I am running 2 policy now to lic.
And i will give my all premium by credit card. Then i want to ask you first that my receipt is not giving me by your agent. Then i ask our lic bo then he told me that we are not giving you any receipt if payment by credit card.
Now my last 8 month receipt is pending.
Plz help me what should i do.

This is to share my bad experience with LIC. The concern is that I have paid an amount of Rs.23085/- on 28th Apr’18 for New Jeevan Anand Policy to Mr. Jagjeet Singh([protected]) from Delhi branch112.

I submitted all required documents along with the cash amount through PAYTM(dated 28th Apr’18) to Mr. Jagjeet Singh.

I started asking for policy bond paper, which was never delivered to me. Although Mr. Jagjeet...

Even though i passed the entrance exam in the November 2017, still not allotted the agent code. I am attaching here exam particulars

We have many policies with lic, from agent code[protected], shri s n chitare. Since the day we have taken policies he has never being in contact. We don't stay in india and his no - [protected] what he was contacting us till we took policies is never connected.
As a lic agent he gets his commission with zero service and we need to run pillar to post for any queries. Our one of the policy got lapsed and we r not able to fund him at all....

Being great insurance corporate body of democratic country - it is best policy to cheate the senior citizens - till date i have not received the positive decesion to small customer of lic and citizen of india - it proves the the organisation is only for insurance company and to cheat and making fool to the small customer and small citizen of india - surprising very good institute who is taking care of lic verymuch pefectly - now i came to...

I registered mysel[censored]nder lic customer portal and then tried to add the policy details for enrollment. But i keep receiving the error saying customer portal id is not created. I do not really understand how exactly is the customer portal useful in any way as i don't find any means to enroll your policies within the portal any where. Kindly suggest on what could be done to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance....

I was taken lic jivan anand policy[protected]/-inr per month on 05/06/2010. This policy was continued for about 2 years. But unfortunately i was not able to continue this policy. I went to lic to closing my policy and also for refund but they told me that refund will not be possible.

Myself purnima kumari and i was trying to pay my one lic premium rs. 6938/- against my policy no.[protected] today (05/09/2018) at 20:45 hrs. Through www.Licindia.com. but the above said amount (Rs.6938/-) has been deducted from my account and reciept has not generated.
Hence, i requested you to check the same and my above deducted amount rs.6938/-may please be returned at the earliest.

I m shweta tripathi, agent of lic. My qgent code is 1560395, i completed 11 years of my lic agentship. Aftrr that i have been re-appointed for my lic agency. My current lic code is 1866395.
My complain is that i m not getting my commission against my previous lic code[protected].
When i complain about it to my abm, he said he will check from it department.
It almost 1 year i m not getting my commission.br...

Sir, i (Vinay tyagi) have paid lic premium for policy no[protected], order no10216687, payment id-nsbi[protected] dated 1.9.18, rs.750/- through www.Licindia.com, but i do not recived any recipt till date and time. Rs 750- net banking from my account on same time. Pl do the needful....

I am request you to delete my wife account policy no 52780788 log in id-a148572, password[protected]a please. Because problem of renewal payment paid at on line. Earlier i have paid renewal payment online in same email and mobile no, but now difficulty in paid renewal payment. Now i am being link with my family details of spouse in my login id. Surrendered value of my policy number[protected] not received after moe than 16 years.
Either I had contacted all the concern person at beach label lot of time. But every time assured me that the same will be released shortly.
Request you to please pay the amount with interest and penalty as LIC also did on late deposit of premium of policy.

I have purchased a jeevan akshay-vi policy (Purchase price rs 300000/- on 09.08.2017 and i was supposed to get my yly annuity (Rs 21075/-) on 09.08.2018 through my bank account. But unfortunately till date i have not received the amount.
