Dear sir,
I have a policy whose no is[protected].
Name : s. Indira
In the previous portal, i could view it and view policy paid statement.
In your new portal, i am unable to register the policy as it is showing a gender mismatch.
Please correct the same. This correct gender is female and ensure that is registered online to view receipts

Dear sir,
my policy no is, i want to pay my payments through online but my agent has created login id, now he had deleted it and i am not able to create new login id so please reset my login ID as soon as possible and kindly inform me to my email ([protected]@ymail.com)

As per subject I am registered user in lic with user id HEMANT1208 I forget my login password when I click on forget password and fill all mandatory detail. I am not receiving my OTP in registered email id and when I received OTP it takes 7 to 8 hours.

Please resolve issue.

Otherwise need to take other action.

while correct date of birth is 06/09/1988[6-Sep-88] proof attached
I am unable to update Aadhar and Pan card number online.
requesting you to please correct the same.
