Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Non payment of dues from LIC Directors superannuation scheme master policy GS ( CA)-contribution plan

As Director on the board of a company, I am entitled to receive payment of dues from LIC Directors superannuation scheme master policy GS ( CA)-Contribution Plan. I am not a Director in that company and have also crossed the normal retirement age of 60 years. The company is non-functional and almost defunct. Nobody at the company answers letters/e mails/ calls made to them by me or LIC. LiC is refusing to make any payment, stating that the Trustee (company) has to make the claim and not me because of the contract/ trust deed LIC has with the company. What is the way out to get my claim when the trustee company is non-communicative and non-functional?
