I mohiuddin datey has four lic policy #[protected],

[protected].
Out of which policy number[protected] returns from lic for 2016 for rs 20, 000 has still not credited into my sbi account and also policy #[protected] returns from lic for 2018 as per the schedule given to me rs 40, 000 also not credited.
I’m paying my annual premium from 2006 without any delay.
Would request to look into complaint and revert me as soon as possible and credit my account without further delay

I have sent registered letter along with copy of policy document, aadhara & pan on 07.01.2018 for conversion of
Monthly premium to yearly premium for lic policy no.[protected]
(Jeevan saral). The same was received on 10.01.2018 at the lic
Office, city br-ii, jeevan jyothi, desai cross, club road, hubli-29. On
Personal enquiry the concerned officer has told me that he
Has not received & no pending papers with him and not shown
Any positive response. I enquired with the br manager about the same & he assured me to solve the problem shorty. But so far
No favourable response from him. I request your good selves to
Arrange for conversion of monthly to yearly premium on the
Above policy and inform me yrly premium amount.
