I am the holder of Policy number[protected] with Ambattur Branch. The pension under the said Policy has to commence from 28.05.2018 but has not commenced till date. I have been contacting Ambattur branch and Customer Zone from 4th of June 2018 and have not received any response till date. I requested both offices to send the form through mail or to my address which I have to fill up and submit for commencement of pension which also has not been sent till date. Kindly help me in getting the pension at the earliest.

    Hello sir
    I (suraj singh chand) have paid lic premium Rs 13268.98 for policy no[protected] with transaction id NSBI[protected] on date 2 July 2018 but I did not get any receipt by LIC. I tried again and paid Rs 13268.98 for same policy no with transaction id NSBI[protected] on same date and get receipt by LIC.
    I complaint to my bank regarding first transaction they told amount Rs 13268.98 has been credited to LIC and asked to contact LIC.
    I already complaint but did not get any responce by LIC.
    Kindly refund my amount which i paid extra.

      Policy no[protected] in the name of Thomas K Philip was completed in the August2018, but still the document is not issued by the branch. The policy register shows it was not despatched, or given to any one. So kindly take immediate step to issue the policy document and oblige. Regarding the above policy no[protected], I informed the senior branch manager, CBO14(71B) as well as the AO about the nonreceipt of the policy, but they have not taken any step either in searching the whereabouts of the policy documents or give any proper reply, they are not bother about servicing .So I request you to take immediate step to resolve the matter and make ready the policy document without any further delay.Justice delayed is justice denied.Thanking you for taken immediate step, yours fsithfully T.Thomas 464-71B

      Even after 11 months, LIC branch (71B) is not bother to deliver the policy document to the policy holder. I am an agent of the said LIC branch, at chennai under Division 1, CBO 14, I brought the matter to the senior branch manager and AO, about 2 months back, The said policy was taken by one ThomasK Philip, and the policy no[protected], in the month of August 2018.The policy register is blank against the above policy number, it was not delivered or given to any one, So kindly instruct the branch to print the document immediately and despatch without any further delay.

        I have made online payment on 11/07/2018 through my lic app for the policy number[protected] for the due 6/2018.My bank account is debited with 20000/- but no receipt is generated, no confirmation received in e-mail or mobile and the policy premium is not at all updated. Please do the needful. Either refund my money or update my premium and a receipt to be sent to my e-mail as soon as possible.

          Hello Sir,
          I (Suraj Singh Chand) have paid LIC premium for Policy no[protected] of Rs 13268.98 on date 2 July 2018 with transaction id NSBI[protected] but i dint get any reciept by LIC and Rs. 13268.98 debited from my S.B.I account. When i did not get any receipt by LIC i paid one more time with Transaction id NSBI[protected] on same date and it was success and i got receipt for this transaction from LIC. When i contact to SBI regaring first transaction they told it has been credited to LIC. They asked me to contact with LIC regarding the same. Can you please confirm the payment and return the amount of Rs. 13268.98 in my account.

            As per the copy of Certificate of Annuity dated 01.10.2014 received from LIC, Pension & Group Scheme Department, Ahmedabad Division, I have to receive Annuity payment of Rs. 7809/- in the first week of July every year, and had received the cheque for the said amount upto the year 2017. But for the current year 2018, I have not yet received the Cheque for the Annuity payment. Annuity No. mentioned in the above Certificate is 083Y[protected] and my name is K.L. Chandran.

              I am replying to you just inform you don’t make fool to the policy holder. when you(vyara branch) send me the letter replying my complain to the A.D.M. You have mentioned that you have enclosed (1) Mode change letter and (2) Premium S.A. Calculation Sheet but there wasn’t any thing enclosed with the letter. When I have contacting on telephone the officer of yours has accepted that there wasn’t anything enclosed with the letter and told me in the policy the mode of premium paying was changed SSS to Hly and along with we have send a letter mentioning Chane of MSA in the policy. I am sending you the letter of mode of Premium change, there wasn’t anything mentioned about MSA in that letter.
              If vyara branch has such proof of that why didn’t they send me when I have given first application on 5/03/2018? It is a clear case of cheating with the policy holder. Now I discontent regarding your response and still you are notable to provide me such sound proof that support your argument. When Policy Bond is the contract with LIC and Customer. LIC should pay me Rupees 1, 25, 000 Maturity S.A. and Loyalty addition within a week otherwise it seems LIC has broken the contract. So without wasting further my valuable time here I arrived at decision to approach the matter in Ombudsmen soon.

