I have borrowed two lic hfl loan no.[protected] and[protected].
I wish to invite your kind attention that ecs for two loans borrowed by me (Loan. No.[protected] for rs. 15794 and loan no. [protected] for rs. 22126) were said to be bounced. This issue was discussed in person by my wife by producing bank statement and request letter to waive of the penalty amount. A cheque for total amount of rs. 37920 was given to the branch office at thanajvur on 26, 09, 2018 for which the receipt was gievn. Still now i am maintaining the sufficient balance in my axis account. Today i got a message of again ecs bouncing on 29.09.2018. Herewith i enclose the bank statement for the period from 7.09.2018 to till date. Pl. Look into this issue to set right so as to avoid further unwanted sms to me.

    In the wealth +, i invested 20, 000 for 3 years. Total 60 thousands rupees invested.
    I was expecting maturity benefits after 8 years 1, 67, 000 as per ads displayed by my agent and pamphlets circulating that time of which lic must aware.
    But actually i got only 74, 789₹.
    Means after 8 years gain only 14, 789 ₹ only.
    Are we investing in lic for such very very low income???
    Why not lic giving minimum 1 lakh as written in their document?
    Agents told me he made written complaints about it but in a vain. Till date no reply.
    Lic openly making us fool/ cheating.
    I am not interested in 1lakh insurance cover for 2 years which is lic's modified term perhaps to convince customer.
    I want minimum 1 lakh as written in document.
    We shouldn't trust on lic and its agents if can't adhere to their word (S).

      Sir My Policy No is[protected].Mode of Premium is monthly and auto debit from My Account (through ECS from Ac No [protected]). My policy Premium due dt on 28 sep 2018.But 28 sep 2018 mention account have sufficient balance .28 sep 2018 policy premium are not not auto debit .when I pay through customar potal that time extra CDS charge 125/_is debit .on policy due dt.

        Dear sir,

        My husband (Mohan narayan kate) dead by accident on 5 april 2012. We got first installment from lic india. For getting seconds installment, baramati office told us, to provide sdm hording report. We asked this report to our tahsildar and deputy collector, they told us, there is no such report with them. We already submitted death certificate, post martem certificate and panchanama from dysp ofice to lic baramati branch.

        Kindly help us for getting second installment.

          I had taken Jeevan Asha II (Plan131) in June 2003. Policy matured on June 2018. But due to none submission of original policy document before time I couldn't get my maturity claim on 28/06/2018. I submitted the documents on 2nd of July and got payment on 205000/-, while online maturity is shown 212000/-. When I submitted my documents I protested that maturity claim document sent to me shows 205000/-, while online maturity is shown as 212000/-. I was assured by LIC at that time you will get full payment 212000/- as shown. Later I also came to know that as per my policy terms I was not paid SB payments during policy term and due some technical issues I was paid Rs. 205000/-. Now LIC replied to my complaint that I was paid correct amount of claim and the SB amount interest will be paid to me as soon as possible. But no response of less amount of maturity claim of Rs.212000/-(paid amount Rs. 205000/-)
          I am enclosing a copy of online maturity claim shown on LIC official website.

            Can not log in into lic premium portal. It is showing that error in user id and password. This problem is existing since 29/9/2018. We dodn't know how to solve this problem. Please solve this as early as possible. Our customers are still waiting, because of this problem they cannot pay their premium on time. Kindly solve this issue.

              I have purchased this policy for fixed deposit for five years on 11/07/2017 from your branch office situated at jmd tower, mg road, gurgaon.

              I had approached the branch office on 4.12.2017. Since i was in dire need of money and i am a senior citizen age 65 years. I need the refund of this policy for my personal needs. The branch manager was not available and my i was told by shri rakesh kumar development officer that only north zone crm office can only give me the guidelines.

              I have been following up with northzone crm and jmd office of lic in gurgaon for past several months but nothing has been done. I am not even paid my dues which were to be give by july 2018.

              I also want to point out that the development officer incharge is a fraud who has sold me pension plan telling it is fixed deposit.

              I have completely lost my faith on lic and it seems that it has now just become a money making machine which is spending our hard earned money and losing it by investing in companies like ilfs.

              I would like to make everyone aware that they should stop taking lic policy any more.

                Dear Sir/Mam,
                I am Sathya Prasad having took loan at LIC HFL on 2016. After 2 years without intimation they increased the Interest slot from 9.65 to 11.65, so that i approached other financial institution to transfer loan amount.
                I visited the branch on 22nd September18 for the collection of List of Documents.
                After a week i.e. 28th September 18, i approached LIC HFL - Kadapa branch for to close my account. They denied to receive Cheque and Loan Closure.

