I don't know why i took the loan from lic housing finance limited. This lic hfl is the most third class company with zero customer support and illegal charges against floating loans.

The place of my property is in kolkata but i stay in new delhi. I am trying for the last 3-4 months to change my emi scheme from ecs to online but in vain. Lots of mails and calls i have done but no revert i have received till date. There are some customer care numbers but you have to hold at least 30mins before someone receives your call and deliberately behaves as if they are superiors and we have done a mistake in taking loans from them. Also they have never provided a solution to any of my query.

Furthermore i wanted to shift my loan to some other bank as my loan is in floating mode but still now lic did not deduct the interest rate. I am still paying 9.5%. While i was trying to shift to some other bank, lic guys are saying i have to pay rs. 6000 and some additional charges to make this happen. This is ridiculous.

Again saying, the most third class loan bearing body in india is this lic hfl. Kindly raise this complaint as most severe one because not only me, but some of my colleagues and friends are experiencing the same problem.

Please take some serious and necessary action against lic hfl.

    My loan number is[protected], i am unable to login in their customer portal as it is showing the below notification;

    Customer. Lichousing.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate expired on friday, august 24, 2018, 5:29:59 am. The current time is august 24, 2018, 1:56 pm. Error code: sec_error_expired_certificate

    Hi.. In My LIC online profile, I observed that my gender is placed wrongly. Instead of female it is showing male. I was trying to update my details in online but I was unable to update it. Please do the needful.

      Sir, i (surekha Bhagade) have paid lic premium for policy no( ) of rs. 498.98 through www.Licindia.com on 24.08.2018, but i do not received any receipt till. Rs 498.98 debited from my account on same time. Payment id na and lic order no.9577951. Pl do the needful.

        Myself teetla joshi babu is a employee in apspdcl. I was really worried with the lic beach 705. I have 3 policies in lic policy numbers policy no:[protected],[protected],[protected]. Actually these policies have to be in guntur branch but i dont know when it was changed to gurazela branch 67g without my consent. Only one policy[protected] is in guntur branch now. I took surrender forms of three policies to the guntur branch and they has taken two policy forms without seeing properly. I waited for 2 weeks still they has not done any process. We ll be surrendering the policies as there is urgent need of money but delay in the processes like this would trouble the consumers alot strict action should be taken on the branch 706 of guntur.

          Im a employee of Cognizant, on the LIC corporate portal we can register our policies that will be reflected in Cognizant's portal.

          I get this error post registration

          It seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our Customer Portal.
          Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create Portal-ID.

          I have raised 2 grievances on the Lic portal : [protected] & [protected], but the issue was never addressed and was given irrelevant solutions.

          I had a call will one of the Lic support team and they stated that the have some back-end issue and it will addressed within that month i.e March.

            Hello i have hdfc saving bank account.
            I am already set the autopay bill from my hdfc credit card.
            I already paid my lic bill from my credit card. Today[protected] lic without any information again deduct amount from account thats not good according to customer behaviour without bill uploaded or any prior notification why you deduct from my account. Please readd the amount.

              I have two different user id of lic with two different policies under them. Now while updating the aadhar no. And pan no. Online in these user id's one of the user id is not updating because of giving the remark already the same details have been updated in other user id. I want to delete one of the user id and want to add all my lic policies under single user id. Please tell me the procedure how to delete the second user id to enable me to club all the policies under one user id.

                  This is to inform you that my name is debasmita mahalanabis. My mother used to have a lici policy of policy number[protected]. I was the nominee for that policy and i have no brothers or sisters to share anything. My mother passed away on 20/07/2014. She had ovarian cancer. I do not have my father as he also passed away in 2000. Therefore i had to do all medical related follow-up and other jobs for my mother when she was sick. And at that time the policy got matured. Therefore i was in no position to claim at that point of time. Several times i went to kalyani, west bengal lici office but the only reply that i got was `dates `they asks me to come on every other dates to do follow-up. They also claimed that due to software related issues it is getting delayed. How can i deal with this everytime. I also work somewhere and it is now 3 years since i am doing this follow-up with lici office. I have deposited original lici bond of that policy/ neft details/ letter /and discharge form.in 10th june 2015.

                    4 policy commenced on 24/10/2005 and the policy no is[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. This policy duration is 15 years and the one-time premium amount is 25000.00. Owner name of this policy is mr. Ram rattan gupta. This policy is already claimed by person and the owner has no idea about this transaction. Lic already issue cheque[protected] to lic india name. Please confirm this cheque is issued for which account and this cheque is deducted for who's person. An owner has no idea about this fraud and he is still waiting for his investment outcomes. They have all the documents of policy but no clue for claiming.

                        I am facing below issue,

                        I registered my LIC Policy account[protected] and registeration was successful, next step if I try enrolled my policy under "https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html#" for Cognizant, it shows error that I m not a registered user

                          I was working in wcp mills ltd dandeli. Retired from service in april 2012. I was receiving pension under superannuation scheme. My pension no. Is gb hbl 00058814. I had submitted copies of aadhar n pan card a required by the bank. I have already submitted life certificate to the bank. Canara bank, j n road, dandeli, i am getting my epf pension regularly. But i am not getting pension under superannuation scheme. Please look into the matter and arrange to remit my pension.

                            I am GULAB CHANDRA YADAV s/o RAJA RAM YADAV, address-WARD 13 DHANA PUR NAGAR PANCHAYT HANDIA, ALLAHABAD.started LIC policy in year 2006, policy no.[protected] from LIC agent Mr.GULAB, agent code no.[protected]as per premium receipt). My premium mode is yearly of Rs.3493.00. In year 2016(due date 11/2016) my LIC agent collected yearly premium cash of 11/2016, but not deposited with LIC. After one year when I go to LIC branch to deposite yearly premium of 11/2017, then I know that yearly premium of 11/2016 not deposited. Then I deposite it with late fee Rs.347.70. Now LIC agent not give my money.

                                      My policy amount rs. 1516 has been deducted from phonpe upi and transaction for same showing successful in jio money.

                                      But after the sucessful transaction using jio payment gateway i was
