I paid premium through 'sbi online' on 07.01.2018

Please guide me as to how can i get my receipt. Else please arrange to credit the amount back to my account so that i can make a repayment.
But of lic has already received the payment please send me the on line receipt.

I am trying to login with my user id and old password, lic portal does not allow me to login and saying user id or password is incorrect. I tried to reset my passport using forgot password but i am not receiving otp to my registered mobile or registered email address. Please help me to reset my password.

      Sub: claim under policy no.[protected] of my mother late smt. Ramaben babulal kotak, jeevan axay table no.189

      With reference to above subject my mother late smt. Ramaben babulal lotak has invested rs.600000+9000 service tax under jeevan axay policy table no.189 on 15/09/2016. She has opted pension option f life time annuity with return of purchase price annuity mode is - yearly.
      Unfortunately my mother expired on 19/08/2017. The period of investment is 11 month & 5 days. I registered death claim with gondal branch office. Gondal branch office paid me only principal amount rs.600000/- without any pension/ interest for the gap period between doc and date of death i. E, 11 months & 5 days.
      I approached claim department, the claim department reply me nothing is payable to you above principle amount for the gap period of 11 months & 5 days as per policy condition.
      Similarly my mother invested rs.639610/under varisth bima pension yojna table no.828/00 (01) bearing policy no.[protected] doc 20/05/2015 of annuity option is yearly. Under this policy i have received principle amount rs.639610+rs.13000 as pension/interest of gap period (Doc & date of death)
      I hereby request you kindly take up my above case and think over it and pay interest/pension for the gap period (Doc & date of death) 11month & 5 days as earliest possible
      My entire family including my self is having full trust with lic. Our entire family is having major investments with lic
      My family & relatives also shocked to knowing that nothing is payable for the gap period of 11 month 5 days is injustice to me
      I hereby request you kindly be examine my genuine request and if there is any provision for nothing is payable kindly make modification in policy condition for the public interest and maintain faith, goodwill and trust at the society with life insurance corporation of india.

        I registered my lic policy account[protected] https://ebiz.licindia.in/D2CPM/#Register and registeration was successful, next step if i try enrolled my policy under "https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html" for cognizant, it shows error that i m not a registered user

        "it seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal.
        Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create portal-id."

          Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, it is showing my gender as male and name with mr.

          When i logged in lic new website ebiz. Licindia.in, if i am adding policy i can't to add it because my profile gender is mentioned as male.

          I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.
          Site is not allowing me to add any new policy due to gender mismatch.

          Please let me know how can i update these details.

          Same issue for me. My gender is being shown as male instead of male. I am not even able to add my husband as nominee because of this gender issue. Please do the needful.

            I am registered customer of lic, and was paying my multiple policy premiums through the portal. Recently they upgraded to new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is no user id registered in the portal. I tried through forget password option also but in vain.

            When tried to pay directly without going to "registered user" again telling that policy and other details not matching.
            Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Since last three days, i am facing issue with LIC login (Both New & old )sites. Please arrange to resolve the issue at the earliest.

            I am old user of LIC having user name and password, now LIC upgraded their site and old username password does work in new system, wrote so many mails to LIC but no answer, called to customer care and no answer, even I wrote on web site also and answer comes "Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint" but no action, requesting to everybody please do not take any policy from LIC such a goof/stupid/careless insurance company..

                  Dear sir ..I vipin gupta, my policy no. is[protected] ..I bought this policy from branch code 0241911b and agent code is 1037012 (deepan). He gave this policy to me with the facility of mediclaim. Now they are not giving this mediclaim facility under the policy.
                  I am a lic agent using lic agent portal since last many years, and became dependant of this portal, since last few months the portal is not in operation and non of the lic officer is taking this subject seriously, also not replying our mails regarding this subject.

                      After completion of 2 yrs fixed rate interest in aug. 2017, lic hfl barasat, kolkata charging me 9% (Floating) from last 3 months though lic hfl offers home loan interest between 8.35% to 8.80%. Does not reduce below 9% after filling roi to current rate & a cheque for 1180/-on september, 2017 for existing customers. Area manager lic hfl barasat, kolkata replied it is one time change. It doesn, t reduce for existing customers & offer lower rate for new customers.
                      Sir, my plan term is 21 yrs, first 2 yrs is fixed 9.60% & later it will be floating interest. I have taken a home loan of 11 lakhs on september, 2015.

                        My user id is venkideswaran. I am able to login to the new server. Enrolled policies are listed there. When i go for premium payment option nothing gets selected i could not find a help line to login to old portal also, which was previously available. For the past many years i am using the e services for premium payment. I suggest that an option to login to old portal shall be given in the home screen.

                            i want to login my account, but showing no match so click on 'forget the password' then I put detail and massage comes OPT is sent on your email id but didnt got any OTP since last two hrs more then 10 times but no otp got, this called Indian service???? i will suggest and demand my friends to withdraw polices and invest in else!                             I am unable to login to LIC portal.Once i enter all details and click on submit it shows error message "Your entry does not match with our records, please check the data entered. Kindly use User Id of old Portal if it is your first login to new portal; login through Email or Mobile permitted only for subsequent logins." I tried with my mobile number and Email also. but still shows same error. I sent to support portal as well but no response from them.

