I was signup in LIC e service account. My e service account ID is..pmjindam. and my policy number attached to my e service account is[protected].
My e service account doesn't work properly...so please kindly delete my account. I have an account in LIC e services. I unable to remove my policies from my account and delete account. I want to register above mentioned policies under my husband's account in e services.

    At the time of aadhaar link with policy, it is found that a mistake in place of dob mentioned in original policy. Please correct my dob. Details as follows:

    प्रार्थी के बाबा श्री बाबूलाल शर्मा ने 57 लाख रूपये देकर पालिसी नंबर[protected] पेंशन प्लान जीवन अक्षय लिया गया था।जिसमे एजेंट और अधिकारियो द्वारा घर आकर बताया गया था (घर आकर इसलिए बताया गया था कि एजेंट रविशंकर शुक्ल को पता था कि प्रार्थी 60 लाख की जमीन बिरला कंपनी को बेचने वाला है और 7.8 की ब्याज अभी तक ही है इसलिए बीमा करवा लो) कि 7.8 प्रतिशत की दर से पहले पेंशन बाबू लाल शर्मा जी को मिलेगी।उनके बाद उनके बेटे रामकुमार को मिलेगी।फिर उनके बाद नाती यानि की प्रार्थी व्एंकेटेश्वर को मिलेगी।और चौथे आदमी को पूरा पैसा मिल जायेगा।यह सब बताने पर बाबूलाल शर्मा जी ने कोर फॉर्म में एजेंट के द्वारा हस्ताक्षर किये थे।फॉर्म बाद में किसने भरा एजेंट जाने।6 महीने बाद बाबूलाल शर्मा की मृत्यु हो गई।तो एजेंट द्वारा आकर रामकुमार के कागजात बैंक खाता वगैरह ले लिए गए की अब पेंशन रामकुमार को मिलेगी।चूंकि पेंशन वार्षिक थी तो ये हुआ की अंतिम समय वर्ष के रामकुमार को पेंशन मिलेगी तो प्रार्थी निशिंत था।इधर दुर्भाग्य वश रामकुमार की भी मृत्यु हो गई।तो एजेंट के द्वारा प्रार्थी यानि की व्एंकेटेश्वर की id और बैंक खाता लिया गया कि पेंशन आएगी।पर पेंशन समय में न आने पर प्रार्थी ने परेशान होकर खोजबीन की तो पता चला ।पेंशन 7.1 प्रतिशत ही मिलेगी और रामकुमार नोमनी में थे और स्पाउस की जगह प्रार्थी व्एंकेटेश्वर का नाम था।उसमें भी कहा गया कि स्पाउस पत्नी कहलाती है।जबकि बाबूलाल शर्मा की पत्नी सन 1964 में ही स्वर्गववासी हो गई थी।और यह बात एजेंट गाव का था उसे सब मालूम था।अब पत्रों द्वारा उत्तराधिकार प्रमाण पत्र मागा जा रहा है।पेंशन न देने को कहा जा रहा है।पता चला की प्रमाणपत्र में बहुत पैसा भी लगना है।प्रार्थी ने ज़मीन बेचकर स्वयं के चेक द्वारा बाबा बाबूलाल शर्मा के नाम प्लान लिया था।ताकि सबको पेंशन लाभ प्राप्त कर lic प्लान में पैसा सुरक्षित रहे।
    प्रार्थी का निवेदन है कि गाव के हमलोग विस्वाश करके बीमा लिए है तो हमें इतना परेशान न किया जाय की मर जाए।बीमा ऑफिस जाने पर कहा जा रहा है कि हमने कुछ नहीं कहा था।उत्तराधिकार बनवाओ और चुपचाप पैसा लेलो।नही वो भी डूब जायेगे।
    जो भी अच्छा आदमी श्रीमान ये शिकायत देखे तो मेरी बातों में गौर करे की क्या हमें सही जानकारी होती तो क्या ये प्लान लेते ।अगर लेते भी तो उसके नाम लेते जिसकी पत्नी होती । कृपा करके मेरी समस्या समाधान करे।बहुत बड़ी कृपा होगी

        Hi team,

        I have registered my policy in "https://ebiz.licindia.in" portal, it was successfully registered and i am able to login into the portal. But when i try to enroll my policy for employer (Cognizant) in "https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html" portal, it shows that i am not a registered user in customer portal.

