My agent is not coming to receive my premium long time already even after calling several times personally by me when i were in india for my vacation on april, now my family...

I as visited your collection center of surat at opp timaliyawad branch for paying premium of my 9 policies with one cheque & had written all the policies number behind the cheque. The person who is in that collection center as refused to give me separate receipt of 9 policies and as forced to give me single receipt with all mentioned policies number. I opposed to matter and the person of collection center started speaking rurdly and shouted...

I have been repeatedly asking for the lod and foreclosure letter. Only i got a response once for lower roi (Which would be still higher from other agencies). When i showed no interest on their offer. They stopped responding to my calls, mails. I don't understand why i have to pay more than market standard. And from last two months emi got increased twice....

I have paid lic premium of policy no.[protected].through mobile app licindia throungh net banking of sbi khanapur branch Belgaum dist.ifc code is snb0001001 .of Rs.2719. on 15/06/2018. But the amount Rs.2940 has deducted from my sbi saving account.and didnt get any reciept for the same nor refund of amount which has deducted.kindly do the needful.

I have not received monthly pension for policy no.[protected] since 1st december 2017. I have submitted existence certificate on 13.04.2018 to your branch office no.89e goregaon (West)& they have sent mail to you further they made changes in their records also.
Kindly look into the matter urgently & credit my monthly pension from 1st december 2017 to my savings account as before.

I am unable to login to lic customer portal. I am entering both user name and password properly. Still i get an error message saying "your entry does not match with our records, please check the data entered. I have also sent my living certificate to you stating that i am alive.
I was also informed on phone that the system must have crashed.
Three months have passed but there are no results and i have not received...

I used to get the half yearly pension amount of rs 1231.00 by ecs to my andhra bank savings bank account. The date of ecs are 1st june and 1st december every year. The last ecs received was on[protected]. But the ecs due for[protected] is not received till date.
