Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — no response for interest change request | |||
Dear sir, I have a housing loan with lic housing finance since 2014. I have already requested lic and submitted the required applications and fees to revise my loan interest, however they don't bother to respond me. This is over 6 months now, i requested them. Their area manager does not receive calls, their office babus don't bother to respond, the agent says "this month it will be processed" every month. I tried to complain at their central complaint email id, however it bounces for non-existence of the said email id. Please suggest what should be my take? Thanks. I pay the my Policy Primium through online My PoliceNo:[protected], payment is - 3229. amount debited from my account same time, But i am not receiving payment receipt. please send receipt through email. Email.: [protected]@gmail.com

Sir, I have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] dated[protected], Rs. 18003/- through payment ID JCB[protected] online at www.Licindia.com, but i do not recived any reciept till date and time. Rs 18003/- debited from my account on same time. Pl do the needful.
