I have been paid LIC premium through online on 31.12.2016 for Policy No. 1.[protected] of Rs 4993/- (Tincy Joseph, DOB. 24.01.1985 {wife}) and Policy No.[protected] of Rs 3177/- (Sareesh K Mathew DOB 12.05.1981 {self}) and I have also received a confirmation message on my Mob. number. When I try to login to LIC for online payment or to check the policy status, it asked for new user registration. After I enter all the details, it shows wrong data entered or policy number not valid. Kindly check.