                They informed that they will do the process only from 11th and 25th dates of every month.
                When i forced them the reason they said different reasons..
                Junior Staff: I requested them to inform user via Portal or Stick at notice board. They didn't do it. and he replied me that it's already availble at the application whichever you signed at the time of Loan.

                And i approached a senior Staff and also the branch Manager they informed that they will do the process only from 11th and 25th dates of every month.

                When i ask for the reason: Manager informed that because of LOCAL TECHNICAL PROBLEMS.

                Senior Staff: Head Office people disabled the block, so that we can't do after 25th of everymonth. With a special permission they will close the loan on 5th of October only. Infomed me to come on next week.

                The way the staff behave is Carelessness.

                Finally they accepted Letter(Cheque) but denied me to process the Loan Closure. and asked me to come on 3rd October18.

                They are saying 1st of everymonth is Monthend process(System Manitaninace) will be there, so they will not do any system work.

                When i approached customer care people they also replied saying

                "you can close the loan on 5th DATE"

                  I was getting regularly against my Annuity Y[protected] till 2016. After this I have not received my Pension amount. This pension I was getting since 1999, when I worked for Raymond Steel Nashik. The total amount on yearly basis I was getting INR 1900 per year. Still amount is very less but I am emotionally attached to this pension as it was my first pension and regular earning.

                    The particular cheating life insurance of india - corporate insurance body of democratic country is confirming its cheating policy so that i am taking legal actions against the cheating corporate body and irda also confirming and supporting the cheating policy - and publishing in all news media of democratic country being great insurance corporate body of democratic country - it is best policy to cheate the senior citizens - till date i have not received the positive decesion to small customer of lic and citizen of india - it proves the the organisation is only for insurance company and to cheat and making fool to the small customer and small citizen of india - surprising very good institute who is taking care of lic verymuch pefectly - now i came to know and understand that the small investor / customer have no statu or right to represent the grievances - appreciated the best organisation and management - inspite of repeated reminders the help is not provide the small customer / citizen of india - now we understand and came to know that the irda authority is for the insurance company not for the customers. As the customers are to small compare to insurance company. The lic policy is just for advertising for the interest free income and just free of cost income.                       Hi,

                      I registered my lic policies and registeration was successful, next step if i try enrolled my policy under "http://customer.onlinelic.in/cbv/"for cognizant, it shows error that i m not a registered user

                      "it seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal.
                      Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create portal-id."

                      But i have already registered my policies. Please let me know how to enroll it with employer.

                            I could successfully enroll first lic policy for my employer 'cognizant'. However, i am unable to enroll rest of the policies for employer.

                            1. When i enter all the corporate details along with my policy details on lic corporate portal, i get following error message:
                            "we are unable to process your request.
                            Please try again later or contact lic for further details.
                            Try again with proper inputs"

                            In short, i am not able to enroll my policies by using either of the available options.
                            Please guide me on the same.

                              I have accidentally register account with wrong dob of my father so one policy is registered but another not due to wrong dob.

                              So, i have created another account with correct dob now i want to deactivate or delete enrolled policy from that account and want to add in newly created account.

                              There is disabled delete option beside policy. So not able to click and delete it.

                              Now i have two accounts for single policy holder.

                              Please, do provide some options to delete policies or the deactivate or delete the whole account.

                                    I'm v. Jayashree from dharmapuri. January month i gave the cheques (Rs.4, 50, 000) for new policy to the do. But he and his agent misused my cheques and debited the amount favour of lic and use the money for some other person's renewal and new policies i gave complaint to bm and sdm. Till the result is zero. I'm suffering a lot. Please take severe action and get back the money from them

                                      The policy no:[protected] plan jeevanshree rs. 500000/- 112/25/16 dated 28.02.1998 has been surrender. The bonus declared by lic every year is not considered for the payment. The policy premium is fully paid. The guaranteed addition as per policy term is not considerd for completed years as full amount. It is included in total amount for surrendering percentage considered for the surrender value. Kinldy justify and arrange to give the justice to the customer of lic. I hope the justice will be given and arrange to consider the bonus declared by lic every year. Also the guaranteed addition should fully considered for the payment. It is best cheating corporate in the field of insurance of democratic country

                                        Today i got message o[censored]mrn number for mandate registration to sbi which i never sumbitted to anyone so kindly take strict action and cancel this mandate as soon as possible before deduction in my account else i would recover it from you with interest by approaching to higher authority.
                                        For your reference i am attaching the snap of message i have received & also let me know the persons or any identification of the said person doing fraud in my account for further action to police.
                                        Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Recently when I checked my online lic account, i got to know that my gender is showing as Male instead of female.
                                        Please update this.