                I have taken the loan on 2016 from LICHFL and at that time the interest was 9.60. Now it is 11.45 and RBI instructed the banks to reduced its ROI, but LICHFL is not reducing instead they are increasing for existing customers. Paying at the interest of 11.45% is every expensive. I feel cheated. I have visited to branch office now they are saying I have to pay Rs 11800 as processing fee to minimize the ROI. Please help me.

                    Yesterday (July 9th 2018) I had paid LIC premium of RS.11750.58/- for policy no [[protected]] through ICICI internet banking & bill desk gateway, the amount has been debited in my ICICI bank A/c, but the same has not been credited in LIC policy A/C. Please find the attachment in this mail for your reference as the money from ICICI Bank end has been debited and transaction was successful from bank end. Now i am still view my policy due in LIC portal, Please find the same attachment in this mail.Please take the necessary action.

                      Hi there,

                      Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, it is showing my gender as Female instead of Male.

                      When i logged in lic new website ebiz. Licindia.in, if i am adding policy i can't to add it because my profile gender is mentioned as Female.

                      I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.
                      Site is not allowing me to add any new policy...

                      Inspite of doing every thing properly I am unable to reset my password. kindly guide as after a repeated try I am unable to reach at a solution . as a result I am unable to pay my premium online as well as repay the loan amount which is due. also I want to connect my aadhar number with my lic policy which is not getting done as a result of non setting of password.

                        I was depositing my LIC policy but policy not deposited due to payment failed error and also showing payment failed details (like payment id, lic order no.), and after that my policy amount was deducted from my bank account. Customer care says that your amount will be come back in your account within 2 days...but now it's been 7 days and i didn't recieved my amount. Please do something.

                            I was able to register one of my policy in below link

                            But to continue enrolling all my other linked policies, i am unable to see the 'enrol for employer' in my customer portal.

                            Do i need to register for premier services?
                            Or should i register all the policies individually in the above corporate portal link?

                              One of the lic agent approach me to open lic policy last 18 june 2018. I have also open the policy last month but paying 4000rs and submitting all documents to him. But till now i didn't get my lic policy documents via email or post. I get only policy number in sms. But i cant able to register in lic portal with that policy number. Getting message as invalid premium amount. I contact with that agent many time getting no response from him also not attending my calls. Till now i didnt receive lic documents via email or post. I dont need lic policy anymore. Please do the needful and take necessary action against the agent else i need to file a police case.

                                    I had a policy from balaghat branch of jabalpur division issued on[protected] for rs.50, 000/- (Copy of original bond will be sent with the hard copy of the complaint).in the year 2007 i shifted to hyderabad, (Telengana) and entered into ecs system of premium payment through my state bank of hyderabad, nmdc branch.
                                    After 20 years of premium payment, the policy got matured in 2011. During this period i was posted out of city for 5 years. I could not make the claim till 2017. When i came back to hyderabad and saw the matured bond, i sent an application to lic balaghat branch with details of my claim (Copies of details sent to balaghat will be sent with the hard copy of complaint).
                                    I have not received my matured amount till date and neither any communication from balaghat office.
                                    I am enclosing copies of the same to you for further needful please.
                                    On the other hand, when i enquired in hyderabad lic office. They say that the matured amount has been paid to some one in 2014 at central bank of india, utawah branch where i never stayed or had any bank account.
                                    I still have the original bond with me and was asked by balaghat office to send it to them through phone. I asked them to give a reply to my claim application dated 02.05.2017. They have not replied till date. I doubt balaghat office wants to destroy the original bond, so that i have no document to complain against them.
                                    I may submit the same to divisional office with acknowledgement of receipt if asked by them in writing.
                                    May please guide me with a reply mail.
                                    May please do the needful, so that i get back my money with interest.

                                      I diposited rupees 10534/-to policy no[protected] regarding payment of loan but while transaction process error page occured and the payment of loan is pending from date 28/6/2018.in this process the amount was transacted from my bank account. Three days spent but i could not get receipt for my loan payment. Please tell me why can i get receipt for that payment.
