I am registered customer of lic, and was paying my multiple policy premiums through the portal. Recently lic upgraded to new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is no user id registered in the portal. I tried through forget password option also but in vain.

When tried to pay directly without going to "registered user" again telling that policy and other details not matching.

Kindly suggest what to do. Its really embarrassing.
Kindly do needful.

Sir, I (Santosh Kumar sahoo) have paid lic premium for policy No[protected] dated[protected] Rs1808.80 through www.licindia.com but I do not receive any reciept till date and time.Rs 1808.80 debited from my SBI account on same time.please do the needful.

    Policy holder - mrs. Chandana sudeep deodhar, aadhar shila policy no.[protected] &[protected], sum assured - rs. 75000/- each, - date of commencement - 13/08/2017, maturity - 13/08/2037.
    Complaint - despite of continuous follow up, ' accident cover benefit ' has not been extended. It occurs that lic don't want to
    Resolve simple issues and unnecessarily harassing it's customers.
    Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, it is showing my gender as Male and name with Mr.
    I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.
    Site is not allowing me to add any new policy due to gender mismatch.
    Please let me know how can I update these details.

      want to delete extra login id of lic

      I have two different user id of lic with two different policies under them. Now while updating the aadhar no. and pan no. online in these user id's one of the user id is not updating because of giving the remark already the same details have been updated in other user id. I want to delete one of the user id and want to add all my lic policies under single user id. Please tell me the procedure how to delete the second user id to enable me...

      login problem (not able to login in new portal)

      Therefore i am humbly request to you please solve login problem.

      Hi This is Khushbu Jain w/o late Mr. Sumit Jain. My husband was having 4 LIC policies[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. So after his death i submitted all the necessary documents for claim and there is no fault from my side but still i got my claim amount 4-5 months late from the actual date. So i want the interest on principal claim amount. I contacted LIC as well for the same but they are not responding to me. So could you please take an appropriate action and help me out to get the interest amount on the late payment.

      Hi This is Khushbu Jain w/o late Mr. Sumit Jain.i complaint in indian Consumer Complaints Forum for Intrest on late payment on 29March 2018, But their is No responce from LIC Regarding my Complaint . This is my humble request to you take an appropriate action and help me out to get the interest amount on the late payment.

      Sir i have done payment on[protected] of policy number[protected] of Rs2459.00. The transaction has failed .so, please check this payement and i request to refund or repair the transaction.

        Respected sir, i had claimed a hospitalization medical claim bill of my wife against the lic's jeevan arogya policy, policy no.[protected]. I had submitted all the required documents at the office of the branch manager lici branch, bongaigaon, assam, through the authorized agent in the month of september 2017. But till today, i have not received any response from the concern authority. As per the terms of the health insurance scheme, all conditions are fulfilled any documents submitted accordingly.
        Now, i request to take action for quick disposal of the bill.

          I have opted lic policies and registered in lic portal. I am trying to login my account now but i am unable to login through lic new login portal. It is saying that please use old portal login details first time here but after filling the details, it is showing no registered user.
          It is very frustrating and inconvenient. I need premium paid certificate for this year tax benefit but not able to get the same due to this. Since i am abroad, i am not able to contact also. I send several e-mails to lic support team but no reply from their side.

          I don't know what to do now. Please help me resolving this issue.

            What for these people are for? Nowadays every body is paying online. It is a shame on lic for not making their online portal customer friendly. They are making the online payment cumbersome. They are linking every thing to the payments page (Policy no, date of birth, mobile no etc) and if anything mismatches payment cannot be done.

            Why they want to verify all data, afterall they want money for the policy number, that is the only key data required. Let them check other private companies online premium collection

            Lic new portal is dificult. i am currently a nri and i want to pay my premium. it is sending one time passwrod to my old mobile number which doest not exists.

            secondly i cant add my family policeis on same email id .

            i am not able to find old portal... old portal was more easy..

            this new portal waste my 1 hour and gave me a headche.
            Not able to pay premium of my jeevan sneha policy. Login error

              But without addhar card no. I am unable to register in new portal.in assam addhar card issue is not completed. Please sagest me how i pay on line my lic premium.

After submitting the details on the link https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html, i'm getting the below error message :

                It seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal.

                Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create portal-id.

                  I bade lal verma having policy[protected].in alld shiv char an lal road branch in 99, but the last fup is done in jan 2011. After that i had deposit next premium on 22/ jan/2012 and the maturity is also over in 2014 and got it. What about my extra premium done in jan 2012. So, please refund my last premium with an interest. And i had already complaints on lic ombudsman

                    new portal login issues

                    Having login issues once lic migrated to new portal, but sometime back they had the old portal also accessible so kept paying and downloading receipts but now unable to login in the new portal and no response from the portal generic mailboxes. My credentials gets authenticated but finally o get a message that my mobile number is linked with another account which is not possible as i was able to access the same profile when the old customer...

                    Due to recent update of lic portal, my gender is default set to male and i am not able to update it to add new policies to my account. As per faqs under help option, i dropped 10+ emails mentioning my concern to "[protected]@licindia.com" but not received any reply yet. I really need lic to take this matter seriously and solve this issue asap as its blocking my processing for other documents where i need to submit lic premium slips. Also lic should provide proper support email for communication who will actually revert to customer complains.

                      Hi,

                      Lic customer portal is the worst online services, i have ever come across... Most of the time i try to login into their portal it will give away some network error... Unable to connect network please try again later... I always have to try 3 to 4 days to check if i am able to connect to their network...

                      Lic should look into make it online services better asap, as every business is going online and if this kind of online services from lic they surely need to pay a price... I would rather not think to get any more policy from lic

                        I have 2 lic policies. Before the lic portal was migrated to new portal, i would see both my policies.

                        However now when i login onto new portal with my user name i can see only one policy. When i try to add the other policy manually it is saying gender does not match. I am surprised by such error related to gender.

                        This is really frustrating to me. Even i called the customer care many times, they are not attending the call.

                          I had taken 25k per year policy and i never told to agent that please input my funds in bond and also submitted request to change fund request so that my funds can increase as market growing my value is just 49 instead of 50k deposited also my request not processed by agent/ bilaspur himachal pradesh office. I had not paid 3rd premium because of poor service. Still 10 days left of grace period to fill premium pls process my request with humble request otherwise close it and refund my money.                               My annuity payment was due on september every year but for year 2017 i have not received payment
                              All mail ids and phone number mentioned in letter are not working and no one is bothered to take care of authenticity of number
                              I will complain to pm office for such fake ids and number where no response is available
                              Local customer centre are in opinion that delhi lic office is like this only
                              Who can help now?

                                My lic policy matured. I had separate id for my both minor kids. I have pay the premium of both kids. Registration is new portal not accepting as minors and i have no lic policy right now. Show me solution, how can i create new portal id for my minor kids to pay lic premium. If no option, kindly intimate me and cancel the lic policies and refund me with eligible bonus and interest.

                                  I have submitted all the original documents but still my claim is pending and the reason is being my documents are missing. I have resend the all missing documents documents with bill numbers of amount rs8268/- again through the registered post.
                                  I am really harassed with this situation now. I have used my all hard earned money and now i have left with no hope. Please sir this is my humble request with folded hands to approve my claim.
