Dear Sir/Madam, Good afternoon I have paid premium worth Rs.15642/- toward my policy NO.[protected] on 17/01/2017, and amount of the premium has been deducted from my citi bank credit card account. But after the opening of lic premium receipt, it is pointed out that no premium has been paid online.
