Dear sir or madam:

I've tried several times to register online to pay my policy premium, however the new user registration link is always throwing the following error: "due to technical issues, this service is unavailable. We'll be back shortly. Inconvenience is deeply regretted."

Please fix this issue at the earliest. Thanks and best regards...

    I had a policy from balaghat branch of jabalpur division issued on[protected] for rs.50, 000/- (Copy of original bond will be sent with the hard copy of the complaint).in the year 2007 i shifted to hyderabad, (Telengana) and entered into ecs system of premium payment through my state bank of hyderabad, nmdc branch.
    After 20 years of premium payment, the policy got matured in 2011. During this period i was posted out of city for 5 years. I could not make the claim till 2017. When i came back to hyderabad and saw the matured bond, i sent an application to lic balaghat branch with details of my claim (Copies of details sent to balaghat will be sent with the hard copy of complaint).
    I have not received my matured amount till date and neither any communication from balaghat office.
    I am enclosing copies of the same to you for further needful please.
    On the other hand, when i enquired in hyderabad lic office. They say that the matured amount has been paid to some one in 2014 at central bank of india, utawah branch where i never stayed or had any bank account.
    I still have the original bond with me and was asked by balaghat office to send it to them through phone. I asked them to give a reply to my claim application dated 02.05.2017. They have not replied till date. I doubt balaghat office wants to destroy the original bond, so that i have no document to complain against them.
    I may submit the same to divisional office with acknowledgement of receipt if asked by them in writing.
    May please guide me with a reply mail.
    May please do the needful, so that i get back my money with interest.

      I diposited rupees 10534/-to policy no[protected] regarding payment of loan but while transaction process error page occured and the payment of loan is pending from date 28/6/2018.in this process the amount was transacted from my bank account. Three days spent but i could not get receipt for my loan payment. Please tell me why can i get receipt for that payment.

        Please look into the matter and arrange for commencement of payment at the earliest.

          My father and me took wealthplus in march 2010,[protected]. He paid rs.10000 each for 3 years (3lakhs) and i paid 20k each (60k in total). And finally in mar 2018, i received around 80k and my father got only rs.243779 lesser than what he had invested. We have not got any explanation till now from agent or from lic yet. Absolutely disappointing. Please provide an explanation for my father getting lesser returns lesser than what he invested. I took the policy on the same day. Hence it cannot be due to the policy period.

            Hi, i would like to bring to your notice that i have paid lic premium twice (Rs.29571) on 27 jun 2018 for lic policy[protected] and other policies. I paid the premium using lic website online (Icici bank-internet banking) and transaction was successful but itdnt show me the confirmation and i paid it thru my debit card. I also received the receipt. I request lic of india to return the amount (Rs 29571) paid from icici a/c. Thanks & regard ramesh naidu kotyada

              Yesterday(June 28th 2018) i had paid LIC premium of RS.19408/- for policy no[protected] through ICICI internet banking & bill desk gateway, the amount has been debited in my ICICI bank A/c, but the same has not been credited in LIC policy A/C[protected].Please find the attachment in this mail for your reference as the money from ICIC Bank end has been debited and transaction was successful from bank end.Now i am able to view my policy due date is showing as June 22nd 2018 in LIC portal, Please find the same attachment in this mail.Please take the necessary action.

                    I as visited your collection center of surat at opp timaliyawad branch for paying premium of my 9 policies with one cheque & had written all the policies number behind the cheque. The person who is in that collection center as refused to give me separate receipt of 9 policies and as forced to give me single receipt with all mentioned policies number. I opposed to matter and the person of collection center started speaking rurdly and shouted on me. I read the name on board of collection center is mr. Patel. After this i visited at another collection center that is opp gandhi smurti bhavan at kakanidhi shopping center, they also refused to give me separate receipt saying that lic of india as given them this type of portal programme only. Now mt question is why they are not ready to give separate receipt if policies are separate? Why lic is ignoring this type of matter? Is their any rules from govt of india that to harresed the client? Why this type of matter is occurring and client as to face such things.

                      I have been repeatedly asking for the lod and foreclosure letter. Only i got a response once for lower roi (Which would be still higher from other agencies). When i showed no interest on their offer. They stopped responding to my calls, mails. I don't understand why i have to pay more than market standard. And from last two months emi got increased twice.

                            Respected sir,

                            I mr. P v krishnan have no other way but to knock at your door with a
                            Serious complaint made against mr. Chiranjit chowdhury, business
                            Associate of lic housing finance ltd, howrah business centre,
                            Mandirtala, howrah, west bengal – 711102, regarding the loan amount of
                            Rs.20, 00, 000/- applied to lic hfl through said mr. Chiranjit chowdhury
                            Of lic hfl. Howrah. From time to time we provided all the documents
                            Relating to the loan to mr. Chowdhury as were required by him and full
                            Co-operation was extended from our side to him.

                            Whenever i contacted him over phone with regard to our loan he always
                            Used to talk to me rudely at the top of his voice using filthy
                            Languages. While we have given processing fees of rs.9000/- to mr.
                            Chowdhury. Every time we had co-operated with him and gone to the lic
                            Hfl office at his convenient time at howrah and submitted all papers /
                            Documents, whatever he needed. According to our knowledge intimated to
                            Us, it is his duty to collect all the documents from us but he refused
                            To do this for which we had to go to him in person to fulfill his
                            Demands.

