Sir,
I was one of the member of above master policy. las year i have surrendered the above policy. i have been paid rs after deduction of rs as income tax which is very high. i want to claim refund from income tax department for which i need year wise money deposited in the above policy by me.

Please arrange to provide year wise money deposited by me in above policy.
