinelic.in/cbv/"for Cognizant, it shows error that I m not a registered user

      "It seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our Customer Portal.
      Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create Portal-ID."

      But I have already registered my policies. Please let me know how to enroll it with employer.

        Dear lic,

        I am aggrieved to say that, my and my wife's policies have been registered online in someone's name. Whenever i try to register my policy online, it says that the policy has been registered.in whose name and by whom, i don't know.

        I opened my policy through an agent. I have apprised the same with the agent but he only assures without any solution till date.

        I am worried. Please help. I trust lic but i have reservations about agents.

          Sir, i am mp baby, policy no:[protected], agent code is 0149664p. I am policy holder of bima gold. I am never due in paying the premium. When i took the policy i was in huzurnagar, nalgonda district, telengana state. Iwas receiving my money back amount of rs 20000 on time. But i had to transfer to zirapur, rajgargh district, madhyapradesh state. I was unable to receive the amount rs 20000 which was to be paid for me in 2018.           Sir, i would like to know how the amount could reach to me. I would like to know what other kind of documents shloud i submit for claiming my money back amount.

          I had taken loan in LICHFL hyderabad with 9.6% intreast rate in 2016.paying the same . no on the name of flotation they increased the intreast rate. to 11.0%.i dont aware their will be this much floating in LCHFL comparaed to other banks.LICHFL donsent even answer our phoen calls.it is poor services & unethical loan make.

            I was getting my annuity payment for annuity policy no. M09039051 through my hdfc bank account - [protected] - at thakur village, kandivali east branch till september 2018.

            Now it is stopped w. E. F. October 2018.

            What are the reasons for stopping the same?

            What are the remedies to restart the same?

            How can i avoid such payment stoppage.

              I would like to know that my premium for policy is not deducted after filling NACH mandate form. i have recieved message from bank that its is approved .

              i want to know after visitng lic branch office at dombivli and doing necessary things why it is so slow and dont work properly,
              for small things everytime we cant visit dombivli branch.

              from august premium is not detected for the mentioned policy number.

                I deepanjali padhan beg to draw your kind attention that i am having policy no.[protected] and create my online account through customer portal.in my account i have mistakenly enter wrong mobile no. And e-mail id that is why i cannot access my account. So i request you to delete my online account. Frequently i tried to update my e-mail and mobile number, but i could not succeed in this matter. I think i am not safe in my online account. Therefore i request you to delete my online account. For which i shall be obliged.

                  Sir i paid two lic premium on a 31 oct 18 for policy no[protected] &[protected] and the reference no for payment are igaerfrxh6 & igaerfsll2. I wrongly entered my email id as [protected]@gmail.in in place if [protected]@gmail.com. So please correct my email id on yr site so that i can see my policy payment on net on email id.                     Useless staffs not even worth giving monthly salary to the loan officer i went with my policy to take a loan on my policy and gave her my latest bank savings account, +id proof etc a cancelled cheque, a covering letter mentioning that the old bank account was dormant more than 7 years back she purposefully made a transfer to the inactive bank account and my money is stuck it was for an medical emergency operation sadly sadistic frustrated women with 0 human values. I will never buy an lic policy again in my life. I wish lic should take strictest action on this negligent staff immediately and terminate her before they close down as all government offices are facing closure due to stupid staffs like this bsnl, lic, government banks pathetic attitude all these are fit to be buried call the undertaker - lic loan officer 100feet road coimbatore

                      This is to inform you that we have not receive the bond or money from lic branch 919. Our policy is due and we have submitted all the required documents to surrender the policy yet there is no update from lic nor from the agent.

                      My agent name is mrs. Kalpana and she was asking us to follow up with lic branch 919 who are not responding to calls and now even she has stop taking calls.

                          Policy no[protected] was taken by me in 1998 and was due for payment maturity on 28/03/2018. During this period i have been transferred from one city to another and my present address was advised time to time to your thafer house branch. When i visited kanpur in 2017 and come to notice that the policy is domiciled to your cab 1 bhargava estate kanpur. I met to then branch manager sri ram balak and i completed formalities of neft provided details of my present address and account details with neft form and was assured by the branch manager sri ram balak that the payment will be effected on maturity to my a/c with sbi. On non receipt of payment i contacted by letter to your cab branch the branch send me the option form to complete and when i exercise my option for full payment they refused to make full payment and advise to exercise pension option only by mail dated 29/9/18. That i dont want. I am in need of funds for making payment of loan instalment to avoid account turning npa so instruct to make full payment instead of exercising option for pension with interest immediatly

                            Yesterday i have paid a premuim of 598 throgh lic portal, using pay direct option.

                            I used kotak debit card to make the payment. But amount got deducted from account, but premium is still showing due and no receipt generated.

                            Kindly look into the issue and let me know that whether the amount wil be refunded and should i make the payment one more time.

                            Please help.

                            And in my account details it shows it's been transferred to lic, pls find attached pick of my screen shot for reference.
                            But in lic portal still it shows as due and no receipt generated, so please look into the issue.

                              My lic premium is paid twice, the second premium was paid on 25th sept 2018, i have made complain to there customer care several time but problem is not solved yet. I also made complain to the concern branch, but its already a month passed, but didn't got the refund. Lic demands that they have refunded the amount to my account on 4th october 2018, but my bank transaction doesn't reflect that. I also informed them about that too, but still not refunded. Please help.

                                change of gender in lic online profile

                                My gender has been incorrectly mentioned as male in lic website

                                I am not able to update my gender in the lic online profile on the site

                                I have sent an email on dec 21 on [protected]@licindia.com. However, i haven't received any revert. I have also sent follow up emails. I have also visited the branch office and submitted a letter to update gender. Still have not received any response

                                Regretting why i have taken loan from lichfl. They are just cheating people and nothing else. The interest rate has been changed to 11.45% from 9.6% without any intimation. Market rate itself is not so high. Other banks are offering interest rate of 8.8% whereas lic is charging 11.45% and on what basis no clarification. There customer care never works, nobody anwers any call. Everytime you have to visit branch for even a small query.
                                Pls help.

                                LICHFL is cheating by increasing interest rates without informing.
                                also all other lender are keeping interest rates low but LICHFL is keep on increasing it from 8.8 to 9.0 to 9.1 and now 9.4.
                                I have send multiple emails but they done decrease it
                                they are offering lower interest rates to new customers but not taking care of existing ones

                                    I rajendra kumar nema paid online payment of rs 44259.94 for premium deposit under policy no.[protected] of aditya kumar nema on 23-oct-2018 and reference no. Is igaepxxvk7. But till date i have not receiving premium deposit receipt for online payment by state bank internet banking. Please clear my transaction and issue premium receipts for same. Thank you.