                              I have paid my lic doubled in my last two billing cycle, under the policy number[protected] in both card and cash.

                              One at rs.4083 in the month of april 20th 2017 & the other at 4th of november for rs.4116.02 paid from my hdfc credit card account.

                              I have already paid through cash for the above payments in cash before the bank charged from my credit card in the aforesaid days.

                              So please request lic to goahead and process the refund of the two charges taken away from my hdfc credit card.

                              To keep you updated, I have received a refund of rs.4116.00 from lic on 2nd of Jan 2018 for the complaint raised.But still haven't got any update regarding the duplicate payment processed On 20th of April 2017 for rs.4083.

                              Please look into this as well.

                              I am a registered user on LIC old portal. but after migration process i am not able to login on new LIC portal. Kindly let me know how to proceed further.
                              I am unable to login in new customer portal. The old customer portal is not available. Worse thing is I complained about this issue through email several times. No reply till now. And local office at kolar branch code 303 does not know anything about this problem.
                              My premium is deducted through ECS. However, when I tried to download Premium paid statement through Customer Portal of LIC, installments for 2 months are missing in the statement. Can you please confirm, how that can be updated, I need this statement for income tax filing.
                              I have paid LIC policy Number[protected] for Rs. 1411.00 on 24/12/2017.
                              Payment ID LSBI[protected] but payment receipt not received on my E-mail ID. Please solve my problem.

                                I have paid the premium amount of rs. 25953 for my jeevan anand policy no.[protected] on sat[protected] from my debit card to axis bank account of lic. However premium paid reciept is not generated though the transaction went through and i have the customer copy of the transaction. The collection agent is absolutely useless as she doesn't know any thing on what course of action is to be taken and is misguiding me and giving false information

                                  I'm from kodmiyal mandal jagitiyal dist. Telangana
                                  Sir as my father got expired on 15 of may 2015
                                  After few days i came to know about as my dad was having a 3 policies
                                  Of which one policy i got the amount with in few days
                                  But for the hell the remaining 2 policies
                                  I he frequently visited the jagitiyal office and also karimnagar main office
                                  Just the hell they keep on bluffing me that it take just few more days
                                  I don't know why hey behave so friendly while applying for the policy at initial then after that they way these people approach so disgusting.

                                  I will give minus rating for LIC new portal
                                  I Mr Amit Ranjan Atarthy...policy no[protected]..ve surrendered my policy on 19/12/2017 but ve not yet got my refund money till today 29/12/2017...
                                  Branch code-577 ...I 've paid my premiums for 7 yrs continuously without fail...
                                  Kindly let me know the reason for the delay...

                                  I will minus rating for LIC new portal. Very pathetic and irritating. Its now allowing to login for already registered customers. Unable to find link for navigation to the old LIC site.
                                  Cant you guys ensure that every thing is working find before commencement of new site

                                    I have user ID and forgotten password .i tried with user ID and click forgot fpassword button they told OTP sent to your mail or mobile number but idont get OTP eventhough i tried so many times.I AM AN LIC CUSTOMER and i am having three lic policies and i want to pay the prmium through the net banking but i forgot the password.please kindly solve my problem

                                      I am registered customer of lic, and was paying my multiple policy premiums through the portal. Recently they upgraded to new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is no user id registered in the portal. I tried through forget password option also but in vain.

                                      When tried to pay directly without going to "registered user" again telling that policy and other details not matching.

                                      What for these people are for? Nowadays every body is paying online. It is a shame on lic for not making their online portal customer friendly. They are making the online payment cumbersome. They are linking every thing to the payments page (Policy no, date of birth, mobile no etc) and if anything mismatches payment cannot be done.

                                      Why they want to verify all data, afterall they want money for the policy number, that is the only key data required. Let them check other private companies online premium collection

                                      Policy no:[protected] and[protected] total amount is 4890.52
                                      Payment Date: 24/DEC/2017 through 'american express credit card .

                                      my lic reg email id is wrong please sport me

                                      I Kamlesh Ratilal Shah paid Rs.1245.30 as premium for policy no.[protected] on 27/12/2017 through my debit card.
                                      It showed on the screen that the transaction has failed but the amount got debited from my bank account.
                                      So please guide me as soon as possible when and how will I get the receipt for the same.

                                      I forgot my user ID & password, followed the steps to get verification code to my registered mobile no also to my registered mail ID. But i tried many times could not get the verification code, so that i was not able to able to enter into the portal to get the statement for IT proof submission.

                                        I had registered my lic policies with official lic customer portal.
                                        Since last 6 months, neither the portal is functioning nor the official lic app on my android.
                                        Govt. Is going gaga about digital india, but, lo, the largest insurer in the country is lying defunct, digitally.
                                        I am unable to make online payment, as the portal has gone array. When tried to re register, it said "the user already exists."
                                        Pathetic, and no one is responding.
                                        Worst ever web management. Needs immediate makeover
