    Dear Sir/Madam,

    It is to bring to your kind notice that I have a Loan A/C with your company M/S LIC Housing Finance Ltd under the Loan A/C No.[protected] by the name of LELLADHAR BAROD

    It is further requested that I have deposited my following documents with your Finance company at the time of application for loan vide application no.[protected], the above said loan is fully prepaid by me drawn in favour of your company .

    I have personally visited your bank today for the fifth time along with all the documents related to preclosure of my loan account dated 13th March 2018 but my documents were not rleased by the dealing executive.

    I have applied for a Loan against the above referred property and due to your unprofessional attitude of working my loan file will be rejected for which I reserve the right to take suitable remedy in the court of law.

    You are requested to reply me on this subject and advice by when our documents will be released as you are harassing me by delaying the release of Original property documents which I feel are either lost or misplaced by your office due to which every time I visit your office you have new reason to deny the document release.

    Also give me complete summary of A/C stating the payments received by you from day one of loan to the completion of loan account in march2018 as a customer I have the right to know above information kindly provide the same at earliest.

      I had taken a pension policy thru lic's lions range office dated 28/02/2004, policy no..[protected], t/t 147-13 which has got matured on 28/02/2016 & the disbersement date is 28/02/2017.
      Since then i am just moving around once to the divisional office at jeevan prakash & branch office at lions range like football. The claim manager says there is a technical proble to downloading the option from but nobody is serious about. Still i am unpaid. Pls. Help me.

        Got call stating unclaimed bonus.
        60% taken by agent if we go via them otherwise we get full amount.

        Took policy details and dob. They said not possible to claim online. Looks like a fraudulent call.

        They gave below details to callback.. I tried and reached to the same person. So number is genuine but looks fraud people.

            I am not able to log into the new customer portal of lic india. Due to this i am not able to know the latest premium update and cannot make a payment for any of my policy premium, if it is due. Who will be responsible for the delay and the interest that i will have to pay?

            I was able to access the old site and was regularly paying my premium.

              In policy no.[protected] { lic's health plus plan (Table 901)} my husband mr. Yogendra gupta is a policy holder but after our divorce in dec 2017, we are separated and not in a family bond now. According to lic it will provide the amount only to the policy holder, i. E., to mr. Yogendra gupta. Since the inception of policy from 5/11/2008, i have paid all the premiums of the policy from my account and i am in possession of all the original bonds and health cards with me (Can produce them as documents if required). My request is that the policy should be surrendered in to my favour as the second nominee due to the decree of divorce. Mr. Yogendra gupta is not now a family head so his name as a policy holder should be shifted into my name. And immediately a stay order must be issued so that, my husband could not withdraw the amount from lic.

                  During payments of my lic polices nos. :[protected] (16 polices), through net banking (Icici bank on 12/04/2018), payment of rs. 19415/- has been deducted from my account but shown transition failure.
                  In next two installments again i have paid for all polices, i have received mobile massage for confirmation of receipt of amounts.
                  Now first payment of rs. 19415/- was supposed to be reverted but till date no refund for double payment is reflected in my bank account.
                  I have enquired in icici bank, and it is confirmed that payment of rs. 19415/- has been cleared to lic through transition no. : lic_lici[protected].
                  Request to revert the amount in my bank account, as there is double payment of premium.

                    This is with reference to my lic policy no.[protected] which i hold at barabanki branch (Branch code 228). I had submitted my request to surrender my policy in september, 2017 along with all required documents.
                    About seven month to go but i have not received the surrendered policy amount. I needs fund immediately. Also brought to notice that policy matured on 05 march 2018. Kindly do necessary action.

                      I have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] of rs 12010 due date of 23/03/2018 & policy no[protected] of rs1662 due date of 28/03/2018. I have paid including13672 rs under the payment id nur[protected] on 22/04/2018 at6:39am through debit card.
                      The above amount is already debited from my account. But the receipt is not given in my email and the policy status is still showing due.
                      Requesting for quick response.

                        in both cases it says DOB mismatch with policy details. I have children plan policy (plan 832), if i enter my dob it says data mismatch and if i enter my kids' dob it don't allow to proceed as it says minimum 18 yrs old is required.

                          With due respect and concern i would like to inform you that i have not yet received the policy documents regarding the lic policy number[protected] issued on 28 dec 16 in favour of sandeep kishore is not yet received.

                          Its been almost 1 year and i am awaiting response from your end have made several phone calls and sent emails to concerned departments however still not received any response. It seems like taking decision of buying a policy was a complete nightmare.

                          Kindly provide me details regarding the policy that i have taken or inform me about the procedure to cancel it.

                              Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, it is showing my gender as female instead of male (User id - punit2710)

                              When i logged in lic new website ebiz. Licindia.in, if i am adding policy i can't to add it because my profile gender is mentioned as female.

                              I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.
                              Site is not allowing me to add any new policy due to gender mismatch.

                              Please let me know how can i update these details.

                                Respected sir,

                                I have taken an lic wealth plus policy with lic (Policy number[protected] dt 31/03/2010). At the time of taking the policy i was informed by the agent that it is a maximum return generating policy and i will get returns according to the share market sensex at the time of maturity. I was never told that there will be any premiums will be deducted for any reasons and i have been regularly gettig nav statements from lic which all promised high returns. Once i visited their lic office to surrender another lic policy of mine and along with it i wanted to surrender this policy also three yaers back at their parrys corner, bombay mutual fund bldg office. One of the officers present assured me in so much sweet coated words that i will get very good returns if i can wait till maturity. I believed him.

                                But now after eight years, lic has paid me only rs.57396/ against rs. 60000/ paid by us eight years back. That too after chasing them, 17 days after maturity of policy. I had to send two couriers spending money. They did not send discharge cert along with documents. I had to run everywhere to get discarge cert copy, fill up and send. They do it deliberately to delay payment. Lic is back to their old tricks of cheating, they were adopting 30-40 years back.

                                This is pure cheating, lic or its agent never told us at the beginnig there will be any premiums / charges and just looted our hard earned money. (Never go for lic, they have perfected the art of cheating customers. They say now that wealth plus is failure, other new policies good, take now. After 8 years they will say that xxx policy you took 8 years back no good, take this one, this will be good after 8 years!!! And after 8 years, the story will continue!!!)

                                Request for justice sir, hope to get it.

I submit all formality for adhar pan link on line and also fillup the form and went with agent (Cm mamber club) to lic branch dist. Office damoh. All the formality also off line. A message come on my mobile no.[protected] mis match adhar link from lic of india and suggest to me again go to lic branch and contact there. Now a days summer season lic distt. Office away 40 km. It will be better to link my all policy. I am not a fraud or false person yet my name is difficult spells in hindi and english. Brahmadatt dubey. Policy maker agent and adhar card maker my name differ spelling because his education less inter class.in digital era generally i face this problem.                                         While paying LIC premium through oonline www.licindia.in Balance from the bank account has been deducted against the policy no.[protected] but transaction failed so did not receive the premium receipt please help regarding the problem as soon as possible for my convenience. this is for your kind attention and necessary action.plz take action as soon as possible so that i do not get panic
