Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Cannot make online payment of premium

Dear Sir,

I am currently out of India and trying to pay my premium online using lic website. There are two options on LIC website 1. Billdesk 2. IDBI easy2pay.

1. first option is not working at all. When I click on the link it timeout and doesn't open at all.

2. Second option works pretty well till the end but declines payment after the transaction.

I am trying to pay my prepiium for the past 3 months and now because it's delayed they applied late fee charges. There is no LIC customer care to help in this. I am regretting to opt LIC now. (typical govt company)

Is there anybody who can help in this ?