        Attached successful login customer portal and error screenshot which i am getting error.

            Dear sir/ madam, i am vijayakumar r from desur-604501, t. Malai district, my lic policy number is[protected] one of your registered customer of lic, and i want to pay my premium and loans through the portal. Recently they upgraded to new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is your user id not matched to your registered policy in the portal, even i got new password through forget password option also but it did not accept to new login.               Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, it is showing my gender as male and name with mr.

              When i logged in lic new website ebiz. Licindia.in, if i am adding policy i can't to add it because my profile gender is mentioned as male.

              I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.
              Site is not allowing me to add any new policy due to gender mismatch.

              Please let me know how can i update these details.

                      Sir, i deepak kumar das is stating that i could not able to login through online portal (New) by asking some queries like mobile number, aadhar number, pan number etc. Some times it shows as pan no./mobile no. Etc are not valid. For which i am not able to pay my policies through online as regisered user and pay directly. It is very difficult to watch my policy status.. Request to rectify/solve the same as early under intimation to me. Thanking you sir.

                      I have deposited Rs., 6829.85 as payment towards LIC premium i.e. Rs.6775/- premium + 54.85 as interest on 15/03/2018 at 12:50:27 through credit /Debit Card.                           Hi, i am trying to login to lic portal, but unable to get through, after entering the details, it's shows processing and is not proceeding further, same situation from the last 10-15 days.

                          Govt. Department sabse ghatiya service aur sabse jyada expensive, i feel cheated and wants to get rid of this, but the surrender value is below my principal amount and when i want to pay, then mot able to login.

                              I, Dr. Rakesh Gautam paid premium of my lic policy no.[protected] online through lic app. Payment deducted from my account but renewl recipet not generated kindly do needful.
                              Iam J.Bheemalingaiah sir I paid an amount of Rs1851/- as a premium for the policy number[protected], on 10/3/2018
                              But I didn't receive any receipt so pl look into the matter and kindly do the needful

                              i have taken lic asha deep policy in 1993. In 2013 i underwent "stent" surgery. Lic gave me an application, in which stent wording is not there and doctors not certified the same.
                              Let me know whether stent operation comes under heart surgery, if so how to claim the same

                                Sub: reminder for pending disbursement at office from last 4 months (Ankleshwar)
                                This is mr. Kirtibhai lakhanakiya an applicant of housing loan under application no:[protected]/ [protected].
                                I apply for housing loan under above application in which file no:[protected] was already disbursed where as second file no: [protected] was still not disbursed due to completion of 3 month of sanction of file from last 4 months so that’s why i call to branch manager and i discussed with him regarding further pending disbursement but i don’t get proper answer from his side and he starting to avoid my call from till date.
                                I also talk with my agent regarding for same but he also says that our manager and back office are not giving any answer about further disbursement will done or not. According to him they told me that our company has make changes in various policies and regulations in last month so we cannot able make further disbursement in your case and then after i also talk with manager operation (Ahmedabad) for the same but i didn’t get result. As per my knowledge if any rules and regulations are changed in a company than its previous cases should be done or completed as per it’s old policies and should not be sanction or approve any files as per old policies after implementation of new policies in a company as per norms.
                                So i heartily request to you do needful and make favorable decision for my case as fast as possible if i fail to make a payment to my wander within 6 days than wander will take a legal action against me. If i didn’t get any proper or favorable decision for the same than i have no other option to save my values and property also and at last i just have only one way it will be suicide. I don’t think so there is another option for me…

                                    Sir,
                                    I have a policy no.[protected] from Agra CBO-3 branch and it was matured on 28.02.2017. I have submitted all relevant documents on dated 26.02.2018 for maturity payment and policy no.[protected] from CBO-4 branch Agra which was matured on 28.08.2016 and I have submitted claim papers alongwith relevant documents to the branch for maturity payment on 03.03.2018. But till date, I have not received maturity payment alongwith interest. After visit so many times, both branch is not given satisfactory reply and also not send the payment.
                                    Response of both branches are negative, it show the fund crises or any other thing are required by branch official.
                                    I hope so that you will solve the problem otherwise faith on LIC will be going to downwoth.

                                    Hi im unable to login to lic portal, im able to pay premium using pay direct, but not able to login. Have mailed regarding the same, but no response.
