Sir. I paid rs 1324 for my two policies on 28/7/2018. Firstly i paid by sbi net banking... And i got message txn failed. I checked my account... Money was not debited from my account. Then i again paid same amount by kotak mahindra net banking. Second time transaction was successful. But after some time my sbi account was debited by rs 1324... So please refund one of debited amount.

      This is avinash mahto. My father had a policy named[protected] from branch no. 522. He died on 13 sept 2017 due to cancer. My mother claimed as nominee for death claim but the manager says that niminee name is different. We provided appedevite from the court but he is not ready to pay claim amount excusing RBI had stopped the claim amount. There were two other policy named the same nominee named but that claim paid so why this claim amount not paying from lic. Is the lic has changes of rules from every states or just a single regulation all over india. So please help me out. I complaint IRDAI AND CONSUMER FORUM but didnot got any satisfactory answer.

        There has been a big fraud with the lic housing finance. The initial interest rate was 8.75 in 2009 for the initial 3 years and after that they have changed roi to the current rate in 2013 to 11.75 but after that several time rbi reviewed and announced several interest changes. But my loan account roi is still 11.75. After all these years of payment i have ended up paying almost the loan equivalent and still have the same principle amount.

        Please help, i can not pay this much amount of money.

          My name is ashok gupta, i have done payment for lic policy on 20 july 2018 using your online website portal and jio money.

          My policy amount rs. 8036.86 has been deducted from jio money and transaction for same showing successful in jio money.

          But after the sucessful transaction using jio payment gateway i was
          Not redirected to your portal and i didn't get any acknowledgement from you (Lic website).

          I called to jio mome customer care, they said that from our side transaction is successfull. For your convenience, i am attaching screenshort of transaction sms. Please find the attachment and do the needful process.

              I have not received annuity payment since May 2018. I have sent many
              reminder by courier/e-mails along with "Existence of Life" attested
              certificate. There is no response from LIC P&GS department so far.

              I have got a letter from your department today to submit Existence
              Certificate. so, again I sent soft copy in below mail. Do needful, please.

              After settling Home Loan account, there is delay in returning my original documents from LICHFL, Borivali Mumbai team, No one responds to Calls/Email . No update by any form of communication . Poor Customer care service . Because of this my outstanding cheque from other Bank is pending as I can not give my original documents to them.

Mostly I have done LIC at Bhagalpur, PIN code:812001 of Bihar because long lime I was posted there.

                  I have taken a loan from LICHFL on 2015. First 2 years the ROI was fixed (9.6%) then they have increased it to 11.5%. While visiting the branch and enquiring about it, they have asked me to submit Rs.1150/- along with ROI rescheduling form to reduce the ROI to 9%. I have submitted the same and it has been reduced it to 9% but it was for only one month. Again it has been increased to 9.2% without any notification. While trying to contact them and after raising a complaint also no use and not getting the proper information.
                  Can someone suggest for the same.

                    It is with reference to the Policy No.[protected] of my son, Navneet Nayan. Yesterday(on July 16, 2018), we have received a Cheque no.-987769/ dated March 30, 2018 of Axis Bank Ltd for Rs. 10, 500/= as Survival Benefit by speed post (EJ[protected] IN). This Cheque is valid for 3 months only from the date of issue.As per details recorded on Speed post's sticker-this was posted on July 11, 2018 at 12:52 Hrs.
                    How did it happen with a trustworthy organization like LIC of India that they have posted the cheque to the Policy holder after its validity period of 3 months?
                    Survival benefit was due on March 23, 2018. It's already delayed by approx. 4 months. Needful may please be done at the earliest.

                        All the Toll Free nos. given on LIC website do not respond. This is absolutely pathetic for a PSU who claims to look after interest of a large number of subscribers.

                            Non receipt of Pension dues of my policy no.[protected] Varishtha Pension Bima Yojana since January 2017

                            Sir,

                            An LIC policy (Varishtha Pension Bima) no.[protected] was bought on[protected] for Shrimati Suneela Prakash Apte by paying a lumpsum premium of Rs 2, 55, 845, which would pay a pension of Rs. 24000 per year to her. The pension of Rs. 24000, per year was paid till end of year 2016. Thereafter no pension amount has been received todate.
                            I request you to please look into my policy through which I used to receive a pension of Rs. 24000 per year which has not been paid since January 2017

                              I registered my LIC Policies and registration was successful, next step if I try enrolled my policy under "Corporate Portal"for Cognizant, it shows error that I m not a registered user:

                              "It seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our Customer Portal.
                              Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create Portal-ID."

                              But I have already registered my policies. Please let me know how to enroll it with employer.

                                My loan no is,[protected] Every month highlighting my account as default, it is LICHFL mistake. I have maintained proper balance in my bank account every month the clearance from LICHFL coming less than the EMI and blaming me, try to rectify as soon as possible. It is purely LICHFL issue not mine.
                                I make a payment of lic india via upi of Rs 12713.money deducted from bank account but payment not done..the screen shot of transaction is attached with this complain.

                                  I am the holder of Policy number[protected] with Ambattur Branch. The pension under the said Policy has to commence from 28.05.2018 but has not commenced till date. I have been contacting Ambattur branch and Customer Zone from 4th of June 2018 and have not received any response till date. I requested both offices to send the form through mail or to my address which I have to fill up and submit for commencement of pension which also has not been sent till date.                                     Hello sir
                                    I (suraj singh chand) have paid lic premium Rs 13268.98 for policy no[protected] with transaction id NSBI[protected] on date 2 July 2018 but I did not get any receipt by LIC. I tried again and paid Rs 13268.98 for same policy no with transaction id NSBI[protected] on same date and get receipt by LIC.
                                    I complaint to my bank regarding first transaction they told amount Rs 13268.98 has been credited to LIC and asked to contact LIC.
                                    I already complaint but did not get any responce by LIC.
                                    Kindly refund my amount which i paid extra.

                                      Policy no[protected] in the name of Thomas K Philip was completed in the August2018, but still the document is not issued by the branch. The policy register shows it was not despatched, or given to any one. So kindly take immediate step to issue the policy document and oblige. Regarding the above policy no[protected], I informed the senior branch manager, CBO14(71B) as well as the AO about the nonreceipt of the policy, but they have not taken any step either in searching the whereabouts of the policy documents or give any proper reply, they are not bother about servicing .So I request you to take immediate step to resolve the matter and make ready the policy document without any further delay.Justice delayed is justice denied.Thanking you for taken immediate step, yours fsithfully T.Thomas 464-71B

                                      Even after 11 months, LIC branch (71B) is not bother to deliver the policy document to the policy holder. I am an agent of the said LIC branch, at chennai under Division 1, CBO 14, I brought the matter to the senior branch manager and AO, about 2 months back, The said policy was taken by one ThomasK Philip, and the policy no[protected], in the month of August 2018.The policy register is blank against the above policy number, it was not delivered or given to any one, So kindly instruct the branch to print the document immediately and despatch without any further delay.
