Name of policy holder/life assured - syama sundar nayak
Policy name - lic's new bima gold
Period - 20 years
Premium amount 5029 per annum
Policy start date 26 mar 2009

As per the policy terms i have to get 10% of the sum assured is paid at the end of the 4th, 8th, 12th and 16th year for policy term of 20 years. But i have not yet received the 8th year's money back. It should be directly credited to my account registered with lic.
