I paid lic premium online (Net banking) with reference id as pos 356698 lic mumbai. For rs.2767 on 12/dec/2016 which was debited from my account but it was not credited to lic account.in my account the transaction has been recorded as pos prch pos 356698 lic mumbai. Please help me how to recover this amount. To whom i contact to get solved this problem

I have two policies which were registered on old portal and regularly i was paying premiums of those policies, but now these policies are not listed in new portal and it is not registering it too.

Registration of these policies on new portal is showing error of data mismatch. At the time of commencement of policy i was not having mobile number as well as any e_mail and hence it is showing a data mismatch. So please look in to the matter and solve it at the earliest.

Kindly connect my complaint dated 03/03/2018 vide which it was requested to surrender the policy no.[protected] issued in the name of ram das chak during the cooling period, as the conditions required to be accepted are not acceptable to the party, as such not interested in that policy but sorry to state that nothing has been heard by your office in the matter. Kindly do the needful at the earliest so that customer may be relaxed.

Yesterday & today, i had repeatedly tried to make online payment of due premium amounting to rs.60, 014/- with regard to my lic policy no.:[protected] through sbi atm-cum-debit card; but great surprising that always reported"pbe10002-invalid credential" & payment could had not been accepted i. E. Concurrently denied receipt of its payment. Kindly???

Sir, i paid my lic premium of policy no.[protected] by lic pay direct app on 19/05/2018 and used my upi bhim app for this transaction but after deduction from my bank account the app is not showing transaction and i have not received any receipt in my mail box. I am enclosing my payment record's screenshot.

I was totally misguided by the agent about the maturity of the policy which i did on 28/05/16 at barbil orissa. He assured me that i will get the interest every month till i require and the amount will be refunded if and when i require. I am a widow with 10yrs old son. I shifted to my parents place in jamshedpur as there was no one to look after us at my in law's place. I called the agent for the amount to be refunded, he simply denied that it is only possible after my death. Sir, i am in extreme terrible state of mind. Pl. Help me.

Lic is fraud on wealth plus 801

In 2010 my father invest money on wealth plus 801 policy that time lic says when you invest 60, 000 then policy maturity time after 8 year you will get 1, 50, 000 but when purchase this policy then give me policy of sum assured 1, 00, 000, now a day it time to complete 8 year then lic give me just 74, 000 and policy complete date is 8/5/2018 but still not credit in my account. When you miss any premium of lic then it late fee 8% of premium, now my maturity policy payment still not credit so lic is not giving my sum assured or any late fee. Lic is fraud on wealth plus 801... My sel[censored]pen kothiya from surat, gujarat, india, my contact no is [protected]

I have submitted a dd rs.1150 for rate of interest reduce but not done since 1 year again they are adjusted that 1150 rs in my princple amount. branch manger told that i have get the rural subsidy from govt, so not possible to reduce the interest rate. no of times reminder to the customer care, simply said under process. But not done .

Please delete my lic id 1) spva_1969 and 2) vedant2005 from lic record. I have four policies. So i created 3 accounts on lic web. I don't know that in one id we can add other policies. Please delete this account. So i can add this policy in my other account i. E. Prema77. Because aadhar no. Is same and pan no. Is same.in both policies. I have to keep only one account i. E. To whom it may concern, i parashuram pandey was buying wealth plus plan on 28 march 2010 which policy number is[protected] and[protected]. That time i got total 10000 unit from both policies at rate of rs.10 per unit, as on date of maturity there are only 5138.58 unit is left which current rate of nav is rs.15.4558 per unit. I want to know that where are my bailence unit i. E.4861.42 units. My payment must be on my initial unit allotted. Please check this matter kindly.

Sr/ madam i purchased on insurance policy from your chhindwara branch on 24/2/2007. The policy no. Is[protected] and deposited 3 annual premium each of rs.10000/-. I have sent 5 mails to chhindwara branch for closure and payment of the said policy. I have settled at bhopal and contacted customer care center at bhopal and came to know that the said policy has been fore closed and proceeds not paid to me. Till date i have not received any reply from chhindwara branch please look into the matter so that payment of deposited premium should be made to me through my bank account.

The annual pension due in march, 2018 hasn't credited to my bank account so far nor advised me the reason thereof despite personal follow up and repeated emails to lic of india, patel circle, udaipur, customer cell, jodhpur and ipp cell, new delhi.
Please arrange to get the pension credited to my bank account or advise me the reason for non credit at an early date.

Our lic policy no.[protected] fell due for replacement in march, 2018, as per intimation received from lic of india. (The last instalment premium was due on 20/9/2017, and was duly paid well before due date). All required documents were submitted in april, 2018, and the concerned staff member said the payment can be had after a week. We got an sms that the bank account given in the application for repayment had been registered, some 15 days back, but the proceeds on maturity is yet to be got. There is no response from the branch over phone, and nobody cares to reply when approached in person. On top of it, i am an advocate myself! Will the proceeds be repaid only through court intervention? I have also sent a complaint to bar council of tamil nadu and pondicherry, attached to madras high court.

Our fdr with the above company fell due for payment in november, 2017. We sent it for renewal on 23/11/2017, but there is no response from the company. Nobody picks up the phone too. The local city office friend of mine says lic is bankrupt, and worse still is lic housing finance ltd. We sent the above fdr (No.646539) through bajaj capital. On 23/11/2017. After 3 months, lic housing finance ltd. Asked for a cancelled cheque leaf, which was also duly sent through bajaj capital (In february, 2018). There is no response from lic housing finance ltd. Even over phone. The renewed fdr is yet to be sent by them, and now, bajaj capital ltd., adyar, chennai says that lic housing finance, though an arm of lic, is a bogus company, and is bankrupt like lic. Kindly help us get the renewed fdr or our money back.

I have registered my insurance policy on lic customer portal and trying to link the policy with the employer cognizant technology solutions for tax benefits. After submitting the details on the link https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html, i'm getting the below error message :

It seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal.

It is intimated that my policy no[protected] matured on[protected] and lic policy along with all connected documents were submitted with lic of india loharu road charkhidadri haryana pin127306 branch code 17k vide their invord no 1203 dated 7 march 2018. However the dealing officials ie aao satyanarayan, hga shashi sharma and senior branch manager sh sharadkumar did not take any action and even after 2 months, i have not been paid the maturity value of the said lic policy. The maturity value of the policy has not been paid mainly due to lackadaisical and careless attitude of lic of india loharu road charkhidadri haryana pin123306 branch code 17k officials namely aao satyanarayan, hga shashi sharma and senior branch manager sh sharad kumar. These officials here are least sensitive to the problems of customers and they take no interest to settle problems of customers. They are deliberately delaying and denying my dues. It is thus requested that necessary taken against the erring officials ie aao satyanarayan, hga shashi sharma and senior manager sh sharad kumar. Further it is requested that i should be paid my maturity amount at the earliest.
