My lic policy no.[protected]. I need the statement or premium paid certificate for last income tax year 2017, april to 2018, march urgently for it return. I tried to get it through my lic agent. But he told..."your age verification is not completed in the date given by the company. It was too late. So, we can't get the statement for this year". I was fully discouraged. So, sir, kindly take necessary arrangements to get it as early as possible. After you get this statement or premium paid certificate, kindly mail it to my email id-"[protected]@gmail.com"

    Sub:- pyla. Srinivasa rao pc 2185 of 3rd battalion apsp, kakinada – crediting of recovered lic
    Premium amounts to my policy no.[protected] – request – submission of regarding.

    Ref:- 1) letter rc. No.158/p6/2017, dated 27.07.2017 of commandant, 3rd bn, apsp, kakinada.
    2) my representation dated 02.05.2018 addressed to the senior divisional manager, lic
    Divisional office, rajahmundry, through register post.

    I am to elaborate that, while i was undergoing police constable training at 13th battalion, apsp, gudipeta, manchiryal, adilabad district i have opened a lic policy no.[protected] for a sum of rs.1, 00, 000/- and monthly premium of rs.284/- on the name of pyla. Srinivasa rao, chest no.209, 13th bn, apsp, gudipeta, manchiryal, adilabad district on[protected]. The premium amount of rs.284/- has been recovered from my salary till 08/2005 correctly. Further after completion of my training in the month of 08/2005, i have been posted to 3rd battalion, apsp, kakinada and my lic policy no.[protected] also was transferred to kakinada branch.
    Since, i have joined for duties in 3rd battalion apsp, kakinada in the month of 08/2005, lic premium amount has been recovered from my salary (I. E. Employ code 43002185 pyla. Srinivasa rao) from 09/2005 and recovery proceedings sent to the lic office kakinada through my office.
    Recently, i knew that my lic policy no.[protected] has lapsed from 08/2007 due to nonpayment of premium; i have enquired in my office and found that the lic premium amount has been recovered from my salary (I. E. Employ code 43002185 pyla. Srinivasa rao) from 09/2005 and erroneously credited in the lic policy no.[protected] of sri posina. Srinivasa rao till 05/2017 instead of my lic policy no.[protected].
    After that as per representation made by me the commandant, 3rd battalion apsp, kakinada addressed a letter to the lic office, kakinada vide reference 1st cited, requesting that the lic amount which were recovered from pc 2185 (Employ code[protected] sri pyla. Srinivasa rao and erroneously credited to the lic policy no.[protected] please credit to the lic policy no.[protected] of sri pyla. Srinivasa rao pc 2185 duly restoring the amount from the policy no.[protected]. Further, i have also sent a representation through register post addressed to the senior divisional manager, lic divisional office, rajahmundry on 03.05.2018 vide reference 2nd cited, but no vain till to date and not received any answer letter so far.
    Even though, i hope to credit my recoveries to my lic policy no.[protected] i have been subscribing lic premium to policy no.[protected] from my salary regularly.
    Therefore, i kindly request the benign officer please pursue this case and may please be done justice to me in this case as i have much assurance on lic of india for being helped to the policy holders.

      Hello - This is a repeated concern raised by many customers about the new portal which is very slow and just doesn't refresh the page. It keeps rotating/processing with the message "Please Wait".. for ever and ever and then displays a message that session is expired.
      why are these features made available online when you / your vendor don't have the capability to build a proper site. This is an issue since the launch of new portal and its still not addressed or resolved !

              I sri basudev das was receiving rs.428 per month as annuity against the annuity no. P&gs/gsca/058m[protected]/31086 since my retirement year 2005. But from the month of january 2017 there has been no deposit of the above said monthly amount, in my savings bank account no. [protected] of odisha gramya bank, dhenkanal. Kindly make necessary arrangement for payment of the same.

