Dear sirs I have been regularly getting quarterly payment of 1334/- in my sbi account and the last credit is for quarter of dec'16 and for the last two years i have not been getting the amount i have also submitted the life certificate regularly and even after several follow up am not getting the same. Sir, i (Mr. Patel Dineshbhai Vihabhai) have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] of rs. 1649 through www.Licindia.com on 08 January 2020, but i do not received any receipt this date. Rs 1649 debited from my account on same time. Please do the needful.
