The particular cheating life insurance of india - corporate insurance body of democratic country is confirming its cheating policy so that i am taking legal actions against the cheating corporate body and irda also confirming and supporting the cheating policy - and publishing in all news media of democratic country being great insurance corporate body of democratic country - it is best policy to cheate the senior citizens - till date i have not received the positive decesion to small customer of lic and citizen of india - it proves the the organisation is only for insurance company and to cheat and making fool to the small customer and small citizen of india - surprising very good institute who is taking care of lic verymuch pefectly - now i came to know and understand that the small investor / customer have no statu or right to represent the grievances - appreciated the best organisation and management - inspite of repeated reminders the help is not provide the small customer / citizen of india - now we understand and came to know that the irda authority is for the insurance company not for the customers. As the customers are to small compare to insurance company. The lic policy is just for advertising for the interest free income and just free of cost income. It is just cheating to the customers of india who are very poor people make the foolish to the public, it is very surprising for the top position of popular and famous insurance corporation of india - i under stand the as big and popular identity - you do not have the time for small customer of your corporation it is really surprising no help or decesion has been recd.From irda - remider - till date there is no response - the policy no:[protected] plan jeevanshree rs. 500000/- 112/25/16 dated 28.02.1998 has been surrender. I DO NOT KNOW - I THINK ALL THE CENTRAL AND STATE GOVT AUTHORITY AND CONTRILING INSURANCE CORPORATE AUTHORITY ARE FRAMED AND FAVOURING THE CHEATING CORPORATES IN DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY
Original policy bond not returned by LIC branch 310 for policy no.[protected] in spite of repeated follow up.

    Hi,

    I registered my lic policies and registeration was successful, next step if i try enrolled my policy under "http://customer.onlinelic.in/cbv/"for cognizant, it shows error that i m not a registered user

    "it seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal.
    Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create portal-id."

    But i have already registered my policies. Please let me know how to enroll it with employer.

          I could successfully enroll first lic policy for my employer 'cognizant'. However, i am unable to enroll rest of the policies for employer.

          1. When i enter all the corporate details along with my policy details on lic corporate portal, i get following error message:
          "we are unable to process your request.
          Please try again later or contact lic for further details.
          Try again with proper inputs"

          In short, i am not able to enroll my policies by using either of the available options.
          Please guide me on the same.

            I have accidentally register account with wrong dob of my father so one policy is registered but another not due to wrong dob.

            So, i have created another account with correct dob now i want to deactivate or delete enrolled policy from that account and want to add in newly created account.

            There is disabled delete option beside policy. So not able to click and delete it.

            Now i have two accounts for single policy holder.

            Please, do provide some options to delete policies or the deactivate or delete the whole account.

                I'm v. Jayashree from dharmapuri. January month i gave the cheques (Rs.4, 50, 000) for new policy to the do. But he and his agent misused my cheques and debited the amount favour of lic and use the money for some other person's renewal and new policies i gave complaint to bm and sdm. Till the result is zero. I'm suffering a lot. Please take severe action and get back the money from them

                  The policy no:[protected] plan jeevanshree rs. 500000/- 112/25/16 dated 28.02.1998 has been surrender. The bonus declared by lic every year is not considered for the payment. The policy premium is fully paid. The guaranteed addition as per policy term is not considerd for completed years as full amount. It is included in total amount for surrendering percentage considered for the surrender value. Kinldy justify and arrange to give the justice to the customer of lic. I hope the justice will be given and arrange to consider the bonus declared by lic every year. Also the guaranteed addition should fully considered for the payment. It is best cheating corporate in the field of insurance of democratic country

                    Today i got message o[censored]mrn number for mandate registration to sbi which i never sumbitted to anyone so kindly take strict action and cancel this mandate as soon as possible before deduction in my account else i would recover it from you with interest by approaching to higher authority.
                    For your reference i am attaching the snap of message i have received & also let me know the persons or any identification of the said person doing fraud in my account for further action to police.

                      Dear sir,
                      Master policy no.[protected] : master policy holder sci employees superannuation trust.
                      This is with regards to monthly annuity payable to me for the month of september 2018. Lic pension group scheme without any notice stopped the payment. I to contact lic customer zone mumbai to obtain the e mail id of the concerned department i. E pgs. [protected]@licindia.com. It took several mails and reminders before i was told that payment not done because life certificate not sent. On submitting my life certificate which remain unacknowledged for several days was finally acknowledged yesterday with intimation that the payment will now be done on 3rd october only. This is totally unacceptable in the first instance they failed to send me a notice to up date my life certificate and now they want me to wait another 2 weeks before making the payment. I request you to kindly take this matter with appropriate authority under intimation to me.

                            Dear sir, it is very sad to say that i have submitted my policy holder's nach mandate (Prabodh kumar mahapatra, policy no:[protected] deduction of lic premium from his sb a/c (Hdfc bank) since february 2018. Through lic of india, cab branch under berhampur division, odisha. I have sent nach mandate to nb department of lic division office two times. But there is no response about nach registration till today. Kindly take necessary steps towards my policy holder's nach registration as soon as possible.

                              I am m a ranganath & submitted a complaint a fortnight ago for which there is no response.

                              My annuity reference is #071m[protected] and have been receiving the subject annuity regularly for the last 15 years (Amount rs.2439/-) from bangalore p&gs unit.

                              I would like to know the reason. Life certificate was submitted during 2013.
                              Is it required to be submitted again. I had sent a mail indicating the change of address. The present address is:

                                I got call from inderjeet regarding lic offering 4 benefits with policy in march 2018. I made made payment and paid cheque in end of march. But after that lic peoples disappointed me very much. I got policy in june 2018 after 3 months. But still i have not received medical insurance yet. I am calling and chasing lic person name inderjeet daily but he is not picking my phone. I am trying to reach and get medical policy which is with main policy. Please help me.                                     Rs 6772/- has been debited from the HDFC account in the name "POS 436303XXXXXX3103 DCSILIFEINSU POS DEBIT" without my attention. I suspect it as a fraudulent deed. Please verify and reverse the transaction on hacking my hdfc bank account.

                                    i got information as that the transaction happened in Mumbai through Debit card and i was living in Coimbatore city. looks like some one hacked my debit card details and...

                                    I am the holder of jeewan suraksha policy number[protected], dated 28/3/97. I bought this policy from branch number 2, shivcharan das road, allahabad division of lic when i was posted in railways at allahabad. On maturity, i started getting my monthly pension of rs.2500. The same continued till november 2017, last pension received on 1st november 2017 in my sbi pension actt number-[protected]. I came to know about discontinuation of the same when i received my updated bank statement.
                                    I request the lic to kindly start paying my pension including past arrears for 10 months at the earliest as both me and my wife smt kamlesh singh (Dob-25/12/61 are hale & hearty.

                                    I am trying to login to my LIC ACCOUNT, but it shows that"please note user ID case is sensitive". Now I want to deregister LIC ACCOUNT for fresh register.