                Against the above policy, i have not received annuity payment for apr 18 and may 18. I have submitted “existence certificate” to lic duly attested by a competent authority during 1st week of apr 18 along with an instruction to send payments to idbi bank, pitampura to my a/c as ecs. I have sent several reminder mails to lic p & gs deptt, new delhi on this subject. However, did not receive any response from them yet.

                    My name is pratik jagannath kadam and i was interested to get term insurance of 50 lacs from lic through an lic agent whose name is arun shirsate.

                    I have already given a cheque to agent for half yearly installment.

                    Amount has been deducted in dec 2015.

                    Since 2 years 6 months, i was waiting very positively for the policy. Due to casual and irresponsible attitude of mr. Arun shirsate (Lic agent), i have gone through a medical check up multiple times (3 times).

                    But still not getting any information regarding the same and now mr. Arun is neither receiving my calls nor answering on my messages.

                    As an agent is a representative of lic, it is not good for reputation of the company.
                    Such kind of attitude is really not expected from company like lic.

                    Kindly look into this matter.

                    Being a reputed and trusted insurance company, you are requested to kindly resolve my issue.

                      With Regards to the above, your good self is hereby informed that I have purchased the above referenced ( 11 nos.) policies in 2011. And I am also paying the annual premium of Rs.39, 284/- on regular basis since 2011. And inspite of that I have not yet received my original bonds from your office. I have so many times chased your agent Mr. Mukesh Manik to get these policies from your office, but every time I have got only assurance from his side. So, now I have no other alternate besides mail to you.

                      You are therefore requested to please look in the matter and do the needful to provide me my original bonds as soon as possible.

                          Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, my gender showing in online portal is male instead of female.

                          I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.

                          I tried reaching out [protected]@licindia.com but i have not yet received any response from them.

                          Please help me to sort this issue out.

                              Im normal middle class people some agents are preserving and give 1 policy by lic with receipt i was paid the 12500*3 years =37500 now im very critical position so im asking for cancelation my policy and give back to my money then they ask ok give your bond some signatures and take now.. The amount is came but only 22000 is im paying 37500... Now what can i sir...

                                I am already a customer deposited 7.5 laks @ branch 154 kodam bakkam chennai and getting pension for rs 5000 a month. When approached the bank they have asked me to see ms gayatri an agent to help my case insted lic branch seeing them selves.

                                On 1st june 2018 i went to bank to deposit another 7.5 laks and gave all details. They wanted to give proof of having legitimate funds. I have shown the sms received from bank that 6 laks deposit maturity was transferred to my sb a/c. They say they will not accept as i have failed to show hard copy of proof. When i questioned them what authority they have got to question my integrity of funds when shown the sms from bank. The manager mr kannam and development officer mr prabhakar threatend that there are 20 pax in office if i question them.

                                This should be condemned. If i do not get an apology from lic i will release the matter to face book and even take up with consumer court with copy to pmo office and pm himself.

                                  Agent name : nilandri shankar saha from kolkata lake town block a, no information was given, forgery of signature, lost my documents and certificate, wrong promises etc and me and my husband and family has multiple policy with this man but i toon difficult to trust when you feel that your cheated, would like my money back and stop the policy[protected], have all proofs against the same that have paid from my bank. Request you to revert back and solve my issue and refund my money and also need my certificate as proof. Wish not to get legal anymore expecting a solution from here.

                                    When i was regestering myself as a new user on lic customer portal, after giving required details, when "new password and confirm password" page opened, i did not type new password and confirm password and by mistake submitted it. Now it neither open nor accept forgot password option. When i try for it, "policy number is not valid" displayed. Plz help and guide

                                      Respected sir I have received a phone call from a person mobile no. [protected] introducing himself as a staff of consumer forum and asking from me the bank account no, debit card no, cvv no...Etc to refund the amount of cheque received from LICI Hailakandi branch Assam. The call was fraud and intention to steal my money from my account. I provided only the bank account no when he insisted to provide debit card details I denied. Now, I want to know how he has got my contact details from this complain. Is he employed in your office ? Kindly investigate and intimate me immediately otherwise the matter will be brought to the notice of higher authorities.