                            Lic hfl sanctioned our loan on 25.05.18 vide loan a/c no.[protected]
                            Of rs.20, 00, 000/- vide cheque no.245853 dt.25.05.2018 in favour of m/s
                            Ishanika developers pvt. Ltd. We have been instructed by lic housing
                            Finance ltd. To pay monthly emi of rs.17679/-. But on 20.06.2018 we
                            Received an sms from axis bank for authorization of emi to lic hfl of
                            Rs.23000/-. Immediately thereafter i had contacted mr. Chiwdhury over
                            Phone and whatsapp to inform him the fact of increasing of emi from
                            Rs.17679/- to rs.23, 000/, but we did not get any response from mr.
                            Chowdhury of my phone call. On 21.06.2018 morning we again called him
                            But as on the earlier occasion he behaved so rudely over phone and
                            Badly insulted us.

                            Later on that day my wife mrs. Bindu krishnan contacted him over phone
                            And wanted to know why he has misbehaved with my husband. He
                            Talked to her in louder voice and again used rough language and
                            Condemned her of having come from a wretched family. He continued to
                            Make further unpalatable comment that her parents and in-laws have
                            Come from dirty families. He threatened my wife with dire consequences
                            If she makes any further attempt to contact him. My wife was told with
                            Arrogance that she was do whatever she likes which will have no impact
                            On him. Immediately the matter was reported to me by my wife, she was
                            So shocked and mentally hurt with the discourteous behavior of mr.
                            Chowdhury displayed shown to her. She was seriously thinking of
                            Reporting the matter to the nearby police station,

                            But i had cooled her down and refrained her from taking immediate
                            Police action before reporting the matter to the authority of lic
                            Housing finance ltd.

                            We are quite surprised and taken aback at such an ill-treatment made
                            By a stubborn person like mr. Chowdhury. A complaint is therefore
                            Launched against mr. Chowdhury, the accused we would request you to
                            Please take immediate deterrent punitive action against mr. Chowdhury
                            Under prompt intimation to us to maintain the goodwill of your company
                            And kindly see that no such unscrupulous and ill treatment can be made
                            By the said accused any more to any person in future. For your
                            Information we have preserved the recorded voice of mr. Chowdhury in

                            I Mr. P V Krishnan have no other way but to knock at your door with a
                            serious complaint made against Mr.Chiranjit Chowdhury, Business
                            Associate of LIC Housing Finance Ltd, Howrah Business Centre,
                            Mandirtala, Howrah, West Bengal – 711102, regarding the loan amount of

                              I have not received monthly pension for policy no.[protected] since 1st december 2017. I have submitted existence certificate on 13.04.2018 to your branch office no.89e goregaon (West)& they have sent mail to you further they made changes in their records also.
                              Kindly look into the matter urgently & credit my monthly pension from 1st december 2017 to my savings account as before.

                                I am unable to login to lic customer portal. I am entering both user name and password properly. Still i get an error message saying "your entry does not match with our records, please check the data entered. Kindly use user id of old portal if it is your first login to new portal; login through email or mobile permitted only for subsequent logins."
                                I have written an email to [protected]@licindia.com regarding the same. But i haven't received any response from them. Please fix this at the earliest.

                                Respected sir, Myself Bidyut Bikash Gogoi, I paid premium online on 6 th June 2018 for policy no.[protected], amount is 766.00.Till today I am not received the premium receipt.Therefore I request you to send the money receipt as soon as possible.                                 Policy no 443545367 of Licindia paid the premium online on 6 th june2018.not received the payment receipt
                                On[protected] i registered for premium service vide request number[protected] .the status is still showing as PUBLISHED . Please accept or reject the request. Please dont keep open for so many days.
                                Once it is resolved i am awaiting to use the premier services. iam not able to use premier services due to this.

                                  I have already register in www.licindia.in portal and i have seen my profile. Now i am wanting to enroll my lic policy with employer. But after submit my details in https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html portal, there is a message like 'it seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal'. Now what should be done for policy enrollment with employer. Please revert me back as soon as possible. Because this is too urgent for my employer.

                                    Respected sir / madam, i used to get an amount of rs 3258/- per quarter since i retired from air india on 31/12/2010 onward. Suddenly, i watched that the said amount been stopped crediting to my policy mentioned sb account from january 2017 onward by lici's good office. Such derogatory action without intimation is worth appreciation in awarding punishment to a bona fide senior citizen client. Kindly let me get educated on my persuaded fault to get chance of amending myself of my flaws in due course of time.

                                      I am a nri who has invested in future plus policy in 2005 for 10 year term with an annual premium of inr 1 lac every year up till 2014. Subsequently, in 2015 i surrender the policy as i was not interested in converting it into annuity and surrender value was received in my nro account. However, lic of india alerted income tax dept about surrender of policy and payment of proceed but provided them with incomplete information, due to which they have raised a query on me. They have failed to inform about the details of premium paid and source of funds for premium, leading to a notice being issued in my name. This unprofessional approach of lic will not only restrict me from any further investment with them but i will also alert other nris to think twice before investing with them.

                                        I submitted my claim on 27/03/2018 (Received acknowledgement) against matured date 28/03/2018. The authority informed / acknowledged through s. M. S. On 05/04/2018 and assured for payment shortly. They further sent a letter for acknowledgment of bank details of my sb a/c dt. 28/03/2018 which was received on 05/05/2018. Still payment is due.
                                        I am an 54 years woman with cardiac desease waited for matured payment to meet my financial commitment but in vain.
