    I have been trying for weeks now to access lic online portal for me and my dad. But due to some reason this doesn't seem to work. I have tried resetting the password but the issue is unresolved.

        Res sir, my name rajendra sharma. My lic agency code is[protected]. Sir i face problem to receive my lic bussiness commission from feb 2016 to dec 2016. About 30000 rs due. Problem created by lic office kekri due to wrong feeding bank account number in my agency. Aithough before feb 2016 bank account nomber is right in my agency. But after one of the employee of the office create this mistech. Please look into the matter.

          Hi,
          My name is mahendran. Today (19th jan) i have paid my lic premium of rs. 5631 (Policy number[protected] using standard chartered net banking options (Transaction identification number:[protected]-1801).

          The amount is debited successfully from my account but the amount is not yet credited to lic and i have not received any mail confirmation from lic for the receipt of payment.
          Also when i checked for the premium paid online certificate in lic it showing that 'no premium is paid by you between the period...'

          Kindly do the needful

            Kindly send back and credit this money in the orignal mode of payment.

            As i tried to contact your customer support there was no response i got from you guys. Kindly look into the matter otherwise going for higher escalation.

              Sir,
              As per the policy i have been receiving the pension amount every month till dec 2017 without any problems.
              There was a problem in april 2017 but a mail to you got a prompt reply from your end sighting technical problems and the matter was sorted out by the 7th of that month.

              This month when the pension amount did not get credited to my account i waited for a few days and wrote a mail to you on the 6th and forwarded the same to you on the 8th of this month but got no response till date from your end. Shall be obliged if you shall be kind enough to please revert to this mail.

                Sir namastay.sir lic premium online pay karne may bahut problem h iske baad bhi hoti nhi..desh ke p.m online par jor de rhe h but aap ki aap successful nhi ho rhi..agar online shoping karo waha bilkul acha respons milta h but aisa kyon.sir tax paid main bhi karta hu uske baad mujhe extra dena hoga kyon ki aap ki app.jismay implement kiya hoga but successfull nhi.

                  I am unable to login to lic portal. Once i enter all details and click on submit it shows error message "your entry does not match with our records, please check the data entered. Kindly use user id of old portal if it is your first login to new portal; login through email or mobile permitted only for subsequent logins." i tried with my mobile number and email also. But still shows same error. I sent to support portal as well but no response...

                      I am not in a position to make the payment through the new portal. When the log in is made with the existing passord a and user name it is showing a matured policy no.                         I was a registered user for the old portal and now they have migrated to this new portal which doesn't have maximum features and none of my old policies have been migrated to the new portal. Lic being such a giant, can't take care of such issues is a big concern. Even the customer care are not fiendly neither are the people in the lic office, they just ignore you and none of them are aware about the right point of contact.

                          I forgot my userid and tried to retrieve it but facing issues for the same. When i gave the details required for retrieval it gives the below message

                            I regret to inform you that LIC Housing Finance Limited has shown disbursement of Housing Loan in my name bearing Loan Account No.[protected] for Rs.23 Lakhs in myCIBIL which I have never received. Another wilful misconduct is that Rs.20581 has been deducted/paid in 02(two) equal monthly instalment on 19.02.2017 & 05.03.2017 shown by the LIC Housing Finance Limited. Whereas no such amount has actually been deducted or paid by me. I have never been alerted or informed either in writing or through SMS or over telephone as other financial institute does regarding loan account.
                            Sir, all the information mentioned above is reflected on myCIBIL account which surprised and shocked me while logging into the account via Internet. Describing the fact I email to the Area Manager.LICHFL on his email id [protected]@lichousing.com on17th. April, 2017 but no reply has till yet been received. Again on 24th.May, 2017 an email I sent to Customer Support on email id [protected]@lichousing.com. My interaction id is 522457. After that I received a SMS “contact Mr.Bimlesh Mishra, mobile no.[protected]” from Customer Support. On 27.05.2017 I went to Mr.Bimlesh Mishra and ask him why they are spreading such type of false information to tarnish my image? Mr Mishra could not able to give any satisfactory reply. Mr.Mishra assured me that he will look into the matter but after lapse of considerable period the wrong information of disbursement of loan in my name has neither been corrected till date nor I have received any reply from any official of LIC Housing Finance Limited.

                                With due respect this is this inform you that the penalty amount paid by me without any fault the actual premium is rs. 5243, wich was payable for the month of february 2017, the premium amount cut by l. I. C through e. C. S, the amount not cut by l. I. C this is not my fault, the extra amount rs. 381 penalty received by l. I. C.
                                So, you are some mistakes the i ther extra amount rs. 381, adjusted with next premium or return to me.
                                I'm this connection the xerox copy of premium receipt and pass book are eneksed herewith for your ready reference

                                My policy get matured but no response for releasing the pension policy no is[protected] it is matter of regret no call for complaint get attended at nos provided at your leaflet this is a serious concern why we should take such policy where no response at even any of toll free no.
                                Annuity payment due on 1st december 17 and 1st january 2018 under policy number[protected] has not been recieved kindly look into the matter and advice accordingly if there is any formality left from my side pls advice

                                  I am registered customer of lic, and was paying my multiple policy premiums through the portal. Recently lic upgraded to new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is no user id registered in the portal. I tried through forget password option also but in vain.

                                  When tried to pay directly without going to "registered user" again telling that policy and other details not matching.

                                  Kindly suggest what to do. Its really embarrassing.

                                    Complaint - despite of continuous follow up, ' accident cover benefit ' has not been extended. It occurs that lic don't want to

                                      want to delete extra login id of lic

Now while updating the aadhar no. and pan no. online in these user id's one of the user id is not updating because of giving the remark already the same details have been updated in other user id. I want to delete one of the user id and want to add all my lic policies under single user id. Please tell me the procedure how to delete the second user id to enable me...
