Dear sir,

Without my permission agent take loan
He has already my lic bond.
When i told for surrender of my lic police then some
Money come in my account then i told to agent he not gave conform answer.

I think agent and manager both are involvement.
Agent not gave proper statement

Agent name is prakash.

I had complain before but not any response
