Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — death claim processing

My self meera devi mother of late mr. Ashwani kumar. My son has been died in road accident on dated 18.01.2020 at approx. 6.30 pm place kulpahar. My son having a lic policy vide no.[protected] issued by lic branch cbo4, agra. And currently we are living in kulpahar city mahoba u. P. Approx 400 km. Far from agra.
I have visited to cbo4 lic for lodging the death claim against this policy there we meet with mr. Rajkumar on dated 28.02.2020 he has to receive the claim form and other documents but he denied to receive the form along with documents and replied come back here next time with care taker of the policy. On dated 17.03.2020 we visited the lic cbo4 with care taker myself that day my bank passbook was verified by lic person and said now you have approved a certificate by tehsildar and certificate will be sent to policy address via post. But till now we do not have received any document or certificate from lic.
We are continuously visiting the lic cbo 4 branch as dated 08.07.2020 10.07.2020 and today 15.07.2020 mr rajkumar replying me every time that came again tomorrow today i am busy i cannot process your file.
Kindly look in this matter we cannot visit lic branch so many times as covid 19 is spreading vastly.
